The room was amazing as was the service. Had a brilliant night with most our time spent in the beer garden. The staff were great and very friendly. Only qualm was waking up in the night with the room roasting. Nothing an open window couldn't fix. Would definitely come black again!

Beautiful building with outside garden and car park. Couldn’t fault the food, the room, our hosts, nothing was to much trouble. My partner, dog and I had an excellent stay. Will definitely stay again.

The stay was pleasant the room was comfortable the free breakfast hamper very substantial and the facilities in the room included a fridge and ironing board. For the price this was very good.

The room was a good size, well decorated and clean. However, it was absolutely boiling and there were no thermostats on the radiators to turn them off, so the only way to cool the room down was to open the windows. The downside of that was that it is on a main road, so we got woken up every hour. Whilst the bar was really nice and the staff lovely and friendly, we discovered that despite the recent reviews showing a lovely breakfast hamper, that there was no breakfast provided. They are still planning on providing hot food in "a few weeks". As I had an 8am work start, the only place open for breakfast was McDonald\'s, in the wrong direction so I went to work tired and hunger. Far from worth the £83 I paid. If I\'d known there was no breakfast I could at least have made other arrangements.

A great place to stay in Shropshire. Lovely room and nice bar/restaurant. Lovely unecpected breakfast included in our room. We'd definitely stay again.

William was very accommodating and very helpful. He's friendly and easy going. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. There are also friendly local customers that use the bar as their local pub, which was refreshing to see. In additions, William is preparing his kitchen to start serving hot food. This will be an addition to their good services and I wish them the best of luck

The room was spacious and lovely, and the building was quiet . The continental breakfast basket was a nice touch but it could have been ideal to have some milk included. Also the bathtub wasn't cleared properly so we had to clean it ourselves before using it. Overall, we had a great stay but there's a room for improvement

Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again.

Sadly this place needs a fair bit of work doing to it. Stayed in a room on one of the hottest days of the year (not their fault obviously!) but no fan available and also blinds only covered 2/3 of the window so noisy all night then the room was bright from about 4:30am. Did flag this to staff but no-one came to try and fix the blinds or provide a fan. Bathroom was very small and could hardly sit on the toilet due to close proximity to wall opposite. For the price I'd opt for something else next time.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfy and the staff were excellent! There’s a warm welcoming atmosphere to the place, we were made to feel at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hence we booked for an extra night. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay! Will (the Manager) greeted me warmly upon arrival and went out of his way to ensure I had a good experience. The single room (at the top) was perfect for my needs & the hamper was a lovely touch. I will definitely return.

This is an exceptionally friendly and welcoming place to stay in for a night end route with well decorated and comfortable rooms. Despite being beside a fairly busy road, it was quiet in the room. Because there was no chef on site, we were given a generous cold breakfast in a small hamper. We look forward to returning in the future.

The property has been refurbished to a high standard. I understand that a chef was due to start the following week, so no restaurant service, however the owner suggest a pub about 15minutes walk away which was excellent. Breakfast was provided free of charge with a very nice hamper and the fridge contained milk orange juice and yogurts .

The room was a good size, well decorated and clean. However, it was absolutely boiling and there were no thermostats on the radiators to turn them off, so the only way to cool the room down was to open the windows. The downside of that was that it is on a main road, so we got woken up every hour. Whilst the bar was really nice and the staff lovely and friendly, we discovered that despite the recent reviews showing a lovely breakfast hamper, that there was no breakfast provided. They are still planning on providing hot food in "a few weeks". As I had an 8am work start, the only place open for breakfast was McDonald\'s, in the wrong direction so I went to work tired and hunger. Far from worth the £83 I paid. If I\'d known there was no breakfast I could at least have made other arrangements.

This property was convenient for my location needs in Wellington. The bed linen and towels were ok. However: The bed was uncomfortable- hard matress The breakfast hamper was poor quality and value for the daily rate charge of over £100 ! The room was small and not suitable/comfortable for 2 people- if I was not travelling alone. The shower was a challenge to operate, hot water flow was slow to start and poor pressure The room was not comfortable or spacious. It was cramped and certainly NOT worth £200 special offer for 2 nights. I wished they had vacancy at Premeir Inn for the dates of my stay! I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this place!

Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely clean room, it had a welcome fridge with a bottle of orange juice two bottles of water and a carton of milk. Breakfast consisted of cereal or oats, an apple a pastry and some nuts. Parking was free. Even though I overlooked the main road the traffic didn't keep me awake. Unfortunately there was a wake their so I walked 10 mins up the road to eat, so I can't tell you about the food. But I would stay again.

Brilliant staff and super clean, comfortable room. The breakfast is in a fancy wee hamper in your room and there is plenty of choice. OJ and milk in the fridge. Very short walk into the town for a restaurant and a Tesco express too.

I cannot recommend this stay highly enough. Welcomed from start to finish, with Sara being a particularly helpful host. Room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good, although missing some milk for cereal.

We stayed in a superior room which had exposed beams and a view over the fields. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room was a most welcome amenity. The breakfast hamper was plentiful and provided an enjoyable breakfast. Car park was useful. We sadly missed dining hours on a Sunday. Would stay here again.
