I loved everything about this hotel! It was great and quiet. The pool and hot tub was nice. Theres even adult swim times from 10 to 12. The only things that werent great was you cant watch roku or hook up a laptop to the tv so you have to surf chanels.

The breakfast was A . The rooms were nice & big so we didn't feel cramped. The room amenities were great, including an iron & ironing board, as well as a blow dryer. I was very disappointed that the hot tub jets weren't working and the pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. But overall, I would stay here again. (I'd call first to make sure the hot tub was working because it was a big plus that the pool area was open until midnight.)

The fumes OMG paint fumes were bad. Nowhere did it say the pool would be closed during "renovations" we should have just turned around when we saw the condition. The odor, chemical paint,glue. No ventilation. My head still hurts

The room was big enough for us. Breakfast had lots of options. I was especially impressed by the lady who did Sunday breakfast. There were lot of people eating breakfast and although the hot items ran our ahe just kept them coming just as quick as she could, while helping some young kids get juice or helping an older person get what they needed. Everything was stocked really well for breakfast. Extra points for the front desk having cookies ton check in. Have milk jugs little yogurts and fresh fruit are always good with me along with pastries. Never stayed here before. When I look for a hotel I look at price, what the breakfast looks like in pictures, and whether thry have an indoor pool and hot tub. You had all that at a really good price.

The A/C unit started making a loud noise at 3:00 am we called the front desk. They were not willing to help and wouldn’t compensate us. The pool and hot tub area were filthy! Would not stay here again.

Was booked into a handicapped room do to no other rooms available which I’m fine with but when i walked into the room the heater was on full blast and it had a stale air smell checked the filter and they were black and covered in dust, i go into the bathroom and the toilet seat is not secure and i only had body wash and conditioner no shampoo, i go to hope in the shower i lift the wheelchair seat up since i do not need to use it and in discovered the bottom of the seat is covered in mold and doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned, my last stay was similar and i brought it up to the hotel staff and all they told me was ok nothing about being able to come in and clean it or accommodate me to another room for my second night stay since capacity lowered Saturday night vs Friday when they were fully booked.

We checked in and was told that our room was clean. Upon arriving in the room, we discovered that the toilet was dirty(including something smeared on the seat of the toilet) and almost no toilet paper. After a couple of minutes we get a knock at the door. It’s housekeeping telling us that the bed had been made but the room had not been cleaned, and we should not have checked in and we were asked to vacate the room so it could be cleaned. The housekeepers were very nice and professional, but for $260 per night, I tend to expect a clean room. I will not be back at this hotel.

Unfortunately, the rooms smelled of mold upon entry. I did sleep vwry well here. Nice bed and wonderful staff. The jetted tub is older, has very little power, and had rusty/dirty looking edges. They need to be renovated. Kindest staff. The laundry ate my money so they refunded it. No soap to do laundry. I would return here but not to a jetted tub room. Paid too much for that level of mold and unsightliness.

The room was not as described on the website when booked. It was described as a suite with separate bedroom, its was a single room. It shared a wall with the pool which made it very loud. Pool was supposed to close at 12am, there was a group of drunk people screaming and yelling until after 1am. The room was very humid and musty. The fridge was wobbly and hard to open. The light above the jacuzzi didn't work. Not worth the price i paid.

This hotel was one of the nicest I've ever stayed at. The front desk people were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints at all. Loved the blackout shade! The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of options and was delicious. It was just all around an extremely good stay. Thank you!

Overall average stay, Room A/C controls didn't work well. Noisy, high traffic area. Wi-Fi is slow and spotty unless plugged in. Wireless service in area also poor. (Verizon) Beds were comfortable, Room is spacious and overall relaxing to be in. Friendly staff

We liked the location, close to a lot of places, like the village . The only thing I didn’t like was that in our room you could hear the door to the stairs open and close,and a lot of kids running other than that we loved it

The tv remote was extremely basic (on,off, numbers to select a channel, volume up or down). Never knew what was playing. No streaming and not a smart tv so couldn't cast to it. I gave up trying to watch tv. Room ac had on and off only. No working controls. Had to plug and unplug to operate. But otherwise this was a very pleasant hotel and I would stay here again.

Extremely Disliked the room air conditioner. It was warm in the room so every time the air turned on it would start first with a loud hum, that was loud enough to wake me nearly every time. Tried ear plugs and pillow over my head and still only got a couple hours of sleep.

My mom left her black sandals in our room and when I called to ask if they had been turned in by housekeeping, they could not locate them. We searched our car and her luggage and no sandals. She knew exactly where she had left them. I feel that someone was dishonest and kept her sandals.

Mark at the front desk is a great asset to this property and treats every guest like they're the only one at the hotel. The property and rooms are clean and quiet and it is our go go when in Meridian/Boise.

I could tell immediately that the bed looked off, so I went over to check it out as soon as I entered my room. It didn’t look made correctly and I pulled back the sheets and sure enough, hairs. Then, I checked the bathroom and the shower had hair in it as well. I went back down to check right back out and they assured me that when I called the booking site to cancel and get a refund the next day that they would approve it for me. I was not even there for ten minutes. The booking site was very helpful, but the hotel manager tried to tell them I never even showed up. Luckily, I had made a note of the employees I spoke with and let them know we could easily review the camera footage if needed. I did receive my refund and wouldn’t have bothered with additionally leaving a negative review if the manager hadn’t tried to weasel out of doing the right thing and instead owned up to the poor condition of the room. Instead of being snakey, train your staff correctly and spend some time in your place of work making sure things are going well.

Country Inn has done some upgrades that have improved the facility. Appreciate Rep. Mark who was friendly and efficient. I've had past issues here and i'm happy things are improved! We will be back!

Country Inn has done some upgrades that have improved the facility. Appreciate Rep. Mark who was friendly and efficient. I've had past issues here and i'm happy things are improved! We will be back!

We had a great experience during our stay at our hotel. Check-in was quick, and easy. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for all the activities and shopping we did. Loved the pool being adult hours only from 10pm-12am. The breakfast was good, just like any continental breakfast. We will definitely be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I chose this property for its price and amenities, but I got more than I bargained for. This location is in the middle of everything! We were minutes from the freeway, shopping, eating and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I alerted the night staff that I had an Amazon delivery scheduled for the day of our check out, and the morning staff was already aware of the delivery when I checked out. I had an appointment away from the hotel before the package arrived, but the staff held the package for me so I could grab it on the at out of town. The breakfast was very good. There was a full menu including waffles, eggs and breakfast meat along with just about anything else you could want to eat. There were even warm cookies in the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet. There were two minor issues that didn’t really affect my stay but, I would have preferred a fan in the bathroom and the CBS station on the tv didn’t work. Not deal breakers however, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint if I had one would be, you can hear the cars racing up Eagle most the night if you stay on front side of the hotel. I didnt get to enjoy the breakfast because I overslept due to being up most the night listening to traffic. My son stayed on the other side and said he heard nothing on the backside. It was a nice hotel all in all. They had fresh cookies, coffee and tea.

It was a good place to stay with our family. The pools were great for the kids. Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing. We went down at 8:00 am and they did not have any sausage, waffle mix, cream cheese, some of the milk was curdled even though the date said it should still be good and there were not very many plates. We had to go eat out somewhere else.

The room was big enough for us. Breakfast had lots of options. I was especially impressed by the lady who did Sunday breakfast. There were lot of people eating breakfast and although the hot items ran our ahe just kept them coming just as quick as she could, while helping some young kids get juice or helping an older person get what they needed. Everything was stocked really well for breakfast. Extra points for the front desk having cookies ton check in. Have milk jugs little yogurts and fresh fruit are always good with me along with pastries. Never stayed here before. When I look for a hotel I look at price, what the breakfast looks like in pictures, and whether thry have an indoor pool and hot tub. You had all that at a really good price.

4 generations went to Boise to meet up with other family members. We had a 2 room suite .it was perfect. Clean and very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was hot and wonderful staff . Will stay again next trip.

It took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to check in. So we lost our dinner reservations. Our room was supposed to be a suite, but it was actually just a king room. We had to run the jetted tub multiple times and wipe it out as it wasn’t clean. The following morning breakfast was not ready at 6:40 and they were just putting it out (breakfast was from 6-9am). The pool room had a gross smell to it. When I went to the desk in the morning, the staff told me I could email the manager and ask about a refund or partial discount. I have done that multiple times, and have still not received a response. I would NOT recommend staying here.

First off, the reviews for the property stated the hotel was very clean, and I rely on others reviews to help guide me on booking a good stay. When I arrived, I was a little discouraged when I entered the lobby and it didn’t seem well kept. There were marks visibly on the tile flooring and the glass and doors of the hotel entry were noticeably dirty. (Initially I didn’t know about all of the wildfires that were effecting the area, so I was a bit skeptical, but proceeded with my check-in.) My room was well cleaned, and I quickly forgot about the tidiness of the lobby as maybe it was just a one-off. I would not stay somewhere unless I felt the room was well-kept and the bedding/linens were unquestionably clean, and they were. 😊 I did have an issue with the coffee maker that was in my room. I notified the front desk that my coffee maker was dirty and requested a new one. I never heard back from the front desk until I reached out again the 3rd day I was there. It wasn’t until day 6 that I received a different coffee maker, but had been told there was fresh coffee downstairs that I was welcome to. Not the answer I preferred. I ended up extending my stay a couple more days and I was overall happy with my stay and would stay there again.
