The Harraseeket Inn & Event House Freeport Downtown

Positives: All of the staff were quite nice, the breakfast was better than average for a reasonably priced hotel that comes with breakfast. Location was good. Negatives: the rooms have no real decor or style at all, the carpet was very dirty, the walls could use a cleaning as well. The rest of the hotel seemed clean, maybe it’s just some of the rooms that could use a refresh.

A well-appointed room and spacious bathroom. Beautiful location, and very convenient. Outstanding staff.

The restaurant staff , including the restaurant manager was very helpful. The person at the front desk should not be at any front desk. Upon checking in Iwe were told we were not staying at the Inn itself but Carriage house. In other words where people that wanted to bring their dogs stayed. We do not have a dog nor do they have a elevator in the carriage house.
