This is a very well appointed apartment located one block off the Main Street in downtown Grand Junction. Check in was easy and communication from hosts was very good.The doors on the half bathroom and 3rd bedroom (with the bunk beds) are frosted glass. Our party was 5 adults so there was some discomfort, particularly with the half bath being adjacent to the living room.We could hear the bar below well into quiet hours.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was perfect for our needs! Located right downtown, everything was within walking distance. We were initially worried about noise from the bar downstairs, but those worries quickly went away when a) the noise was minimal, and b) they closed at 10pm.Would definitely recommend this property!

Really cool apartment with great proximity to downtown. The bar underneath was a little loud until about midnight but not too bad, I would still recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

Four friends spent the weekend and it was the perfect space and location for us. The location is in walking distance to downtown, and despite being over the Feisty Pint, was quiet at night time. The half bath was also large enough to serve as a second bathroom, which was perfect for us. We did not use the kitchen other than the fridge, but it seemed well-stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed here while visiting with my daughters at CMU. GREAT location - steps from downtown, great food at the bar below. Couldn’t have asked for more. Could barely hear the bar below, all the amenities and the location was fantastic. Would recommend 100/100 times going forward. Awesome. Period.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are large and the king size beds were very comfortable with premium bedding. With a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and many restaurants just a short walk away, the location is very convenient. The Grand Mesa, Palisade, The Colorado Monument, and numerous wineries are all 30-60 minutes away by car. There is a homeless shelter close by, so that's not ideal, but it didn't present any real issues. Overall, I would recommend the Modern Condo Inside the Historic St. Regis!

Was probably as described,,, but would say the fact the master bathroom had the only shower in the place, vs the general bathroom, was more that a bit of a pain for two couples. Being over the bar was not an issue with noise. Beds were very comfortable. Nice downtown location.

The location and funky building were great. The condo is spacious and has a large kitchen and good sized bedrooms. There was a bit of a funny smell which was addressed with management. Also, the A/C wasn't working properly. Not broken but not as cool as I would have liked. I was recovering from surgery and really needed it a bit cooler. Management communication was excellent and they called in a plumber for repair. Would stay here again in the future.

We arrived at the property but couldn't stay due to the strong chemical odors in the room. My wife's eyes immediately started watering - we left after 5 minutes. The neighborhood is sketchy also; here is an excerpt from the check-in process: "You will find the lockbox by entering the alley (black door surrounded by corrugated metal). To the right of that door on the wall there is a lockbox labeled...". My family didn't even like being left in the car while I got the keys. Despite not being able to stay, we were denied any form of refund. This property could work for you if you have no kids and no sense of smell.

Communication with the landlords was great. Easy to find an access. Place was very clean and quiet and well appointed. The only weird thing is that the only shower was an en suite to one of the king bedrooms so the other bedrooms had to use that one. There was a second toilet accessible from the living area though. Not a big issue at all for us. Would definitely rent it again.

This is a really cool old building right in the heart of downtown Grand Junction Colorado. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is nicely updated and worked well for my wife and I, our son, and his two boys. The only thing that would have been nice is another shower. The only shower is in the master bedroom. It does have a nice additional half bath though. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Aside from being asked to pay more than what were originally quoted because they didn't include about $40 tax in the original price -- and paying it, because we were in no position to argue by then -- communication with the property manager was fine. Check-in was easy. The location was excellent, walking distance to plenty of downtown restaurants and bars. And it was clean. The place itself was ... fine. It seems like it was built to be used as office space and was converted to a rental property later: shower inside one bedroom, not in same room as toilet; bunk-bedroom window that faced hallway; only bathroom had a pocket door that was mostly frosted glass. For only a little more than hotels would have cost us, we were happy with the location and glad to have a real kitchen and small dining and living room areas. I'd stay here again, though probably not for more than one night.

For the most part, we enjoyed staying here. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't able to keep up with the heat. It had been a hot day. When we entered, it was 77 degrees in the condo although the air conditioner was set at 72. We were asked not to set it lower than 70 which we followed. Unfortunately, it was too warm all night and didn't seem to cool off much at all. I stayed in the bunk room and the bed was fine. My kids/spouses stayed in the other bedrooms and said the beds were comfortable. Downtown is great and it was nice to be within walking distance of nice shops and restaurants. I would stay here again, but would hope the weather is not so hot next time.

This was the perfect place to stay for our night out in Junction for a concert at the Mesa Theater. The condo was wonderfully laid out & comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the bunk bed room to have more privacy added to the glass door & for actual shades to be added in the bedrooms rather than draperies - a lot of light comes through.

We really loved staying here. The location in town is great, because you can walk to wherever you need to. The unit is very large, including large living area bedrooms Etc they provide everything you need including extra towels and blankets. You simply take the elevator to the second floor and go down the hall to the unit. We felt completely safe staying here.

Walk to everything downtown! Very updated property and comfortable. Great for a family too. Kitchen is large and equipped with modern appliances. Two King beds with clean and updated quilts, plus bunk beds. TV's all work but only streaming services are available versus live network television. Building is secure and quiet in a perfect setting.

For only a little more than hotels would have cost us, we were happy with the location and glad to have a real kitchen and small dining and living room areas. I'd stay here again, though probably not for more than one night.
Five adults stayed here for one night. Aside from being asked to pay more than what were originally quoted because they didn't include about $40 tax in the original price -- and paying it, because we were in no position to argue by then -- communication with the property manager was fine. Check-in was easy. The location was excellent, walking distance to plenty of downtown restaurants and bars. And it was clean. The place itself was ... fine. It seems like it was built to be used as office space and was converted to a rental property later: shower inside one bedroom, not in same room as toilet; bunk-bedroom window that faced hallway; only bathroom had a pocket door that was mostly frosted glass. The location and funky building were great. The condo is spacious and has a large kitchen and good sized bedrooms. There was a bit of a funny smell which was addressed with management. Also, the A/C wasn't working properly. Not broken but not as cool as I would have liked. I was recovering from surgery and really needed it a bit cooler. Management communication was excellent and they called in a plumber for repair. Would stay here again in the future.

My family took Amtrak to Moab and needed a place to stay in Grand Junction. This place was within walking distance of the train station so we got it. The extra step of getting the building key was just a little confusing but the directions were detailed enough to explain it. The unit was in perfect condition. The beds and sheets were wonderfully comfortable. We had a great stay and would easily recommend it to others.

We arrived at the property but couldn't stay due to the strong chemical odors in the room. My wife's eyes immediately started watering - we left after 5 minutes. The neighborhood is sketchy also; here is an excerpt from the check-in process: "You will find the lockbox by entering the alley (black door surrounded by corrugated metal). To the right of that door on the wall there is a lockbox labeled...". My family didn't even like being left in the car while I got the keys. Despite not being able to stay, we were denied any form of refund. This property could work for you if you have no kids and no sense of smell.

Communication with the landlords was great. Easy to find an access. Place was very clean and quiet and well appointed. The only weird thing is that the only shower was an en suite to one of the king bedrooms so the other bedrooms had to use that one. There was a second toilet accessible from the living area though. Not a big issue at all for us. Would definitely rent it again.

This is a really cool old building right in the heart of downtown Grand Junction Colorado. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is nicely updated and worked well for my wife and I, our son, and his two boys. The only thing that would have been nice is another shower. The only shower is in the master bedroom. It does have a nice additional half bath though. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We really loved staying here. The location in town is great, because you can walk to wherever you need to. The unit is very large, including large living area bedrooms Etc they provide everything you need including extra towels and blankets. You simply take the elevator to the second floor and go down the hall to the unit. We felt completely safe staying here.

My family and I stayed here while visiting with my daughters at CMU. GREAT location - steps from downtown, great food at the bar below. Couldn’t have asked for more. Could barely hear the bar below, all the amenities and the location was fantastic. Would recommend 100/100 times going forward. Awesome. Period.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are large and the king size beds were very comfortable with premium bedding. With a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and many restaurants just a short walk away, the location is very convenient. The Grand Mesa, Palisade, The Colorado Monument, and numerous wineries are all 30-60 minutes away by car. There is a homeless shelter close by, so that's not ideal, but it didn't present any real issues. Overall, I would recommend the Modern Condo Inside the Historic St. Regis!

Very enjoyable stay overall. The property is nicely furnished and composed of comfortable spaces. Bunk bed room with a TV was a novelty for my daughter. Each room has its own television and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and family friendly. The view from the balcony was enjoyable and the location provided plenty of close by entertainment. Communication with the host was timely and pleasant. Check in and check out instructions were clear and the digital guidebook was convenient and informative. We would be happy to stay again in the future.
