Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Detroit Northwest - Livonia by IHG

Enjoyed staying here and plan to stay there again in future trips to the Detroit area. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming !

When we arrived at 2pm, we weren’t greeted by the front desk receptionist. He wasn’t welcoming at all. He reminded us that check-in wasn’t until 3pm which we were willing to wait for. Got up to the floor where our room was at. The key card that we got from the receptionist didn’t work. One employee happened to be walking around near our room, and he offered to help us out which was wonderful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. I love that we have unlimited coffee and tea. Parking was easy. Overall, if only the receptionist was happy to check us in, this trip would’ve been perfect.

Property well maintained. Clean facility in common area, friendly staff, breakfast was your staple breakfast. My husband loved the cinnamon rolls. I would have loved some bacon instead of 2 types of sausage. Loved they had Earl Grey tea. Only drawback was our shower had hair stuck to the wall which made me question if it had been properly cleaned.

Towels and bedding were stained and had hair on them. The internet was unusable. I was to teach a free class to Vetetans in the evening. I dropped my zoom call 15 or so times.
