Wasn't anything special. Had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator after check-in because one (of the three small elevators) was broken and there were so many people trying to go up/down. The trek from the parking garage is long and inconvenient given they charge a daily fee for parking on top of the room charges (and the gate arms in/out of the garage didn't even work, for that matter). Carpet in the room had stains and the bed and pillows were just meh. I expected more from this property and was unfortunately disappointed.

Very clean, with great customer service and a nice-sized pool. The breakfast was okay, but better than most hotel breakfast buffets. Parking is $15 for the garage, but there is also street parking available.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. They need to improve their elevators. The hotel was busy and the elevators are so slow. After waiting 15 minutes with a large number of other guests, we wound up walking up 7 floors to our room with luggage. Certainly not the greatest of accommodations.

Elevators out of date on compliance, elevator system operating sluggish. marginal house keeping staff, sink wouldn’t drain or operate properly.

Needed more towels/ rags in room. Wish we had a microwave. Hot tub down, lots of walking to parking garage. All in all the place is nice, workers are great. Clean. I would say for the price we could’ve done better but all in all it was decent

Enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and locker room.

I had a pleasant stay and the bar was wonderful with a mixture of exquisite drinks. Only issue was the hot tub was out of service and the pool was freezing.

The pool was under maintenance. The breakfast was really bad.

Hotel was very nice! Rooms are pretty, comfortable and spacious. The fitness room and bar area are convenient as well. The parking garage is a little confusing and depending on where you park, it may take a bit to get to the actual hotel. Would definitely stay again though!

The bathroom wall paper was coming off. The shower was dirty and had mold around the edges. The shower leaked water onto the floor. Bring your own h=shampoo and conditioner

The property outside needs cleaned up the walkway are dingy and dirty and trash was overflowing in the parking garage by the elevators and elevators themselves were dirty but our room was very roomy and brite clean and the carpet was soft and clean beds are comfortable night staff was great for checking in

Hotel is disgusting and doesn’t provide anything. Way over priced for what you get. No parking included, no fridge in the room, says you get a king size bed, we only got a queen. Rust and mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain. For $200+ for a room, I expect something nicer. This room was so small and disgusting, I will never return and hope this review turns down people looking to stay here as well..

My stay was pleasant. Rooms were decent my floor was quiet I felt safe and there was ample parking. If i had to give one critique it would be that the carpet would benefit from a routine cleaning. The carpets have a lot of spots and are very dirty.

The bathroom shower around the bottom was nasty on the inside of the shower as well as on the out of the shower near the floor. There was also a loud drippping sound coming from the shower. I woke up at 2:30 and thought the shower was leaking and I was gonna put a towel down there to absorb some of the drip, but apparently it's coming from the inside of the wall.

Have stayed here before approx 10 yrs ago. Was a great property. This trip, initial room I checked in smelled of mold and air conditioning was inoperable. The 2nd room also smelled, but tolerable. However carpeting had not been vacuumed. Upon taking a shower, noticed bathroom floors were dirty and hand long strands of hair all over the floor. Won’t stay again unless there is a MAJOR Reno!

This was our Valentine’s weekend stay. We chose a 4- star hotel and were very excited. The tv was outdated and the outlet on my side of the bed did not work despite the hotel being renovated in 2022. I requested late checkout due to a medical condition and was very rudely told that would not be possible. I felt as if I inconvenienced the front desk woman. I used to think Marriott’s were supposed to be great and was very disappointed it was considered a 4 star hotel from our experience.

Rooms were great, the drapes were hard to close, so the street light and sunrise was in my eyes.

Nice hotel. Room was extra large. Bed was very comfortable. Carpets looked a bit on the older side, maybe they weren’t but they wanted that look due to nature of hotel decor. Anyway it would not deter me from staying there. Very convenient to get into events at Civic Center. There’s a walkway from the hotel directly into facility. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The shower head alone was hands down worth the price of the room. High enough for a tall (6') person to stand under without crouching and had excellent water pressure. The beef was very comfortable too - soft but still firm with great support. The fact that it's an easy stroll across the skywalk to get to the Civic Center is a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

The view from our window was a big air handler. Our room keys didn't work, so that required a couple visits to the front desk to get resolved. The card reader at the garage exit didn't work, either, so that required another visit to the desk.

Very clean, quiet rooms and the curtains do a great job of keeping the light out at night.

Bad water pressure and noisy on the 2nd floor street side. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are big enough for sure.

We had a gentleman at the desk, his name was Brandon. He was absolutely fabulous. Very friendly and inviting to the hotel. He deserves a raise!

The hotel was clean. The restaurant was okay. Food was overpriced for what it was. The lady who checked us in was amazing. The lady who checked us out was horrible. She was so rude. I was simply trying to check out and ask a question about a charge on my card. She had a horrible attitude and was literally rolling her eyes at me while I was speaking. Don’t work in the industry if that’s the customer service you deliver.

Two hotels share a common main floor. Rally unique setup but signs point in the right direction. Parking garage attached to the whole thing was nice. Staff at check in was cordial and professional. Room was wll kept if a little cold and did have a very sterile smell to it. I had left my room for about two hours and when I returned I met a stranger leaving my room as I was walking in. He held up a key and said that his key opened my room by mistake. I got into my room and noticed some personal items stolen. I went back to the door and he was gone. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and their first question was. "Was he a guest or did he look homeless?" Security was called over repeat the scenario and he gave me the same question. No one on staff at that time had access to anything that could look for the guy or see if his badge he showed me did actually scan into my room until the night shift came in. I heard my door make a noise at 10pm. Looked in the peep hole and it was the night shift. Went to put some pants on and when I got back they were already gone. No knock at all. When I checked out, the day staff were not made aware of the incident and they never even called the police to file a complaint. You would think that in the spirit of doing good business they would at least investigate or let the authorities know about it. But instead they just ignored it, and didn't even bother to tell the staff what happened. Must be pretty common then.

We have had a horrible stay! I am writing this as I sit with my room temperature at 80° and it’s been on 67 for hours. We also had other guests so angry running around here about the conditions. When we went to check in, I had to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for an agent for check in while the manager stood at a computer doing his own work and the other two were checking people in Clearly there wasnt enough staff to check people in and he did not sway from doing his own personal responsibilities instead of jumping in and helping. I got to my room and the key cards didn’t work. The pool was shut down before the hours It said it would shut down so we didn’t get to swim I called Expedia and they were horrible! I stayed online with them for 37 minutes just to get $75 back from the Marriott and a $50 next gift card from Expedia. This was horrible customer service on both parties! I hardly ever leave a review but this time I felt I should say something! When they mess up they don’t do the right thing. This should’ve been a full refund! I suggested 100.00 because all rooms were booked in town so they got to charge high prices. They just give you a little partial part I am not going to sleep well tonight because my room is 80° when it’s 92° outside right now

Brandon was an absolute UNIT! I love him. He treated me like a friend and was very happy to help me. As someone who owns a business, I know how important friendly employees are. It made me very happy to see someone like Brandon working there. A great employee and bro def deserves a raise. All hotels are different but they are all the same. Brandon is the reason I enjoyed my stay.

While the room I stayed in was nice and clean, the staff was friendly enough but don't seem to know what they are doing. They told me the temporary incidentals charge that was pending on my credit card would fall off, it did not. It cleared and now no one knows what to do to resolve the issue and refund me the charge. I have been on a call with the front desk that then transferred me and transferred again only to end up at a voicemail hoping to get a call back. It was a nice enough place but book on a credit card because if this can't be resolved I'll have to dispute it with my credit card

Hotel rooms need attention, and staff are not responsive.

Brandon at the Front Desk was amazing. I told him it was my daughters 25th birthday and he arranged a special dessert for her and a goody bag with snacks and treats. He definitely went above and beyond.

Waited 30 minutes to check in then when we got to the front desk our room was not ready at it was after4. The lady at the desk didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to do anything about it.

Excellent location if you are attending an event at the Peoria Civic Center. Be prepared to use a lot of different elevators.

I love the history and the tasteful renovation. The convenience for the Bob Dylan concert was unbeatable.

Place was great! Staff was nice! Was offered a corner upper room, it was wonderful! The downtown area at night is a little sketchy, but all in all the hotel was great!

Great staff. Awesome location if you’re attending the Civic center. We went to a concert and never had to walk outside, safe for young women having fun. Parking ramp was also connected and easy to use and find. We will stay again.

This place was beautiful, but such a joke. There was never hot water for showers. Room service wasnt even a thing, they have a food menu in the room, but when you order they ask you to pick it up in the other hotel. When we went downstairs, they never even made out food! The buffet was a joke, you are paying $18 for a breakfast buffet that is equivalent to a free breakfast at other hotels.

The restaurant in the hotel for dinner was frustrating the night we were there. Took 2 hours to get our meal which consisted of sandwiches. The hotel itself was great and our room was amazing. I would absolute stay at the hotel again the next time I’m in Peoria, however, I will bypass the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Everything about the Hotel stay was excellent, but we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening after our event, they did not anticipate it being busy, ordered food at 830p got it at 945p, was a little cold. People all around us were upset, felt bad for waiter as this was a management issue, very under staffed not prepared for crowd they had.

The windows in rooms to outside dirty .. carpet in room dirty .. dinner took over 45 minutes after order and was cold . Restaurant not packed .. dizzy server said it was under heat lamps !! Sat after dinner for 15 min to get to go container and pay bill had to find the three servers behind the register behind the wall.. horrible service !

We were there for a concert at the Civic Center. It was nice to have a skywalk connection. They turn out all lights in the hallway from the Civic Center to the skywalk very soon after the concert. The bathroom in the room was about the size of a small closet. The Table 19 restaurant is awful - horrible service, horrible wait times for the food and the overpriced food was gross. While waiting for checkout (because there is no express checkout), the staff was raising their voice to someone on the phone. The only plus was the bed was quite comfortable (if you can get past the feel of the sheets)

The staff was awesome. The Breakfast was so good! I personally complimented the cooks. I have stayed in hundreds of Hotels and never had such amazing tasty breakfast as I did today!

Convenience of being attached to the Convention Center was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Beware of the “breakfast buffet.” It is nothing more than a continental breakfast that is $18 per person. Loud music coming from somewhere most the night.
