We arrived on a Saturday and staff was friendly, but they let us know the pool heater had "just" broken down the day before. We were bummed because we made this trip with the kids just for that reason. The pool was 57 degrees vs the 80 it's usually at. It was definitely not that staff's fault it broke down. Chris was very friendly but on our checkout day, Rosa was really rude when asked about the status of the pool. Definitely needs to work on her customer service. She informed us, there was nothing they could do. No future discount, no rate change etc. When asked for her supervisor, she directed me to look online. The fact that nothing was offered for the inconvenience of the pool heater being broken down was not the issue. It was the way she treated me when inquiring. If you are going to this hotel for the heated pool, make sure to call in advance and make sure it's working. My 8 year old was fine in 57 degree weather. My 2 year old, I was not going to put into that cold of water.

We book this hotel for the waterslide! The hotel is clean and comfortable. This visited had some loud guests both inside and outside the hotel. Typically, it is quiet. Breakfast is extremely minimal but has waffles so we are happy. The hot tub was not clean on this visit - I was seriously concerned that someone could get a disease if they used it, I also witnessed housekeeping drop clean, folded towels on the floor and put them right back up on the clean cart to use.... These two things make me hesitate to book again.
