Disappointing at that price .. No refrigerator or coffee machine in room, and they charge if you want coffee in the lobby! 10 minute walk to lake..not waterfront. Elevator not reliable and general condition dated.

A good location, in a quiet location and close to the railway station but only about 10 min walk to the old town and the lake. The hotel was good overall, very clean and comfortable bed. Th staff were lovely and always available. The only issue was the shower tray which did not prevent water from flowing onto the floor of the bathroom which then did not drain away very well. A better shower tray would help prevent this.

Good hotel, well located for reaching the main line train station and the ferry for Lake Como. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the safe in the room wasn’t working and was not repaired during our stay.

Lovely little boutique hotel on a side street. We were welcomed by guy on desk who gave us lots of information on Como and provided us with a map. The hotel was clean and the room was modern with a large bathroom and lovely large shower. Breakfast was continental style and was very nice and it was very relaxed atmosphere. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the lakeside, this was a flat easy walk. There were some restaurants in the street but again approximately 15 minutes to main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful and friendly staff who will greet and invite you to stay in a very clean and modernized room. Breakfast was filling, satiafying, and convenient. The location was close enough to the life of the city you could walk everywhere but gave you enough distance from it all so it remained quiet and calm at night. A grocery store, close by, open 24/7 is very convenient and affordable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A/C wasnt working at the time, but fans were sufficient for sleeping, otherwise was very warm. Very Clean, Great Staff. Amazingly convenient for Train Station within 1 minute walk. Overall very nice stay!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was clean and very comfortable. The closeness to the train station was a really a plus for our connection to Lugano. The staff was very pleasant and willing to answer our questions and offer dining suggestions. They even provided a ride for us to the train station on checkout. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Definitely no lake views. Staff were unkind and quite frankly rude. Tried to charge us for 3 nights when we had amended to a two night stay more than three months prior. Had to argue our point when we clearly had written confirmation…which quite frankly, ruined my trip. Shower was awful, water did not drain properly. So you had to use the hand shower and take 3min showers otherwise bathroom would flood. Told the staff about this on the first day and was promised something would be done, but no one even bothered to take a look. AC never worked properly. Stairs are dangerously steep and glass see through bottoms…not safe for children at all. This was meant to be a family room, but my husband ended up sleeping upstairs in the single bed and my son downstairs with me, as it was completely unsafe should he have needed to use the bathroom during the night. Would never recommend this place nor ever choose to stay here again! The attitude from the staff was utterly disgusting and disrespectful!

The room is nice and is in a good location if you want the bottom of Lake Como or are watching Como football. The only problem we had with the room was the AC was not the best but the reception was very cool so it felt all the cool air was being used there!

Unique property with real charm and rare find to accommodate four people in one room. That said, the in-room stairs are a little perilous. Friendly staff. And so close to train station. Definitely a good place for a few nights.

I reserved this room, because it said they have AC. From the first day, I informed the staff there was no AC in my room. They offered to move me to another location, but it was a huge downgrade for what I paid for. The staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. Just no AC in the summer made our stay miserable. I suggest making sure they have their AC fixed before going. The rooms face the afternoon sun, so it gets very hot in the room.

Overall the stay was good. We did feel uncomfortable at night, there was no option to put the air on because the temperature outside was not hot enough. We had the windows open and heard a lot of noise outside. You can only take one hot shower at a time also. Besides this the place was clean and close to the train station.

A wonderful and friendly staff who will greet and invite you to stay in a very clean and modernized room. Breakfast was filling, satiafying, and convenient. The location was close enough to the life of the city you could walk everywhere but gave you enough distance from it all so it remained quiet and calm at night. A grocery store, close by, open 24/7 is very convenient and affordable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed this property very much. It was clean and very comfortable. The closeness to the train station was a really a plus for our connection to Lugano. The staff was very pleasant and willing to answer our questions and offer dining suggestions. They even provided a ride for us to the train station on checkout. Highly recommend. Thank you!

A good location, in a quiet location and close to the railway station but only about 10 min walk to the old town and the lake. The hotel was good overall, very clean and comfortable bed. Th staff were lovely and always available. The only issue was the shower tray which did not prevent water from flowing onto the floor of the bathroom which then did not drain away very well. A better shower tray would help prevent this.

Good hotel, well located for reaching the main line train station and the ferry for Lake Como. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the safe in the room wasn’t working and was not repaired during our stay.

It was pretty good stay. WiFi not the best in the rooms, had to go to lobby to use it but still slow Small rooms so for a night stay very good. 10 mins walk from Como s Giovanni station or boat station

Unique property with real charm and rare find to accommodate four people in one room. That said, the in-room stairs are a little perilous. Friendly staff. And so close to train station. Definitely a good place for a few nights.

Nice hotel, location 10 mins walk from centre of Como which when staying a few days becomes tiresome after sightseeing but I know that when booking. Overall happy with the stay.

Lovely little boutique hotel on a side street. We were welcomed by guy on desk who gave us lots of information on Como and provided us with a map. The hotel was clean and the room was modern with a large bathroom and lovely large shower. Breakfast was continental style and was very nice and it was very relaxed atmosphere. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the lakeside, this was a flat easy walk. There were some restaurants in the street but again approximately 15 minutes to main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Hyggelig hotel, svak service, vanskelig med parkering, må bære koffertene opp halve etasjer, veldig fint rom. Dyr frokost. Kafeteria over gaten med ferske bakevarer til 1/3 av prisen. Hotellet ligger sentralt i et rolig område.

Excellent hotel. My room was large, with a comfortable bed (and great memory pillows), and the most modern bathroom with terrific shower. About a 10 minute walk from the station and lakeside. Nice staff and good breakfast.
