My family and I never stayed at the residence. The place was filthy when we arrived, so we demanded a refund and the owner deceived us into contacting VRBO for our refund stating only VRBO can give us our refund and after contacting VRBO they told us the owner is listed by a 3rd party and they were solely responsible for initiating a refund; so we tried to contact the owner after finding out that information and the owner would not answer the phone anymore, so we had to initiate a stop payment on the reservation pending a review and we are still waiting for the final decision on that stop payment. We had to book a hotel stay for our visit and spend even more money after being ghosted by the owner!
