CopperLeaf Hotel BW Premier Collection

The spa is no longer there, despite being advertised. The restaurant has a very limited menu and does not offer room service, rather room delivery (think to-go containers). The lobby is drenched in an awful, headache-inducing perfume that makes it intolerable. The rooms are wonderful, as is the location, which is why we enjoyed staying there for many years before the recent changes listed above.

Great hotel really clean

We didn't try the breakfast as it was just a breakfast box and we also didn't use the jacuzzi. Place was great, however there was construction going on right by our room and we weren't made aware of it until we got there. Our hotel room smelled like wet dog and the shower would randomly start running. The level of the shower was way off so water would run out of the shower and flood the bathroom. There was also somekind of leak and the walls were taking on water...you could see the space between the wall and the covering fill up. The in house restaurant was cute but very tight quarters and the food was okay. It is not a quiet room by any means, its nice to be downtown but you will be listening to motorcycles zoom by at all hours of the night.

We were just there for a night but it was a restful sleep!

Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Although rooms are small, they were exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
