All good! Wish they had an exhaust fan in the bathroom

The travel lodge was different from the hotel connected which was fasanating and great at the same time because it made loading and unloading your vehicle soooo much easier

Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that it said it has a pool and there wasn’t one

When you go to a Days Inn, Comfort Inn, etc. you already made some concessions on price and luxury but for what I paid I got a good deal. Staff was excellent, it was in an area close to an arterial highway, and the room was fine for my needs and what I paid. Parking on site. If I have another event in Livonia I would consider staying here again.

The staff were very respectful and helpful. The room was tidy and stocked with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was reasonable, coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24 hours a day, and there was a small snack shop in the lobby, which was very convenient.

This motel is ok if you just need a place to crash for the night. The elevator was small and very slow. The breakfast was a joke. There was really nothing to eat. The juice machine was broken and there was no coffee.

The hotel needs a upgrade

Exactly what I expected -- clean, conveniently located, nice room and bathroom. I liked the walk-in shower. Not as eco-friendly as I hoped. Towels were changed almost daily despite the fact that I hung them up. The day before my last day, all towels and toiletries were4 changed and replenished. The breakfast bar had no fruit! It was amazingly sparse. The front desk saffed a 24-hour food/snack bar which was very nice. But it was almost entirely junk food. Limited outlets for devices. No USB ports. I had to unplug the alarm clock to charge my phone over night and have it by my bedside. There were no instructions as to how to access the TV menu.

The only thing I can possibly say as a negative about this place is the the elevator is SLOW!

Lost power multiple times during stay was trapped in the room handicapped on the third floor no useful of elevator!

The building and rooms are dated but clean. The bathrooms in the two rooms I stayed in were remodeled within the past few years. I'd stay again.

The room was nasty and smell like animal odor as I would never recommend anyone to rest this place.

This hotel is awful. They had to change my room because the first room was freezing cold. The 2nd room had a roach. I didn't stay any longer once I saw a roach. They refunded me, but this place is just nasty. Don't do it.

The room was not very clean at all. We accidentally requested a pet friendly room which was no big deal besides a dog must of peed on the corner of our bed skirt. You could clearly see it. There was also nasty stuff on parts of the floor. Windows were able to open all the way and the locks were basically broke. No screens. That is a major safety hazard as we were on the second floor. Would never stay there again. Worst days inn I have every stayed at.

The wifi didn't work and I specifically asked was there a smart tv in the room before booking and I was told there was and that was a lie. To add insult unto injury they charged me $60 extra for a deposit that was not mentioned when booking and they kept my deposit because they claimed it was an ink stain on a pillow case. I did not have an ink pen or anything that would have cause a smear or stain. The overall experience was a disaster. I would like a full refund and i will not be returning.

Clean room. Nice size tv that had lights behind it. Also I was able to watch TNF that’s aired on Prime video. Would definitely go back.

Smells weird, we had dirty sheets. Place is kind of a dump. But I guess that’s what you get for the price

Bed was hard as a rock. Room was clean and quiet though. Staff was awesome!

Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent grab and go. Only one ice machine on main floor we stayed on second floor. The room smelled very strongly of stale pee. Like hitting a wall when we walked in. But it was late and we were too tired to change rooms. Also the door had a 2” gap at the bottom and you could lay down and look under it. Allowed hallway noise. For one night, we made it work but wouldn’t stay there again.

Rooms are nicer than expected.

We had a parking lot light directly outside our winsow, making our room feel like the middle of the afternoon, when it was in the middle of the night, even with all curtains closed. Refused a refund because we didnt ask for a new room in the middle of the night. Absolutely terrible. Dont stay here!!

Overall not bad. Shower caulk had molding inside of it. Rooms were decent, updated aesthetically but paint (visible wall damage) and bedding could have been a little better. Breakfast was a plus. Not too many choices, but doable, but they have an awesome selection of items for purchase. Staff was great, except for calling my room to see if I had a luggage cart, but understandable. Oh…and of course it’s Spring in Michigan, so beyond their control, lots of construction around the hotels entrance.

The manager and staff were so kind to us during our stay. They take very good care of the property.

Terrible service and staff they definitely scammed me out of 60$ I went to check out and get my deposit and I was told I wasn’t getting a deposit back for one of my rooms and so I asked why and he showed me some pictures of blood stains all over all the towels on the pillow case which clearly was not mine I had checked both rooms before I left and there was clearly no blood or anything out of ordinary

I would like to start by stating I understand this is NOT a Hilton or Marriott and I wasn't expecting any of that BUT what i was expecting was running water in the bathtub! We checked in at 3pm and at the time of check in the staff DID NOT provide any information as to the problembthey were already addressing, which was a broken pipe. We walked into the room and started to get changed as we were only here for one night and were attenting a wedding nearby - we were looking for proximity to the venue and showering and getting ready. Couldn't do that at all since there was no water pressure for the bathtub.. you could flush the toilet and brush your teeth, but that was it. We had to get ready and head out to the wedding without taking a shower and i asked the front desk if the problem was going to be resolved before we came back, and we were explicitly told, "sir it will be ready in 20 minutes!" This was at 5:30pm. We got back at 11:45pm and the forst thing i did was ask the feont desk if we have running water for the shower and the young lady said "No and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed until Monday, as per the management." She provided management's information as we were checking out in the morning and couldn't shower/bathe again. I would highly advise AGINST BOOKING here and to definitely spend a luttle extra and go elsewhere as once you're in, there's nothing the front desk can do for you other than provide you with the management's contact information.

Clean, close to a lot of restaurants, good continental breakfast, super friendly staff. Only complaint was the hall smelled like pot on my floor.

Our family of four enjoyed our overnight stay at Days Inn by Wyndham. It was conveniently located near the Airport and bode well to our sight-seeing adventures to the Univ of Michigan and also the Canadian border. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Can't rate surroundings. Highway was under construction. The pillows were terrible. They only have one size & they are way too fat. My neck is still in pain two days later. Would have switched hotels for not paying for 4 days in advance. The breakfast menu was very limited. I will not stay here again. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Adequate hotel room for the money. Clean and quiet. But we needed to change from a king bed to 2 double beds and we were required to work it thru Hotels.com vs Days Inn and pay more even though the rooms were available and they were offering “1 bed or two” to people checking in at same time. We finally asked for a cot, paid $10 and had to insist on 2 sheets and a blanket and had to come down and pick it up ourselves.

There was no breakfast, only bread and sugary gmo cereal.
