Hotel Manuela

Beautiful hotel, great service, very secure location

The hotel was very new, clean and beautifully decorated. The price was very reasonable and it was situated in a great central spot for us to visit Rome and Naples. Just be prepared to use google translate a lot as they do not speak much English, which was fine as I know we are in Italy, but I think we were hoping a hotel would have someone who would be able to communicate in other languages. Breakfast was very limited so we did have to eat out each morning as well which we were not expecting to do. Plus you have to pay extra per day to use the pool, which we thought was a bit strange.

We arrived at approximately 4:00pm to check in and were met with an awkward reaction. For some reason this hotel has checkin only at 9:00pm, and we missed that note during booking. They made an exception and accommodated us as an exception. Never heard of a hotel only allowing checkin as of 9:00pm. The room was amazing, but because we were located right next to reception, there was lots of noise all night.
