Would definitely recommend for mid ohio vintage days. Decently close for a good price. Nice management. Room was in decent shape had minor issues like back door keycard disnt work so had to walk around if it closed. For most part very decent for what i needed.

This place was as expected. It is an out of date hotel that offers affordable pricing to stay. Its comfortable and the rooms are well kept over all. The AC works and it was quite while I was there. This place does not offer any kind of breakfast and the front desk is not always manned. The halls are not air-conditioned which on a hot day was not the most pleasant and there is smoking rooms which carries through the hotel as a whole. Would i stay again....probably not unless i was in a financial pinch.

The price is reasonable. But the above amenities (mentioned in the dislikes) were offered while booking online but in reality they were not.

Heritage is a budget option. It isn't fancy, and the outside areas need some attention, but my room was clean, safe, and quiet. The hallways as well, although forst floor rooms have both inside and outside access. If I were to stay in the Mansfield area again, I would stay here as it was properly priced for what it is compared to other Mansfield area motels.

This place is dirty, smells and the service is awful. Garbage cans are kept close to the rooms and everywhere in the building stinks. The bedsheets, mattresses and towels are dusty and smell of dust. I caught allergies because of the dust from the bed and the room. I couldn’t use the towels because they smelt of dust and were dirty. The person checking me in couldn’t access my information from hotel.com had to make my book another reservation by paper. This place is horrible.

Disgusting place, we didn’t even stay there. Room smelled something terrible, beds looked like they bought them at a garage sale, black things in the sheets, toilet was filthy. When we checked in a lady was sitting on the couch folding towels. There went $400 down the drain.

Aside from the TV/cable not functioning, and the double stick tape failing on the throne, causing the morning constitutional to be reminiscent of my professional surfing career, which I've never experienced, as the closest body of water I've ever placed a "board" in was a lady I met back in the 70s...but I digress, the door locks, the toilet flushes and the shower works...what more is needed ? I've stayed here before and I will again.

This place was okay. The only bright light was Brooke at the front desk. She actually shook my hand and was pleased to meet me. She was there when I needed cell phone charger in middle of night. Brooke is constantly running around doing the job of literally 4 motel personnel. I know because I worked for HR all my life. I would definitively stay there again but only because I have a friend named Brooke working there.

I was very disappointed in this motel. When we first arrived nobody was in the lobby for us to check in. We called the number we were supposed to when we got there nobody answered the phone. We went looking for someone. It took us 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. When we got checked in they gave us the room key and that is when they made the bed. They had no fitted sheet on the bed. They only had a flat sheet and the covers. I was worried the whole time we stayed if we even had a clean sheet. It was a very disappointing motel we stayed at. I was trying to make it a very nice time because my husband and I was celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and did not realized that this motel room was not what I expected.

For what I needed for it fit my needs I was in town for concert the hotel is outdated not the cleanest place but I wasn’t in room very long just to shower and a few hrs of sleep location is not bad just right off rt30 and 71 intersection

I stood at the desk to check-in for 10 minutes before I finally had to call the phone, and it was ringing on the desk that I was standing at. They put us in 1 room, then moved us to a 2nd room. There were cigarette burn marks and "cutting" marks all over the bathroom counter. The window curtains were held together with a clothespin. The air conditioner was LOUD. There was a handwritten note on the front desk telling the customers "the owner retired. Clean your own room". Another handwritten note "I DARE YOU TO STAY". A third one referred to the rooms as "the cell block". Drug paraphernalia and trash all over the parking lot and surrounding grass areas. We left. We refused to stay and they refused to refund us. I've stayed at several hotels, some very inexpensive and some more expensive. This is the filthiest one I've ever seen. I actually took a video of the room and the noise coming from the air conditioner.

When I got to my room, there were wasps flying around. I asked to move to a different room. This new room had dead wasps all over the floor, cigarette burn holes in every part of the sheets/pillow cases, used band-aids in the drawers, and an AC unit that barely worked. The staff were very kind and parking was fine. The bathroom was fine except they had run out of toilet paper and not replaced it? I’m sorry, but I would not recommend staying here.

The beds appeared to be clean. That’s it. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. Did I call the number in the lobby six times before going to hunt down the singular staff member to check in? Yes. (She did have a phone in her hand but said it never rang.) Were the beds comfortable? No. Did the TV work? No. Did I feel comfortable walking on the stained, 1970s carpet without shoes on? No. Did my teenager darkly joke that we were going to get unalived at this sketchy location? Multiple times. But did I bother to speak to management about the TV or, alternatively, immediately leave and go elsewhere? No. There’s a reason these rooms are so cheap. Book at your own risk.
