This is a yearly stay for us on Mother's Day, very well liked.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was large and clean. The hot tub wasn’t working the first night and they got it up and running as soon as they were notified. The breakfast was delicious. The room was super clean and spacious. The parking lot needed some attention, there was a lot of trash and construction materials like screws in the parking lot. Best hotel stay at the best price in years! Overall very impressive.

Clean room, polite staff, excellent breakfast

The one complaint is the new mirrors in the room. The lighting is incredibly inadequate. I have previously design 8 hotels and those mirrors and lights would have been redone before the first guest stayed. Additional lighting needs to be added!

Hot tub didn’t work. The whole place was being renovated so a mess is understandable but there was trash and debris everywhere left to be blown around by weather. Tracked all inside, seemed to be a lot of folks sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Did NOT feel like a safe environment. Just found out today (and the only reason I’m writing this review because now I’m pissed off) That my deposit was charged? I never got a notification or receipt or anything? I called and they send me 3 screenshots of a door and started yelling at me on the phone when I told them it was just screen shots, like what am I supposed to do about that??? And let’s not speak English. Ok. I will never ever be coming back to this disaster.
