This inside was very nice and updated. The outside needs some tlc. Paint and landscaping

The front desk people were great!!! for a basic hotel room they were clean and quiet. It was nicely updated, the only down side was that they do NOT have a pool. But if what you want is a nice quiet basic hotel, it's a good place to stay

They had a pool in the back but it was shut down. The breakfast was okay could have maybe had a little bigger selection but all in all was good. The first man we dealt with was soo friendly.

The property was well maintained, but unfortunately the pool was out of service.

The pool was drained with a tarp, but it did not cover the full pool. The area visible was dirty. Breakfast had limited options. The bed was comfortable and the room had a beautiful picture on the wall. The refrigerator was large which was very nice.

It was fine. It just didn't look anything like the pictures that led me to pick it. The pool was also not available.

The outside of the hotel is not very welcoming. I was a bit worried when I pulled up. The inside of the hotel was much better than I expected after looking around outside.

The pillows and bed are ok. Pool needed to be open but looked like it hasn’t been open for a while. Staff was nice and there when needed. Rooms are spacious. Would stay here again.

The property is close to the freeway with some grassy areas to let the pets do their thing. Side outside doors don't lock but it did make it easier for nighttime doggy potty runs. Parking lot well lite. Rooms were clean but sparse which was fine with me. Walking/biking trail across the road but we drove over to park there because the road is very busy. Close to town which has a lovely park and many dining options very close, even walking distance.

My first impression of the property was not good. There was a lot of overgrown grassy areas. However, when I got inside, I was impressed with the overall appearance. My room was very nice. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room was nice and clean. Overall, a very good stay! But, first impressions are so important!

There was a dead cockroach on the floor when we came into our room. It was 11:00 pm and we had a stressful evening so we went to bed. Told the manager in the morning and all he said was they have pest control and they come once a month and there was nothing he could do. No offer of discount and even charged extra for our dog.

Hotel lobby and hallway were nice. When we entered our room the smell was awful. The room smelt like a musty basement. The couch had dirt on it as if someone out there dirty shoes on it. Asked to be moved up stairs and we were told she couldn’t put us up there because they had construction workers staying up there. We were given a different room that smelt a little better but still the same musty smell. The room felt damp as did the bedding. Sewer flies seen in both rooms. Would never stay there again!

We were INFESTED with ants while sleeping. The manager refused any compensation because we booked with a 3rd party. When we called they accused IS of waiting to report the ants until the morning in order to get a free stay. INSANE. Hotels.com tried to help and call them and they gave them the same story. Hotels.com gave us some of their profit back but the hotel refused. There are really nice other hotels right there, book early and avoid this place! ANTS! ANTS crawling all over!

Floors in room were dirty, hair in shower and on one of the folded towels. Spider webs in bathroom. Bedding was undesirable.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and house keeping was done daily.

The hotel and room were remodeled but there was debris on the bathroom floor, stains and food debris on the pull out couch and hairs in the sink. The mostly empty mini shampoo on the sink had been used and left. No alarm clock, or Kleenex in room. Towels are tiny. The bed had a large stain on the sheet and pillowcase which didn't bother me, as it appeared laundered. The bed was very soft so if you need a firm bed this definitely isn't the place for you to stay... My husband and I both had trouble getting comfortable and falling asleep but the worst part was staying asleep because I was woken up 3 times by the sound of a headboard banging on the wall and a woman making loud groaning sex noises. I figured it was just 1 set of rude neighbors but the next morning we heard loud moaning and sex noises from 2 other rooms while we were walking down the hall, I've never heard this much noise when staying in a hotel so the walls must be extremely thin. We have a child but he was not with us and I cannot help but wonder how someone who had kids staying with them would have explained that noise to them. My husband made a joke about not knowing we booked a room in a place that rents by the hour and maybe we could get a refund. You could also hear people talking in the next rooms. The pull out couch was very old and worn out and sunk down in the middle when you sat on it and it was impossible to sit flat. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, hot coffee. Won't stay again.

The room smelled very damp and my nose got stuffy from the smell.

The online photos made the hotel look much nicer than it was. It has been updated, but cosmetic only. The walls were thin, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were small and the AC made horrible noises all night long, which repeatedly woke us up when we weren’t already awake due to the screaming coming from the room near ours. Multiple people finally complained enough that the hotel must’ve threatened to have the family leave because it went on well past 1am. The hotel can only do so much about that, but the thin walls certainly didn’t help the matter. All of that being said, I will say the staff was friendly and you could see there was an attempt to keep the facility clean.

Newly remodeled. Comfortable beds. Good room for the value.

This recently remodeled hotel was modern and fresh. I had a quiet night's sleep.

Room was in the front end of the hotel, traffic heavy near by. Good clean rooms for a one night stay. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a short overnight stay.

Nice clean room. Traffic noise is quite loud though.

the AC unit in our room was very LOUD. Maintenance needs to fix it for your next guest.

Staff was courteous and check in was really easy

Great customer service, clean and updated room and hotel was clean.

Booked room while on the road and needed a place to crash. It was 1 am. Apparently the owners won't let anyone check-in overnight and if you do you have to pay an extra fee. If i hadn't already pre- paid for the hotel when I booked it i would have just left. It literally cost more to stay at this place than a 4 star hotel. Do yourself a favor and book a Marriott or something.

Nice place to stay The owner was whom checked us in and was very friendly and helpful.

We found roaches in our room under cable box and behind refrigerator cabinet. We checked in at 3 went to an event got back to our room about 12 pm and as soon as we turned lights on the roaches came our. We immediately went to front desk and checked out. No offer for a refund or any apology.

Our stay was great we have no complaints. We’re grateful to have gotten reservations at the last minute to rest up; while traveling back home. We’re grateful to the front desk agent for giving us a courtesy free coupon for a free appetizer at one of our favorite restaurants.

Always top notch. Friendly staff. A pleasure to stay there.

This is an excellent hotel, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The cheery breakfast host was amazing at staying on top of a busy morning. Updated, quiet, & clean room.

Property is situated a few minutes from downtown. Lots of restaurant options. Asides the hard floor, every other amenity was great.

Overall quite average. Got the job done for a quick rest between a long drive. Convenient to the interstate. Overall felt safe. Breakfast was open but limited hot options other than bread for toast or waffles.

No breakfast available all thought the property advitise it has a free breakfast rooms were clean and comfy would have been nice if the tv’s were bigger than 32inches the hallway we were on smelled like weed no phone in room would be nice if some more ammenities were added for convence more lights like a floor lamp or a desk lamp or both would be nice to see in rooms added perks would be a ceiling fan with a light would be a nice simple addition to rooms for lighting and air flow

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and not a full meal with very few options with no fruit or protein. If you have hungry kids who need a good breakfast to start the day I don’t recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast sub par.

Continental breakfast was very poor. Very disappointed in what they had to offer. Was there for a softball tournament and was counting on a decent breakfast.

The room, lobby, etc. were clean. While the property was obviously older, the rooms were updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Breakfast options were extremely limited. However, I was impressed with the size of the breakfast dining area.
