The elevator was out of order during our stay. The proper is located in a good area. I highly recommend if you order breakfast from the bistro on site check the expiration dates on the yogurt and juice. We ordered our breakfast to go. When we got back to our room we discovered the yogurt and juice were expired by a month. Did I complain no. We had a funeral to get ready for so we just tossed the food and move on with our day.

I arrived late around 12 midnight... The elevator wasn't working and they only had a 3rd floor room left. I asked for some type of compensation and they asked me to call Hotels after midnight and get a refund. I needed a place to stay so I didn't want to cancel. I was able to get a free bistro breakfast after some negotiation. Room was very comfortable, but loud!

This property is fine. Building is dated but clean. Great hot water and water pressure. Pool was closed for repair which was a little disappointing given the 100 degree temps. This location has a bar and bistro but I did not see anyone there most of the time.

Hotel is very easy to get to and location is very convenient. Was dissapointed by how dark the room was even with turning on all the lights. The carpet was atrocious and nasty. My daughters walked around barefoot after a bath and they were solid black and we had to re wash their feet. From then on we only wore sandles unless in bed. The grill outside DID NOT WORK and not only that but was also missing the rack, this was also after calling the hotel and askingbefore spendingmoney on all things needed to grill. The pool had not been cleaned but was swimable, the trash had not been changed the 3 days we stayed. There was also an occasional foul smell of sewage. There was no basket to place our wet towels outside. At opoint we needed towels in the room and i called the front desk after calling several times my mom went down and the gentelman that was at the front desk was other wise occupied watching T.V. Needless to say I will not be returning.

The staff at the hotel and the cafe were amazing! Very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They were very accommodating. The rooms could use an additional mirror outside of the bathrooms. I found small bugs including a roach in our room. I disposed of them, but unsure of there is some sort of pest control. I did a search of our room to ensure if there were any additional pests, but didn’t see anything. Also, I had thrown away leftover food in a trash can inside a side entrance. After leaving the property and coming back in the same entrance, the food had been removed and was in the floor. I would recommend securing those entrances during the daytime as well.

The room did not have a ventilation fan in the bathroom, any outlet near the bed was worn out and wouldn't hold an electric cord for charging. The room had plaster filled areas that were not painted. The hallway had loose wallpaper in areas. Service was great!!!!

The AC had a vinegar-type chemical smell coming from it and the mattresses were worn down to the point we could feel the metal rod that is the upper structural edge. Both beds in the room squeaked every time we moved. The room was clean and neat. The staff was really pleasant.

The staff was really friendly and cheerful. The bar staff was great too. This is the only reason we didn't give it a worse rating. For some reason we were given a handicap access room. We didn't really like it, and there was hardly anyone in the hotel the week we were there. The lights were off and on - flickering. The plugs on the lamps on either side of the bed were so loose they would not hold a plug in for a phone charger. The coffee pot didn't work. We reported it, but it didn't get changed. We checked in on Monday and out on Friday and got one towel change on Thursday. They didn't make the bed. I know it was Christmas week, but...

The ladies at the bistro were upset because we showed up about 5 minutes before they closed. We utilized the pull-out and no sheets pillows or blankets. We called for some and they brought us a sheet. We asked for another and she seemed peeved. We told her we were going out and would pick up at check.- in desk. Well they only had the sheet we had to ask for pillow and blanket. 40 degrees outside they gave us a real thin blanket not even duvet insert. We called front desk 3 times @10 pm. We got no answer my sister had to go down herself

Staff great, room nice BUT on my last day (when I really need to sleep-I’m working nights) the door/key detector ran out of battery- it has to be replaced from inside and they had nobody to fix it- had to wait, sleep in another room without access to my clothes (just worked out) toothbrush and contact lense case. Then had to wake up early and get stuff out of room when door finally fixed- major inconvenience- was super tired working. No refund nothing... not staying there again

The location was quiet. Some road construction in the vicinity made GPS instructions not as clear as needed but that will pass. The property was clean. We were moved promptly when it was discovered the heat in our room wasn't working.

Elevators were down. However we did get two room on 1st floor. But that would have been a problem. Mini fridge would open in cabinet. Must have had a leak at some point. Only Bold complimentary coffee with tiny cups.. Inconvenient location.

The elevator was out of order during our stay. The proper is located in a good area. I highly recommend if you order breakfast from the bistro on site check the expiration dates on the yogurt and juice. We ordered our breakfast to go. When we got back to our room we discovered the yogurt and juice were expired by a month. Did I complain no. We had a funeral to get ready for so we just tossed the food and move on with our day.

No towels in the fitness room. No creamer available for coffee. Missing mirror in hotel room but hooks were protruding from the wall. No continental breakfast available. Accurate bar hours were not posted. Bar was Not open as advertised.

Hotel was nice, no breakfast only coffee. Breakfast you have to order and the prices were pricey... dinner was also pricey. Rooms were small. Elevator was stretchy. On the olus it was close to the mall and great eating places.

The property was clean, the staff was very nice, especially the early morning receptionist. She was very sweet. My only suggestions would be to have the bistro open in between the breakfast and dinner hours, and also there was no coffee available our first morning like most hotels have available all day. Also our room and the hallways had a strong cleaning smell, which was a little too strong for me.

The hotel and room were acceptable, but for nearly $250 a night, with a small pet, the value was underwhelming. The coffee service in the room was poor and, of course, no breakfast was provided. Check-in was slow due to the only clerk on duty carrying on what appeared to be a private conversation by telephone for 5 to 10 minutes as I waited. Key card stopped working in the morning of checkout, making loading up cumbersome. Next time I’ll find a better value for my money.

Very dark and poorly lit. Overpriced for a run down hotel with no free breakfast options. They did have an order and made breakfast but you had to pay. You can tell that some of the data center people are “living” there which was fine. Front desk evening girl was super sweet but am girl was a bit grouchy.
