Staff was not at the desk when I arrived. A few hours later we turned in the tv in our room and it wouldn’t work. I went to the desk again and still no one there. I had to use the phone on the desk to call them again. She came and checked the tv and then said she was going to call the cable company. Came back a few minutes and said the cable was having problems. The tv never came on.
