A hotel where you cannot take a shower after a long day visiting Vineyards in a scorching heat is certainly not an address I am likely to recommend to anyone! Indeed we were staying in room 307 ,when decided it was to got get ready for dinner ,we just found out there was not hot water coming out from the shower spigot nor the shower head. Unfortunately we were short on time to go through the whole process changing room. Hotel management should check their room out before guests arrival and make sure everything functions normally , which they obviously didn’t do! It was for us money down the drain , this is how my our stay felt like. I hope you will follow up this issue with the hotel and probably reimburse our unpleasant stay Thank you

We stayed while attending the Faith Fest. Property was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Thought I booked in July for my stay. Found that you lowered the price a week or so later so I asked weather I should cancel and rebook. No answer so I presumed you booked it. Never got a confirmation number or any kind of response. Few days before my stay I booked with another hotel in the area because not hearing from you made me think I had no reservation. Long story short, you did book me but never told me. I was charged for not showing up for my stay. Feel that you should have at least sent me a confirmation number so I would have known I had a room.
