Staff were always willing to help, very kind and patient too. Room was OK, balcony was on the smaller side, but big enough for us, bed super comfortable, slept very very well, the shower however was extremely small. Breakfast is pretty standard pastries, toast, jams, hams, cheese etc, worked well for us.. the coffee on the other hand is not great at all, and the fruit juiceachine was all out of juice too. We enjoyed our stay, thank you to all the staff, upgrading our room for us, finding us extra pillows, and even extra cherry jam too!

The staff were very good and friendly. Limited dining options. The hotel was a bit ‘tired’. The shower suitable only for people with an eating disorder- I am a well built man but not fat and it didn’t matter how hard I tried I could not squeeze through the door to the shower!

Strongly recommend not staying here! We had a 2 night reservation of which we only toughed out for 1 night. The bed was absolutely awful! We had to use extra bedding just to not feel the springs of the “bed” in our backs. In addition we reached out to the hotel for assistance, but heard nothing back from them other than asking for our review. The shower was extremely small I couldn’t even fit in it. The moveable shower head was broken, so the shower head was at my waist when showering. In addition you could hear every sound in this place. Whether it was people in the hallways, room next to you, or even the water waste coming from the rooms next to and above you flowing through the walls. It was disturbing to hear that. We were also on floor 1 where there is a walkway where people outside could come by your widows. We had someone banging on our windows late at night which made us feel extremely unsafe. This required us to keep the windows shut which was the only source of cool air (no a/c). Which we told the property about but they never cared to reply to us. Do not stay here!
