While the room was clean…the curtains were old and crumbling apart. Only one elevator worked. They were rationing coffee cups. This property appears to have just changed hands.

We had a nice stay. The front desk was so accommodating to us! Very helpful with coupons for dinner and even providing cute coloring pages for my 4 year old. The breakfast assortment was yummy from making waffles to chobani yogurt! We were disappointed the pool was closed due to renovations. It never stated that when booking, maybe disclaimer should be provided especially when families book for the pool.

The carpet was stained, lamps were cracked, desk chair was torn across the seat, tub looked as if it had non skid stickers removed, there was no liner in the shower curtain, room curtains were not completely hooked and were not easy to use. The pool was closed and one of the elevators stopped working during our stay.

We stayed for a dance competition. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved that the convention center is attached. And, the staff and management were tremendously helpful and accommodating... Would stay here again and again...

The pool was advertised on the website, that’s why I booked the room and when we got there a got ready to swim NO POOL( it was under construction). This was the point of taking all my kids to stay there and sadly it was a hot wasted opportunity!

Ok, if you're picky i can see some issues. we found it fantastic value. normally the family uses the $250/nt across the street. this was better in many respects. big room with views, good beds, bfast until 11a means we actually had time to enjoy it! the napkins and paper plates went above and beyond. easy, safe, clean, convenient. if you wanted the pool, it was drained. there was old caulk i could've fixed in one minute. tv didn't get my game so i had to youtube it. if these upset you, ok, pay 2x a night and take your chances something else isn't wrong somewhere else. we found it tremendous value and will use this hotel when we are in town.

There were posted signs that the hotel was starting to undergo renovations. However that seemed to allow it to be messy for no reason. Our room door didn't work, we had to fight to get it to close or open. There were a pile of random screws behind the door. There was trash from a previous resident in our trash. One of the entry tables has a pile of dust and debris on it that wasn't cleaned up all three nights we were there. Otherwise, great breakfast and quiet.

Where should I start? Hair on the bed, the dirty brown rings of dirt in the bathtub, the not so bright white towels, or the brown stains on the comforters? After reporting it, they agreed to clean however, when we returned back o the room, nothing changed! Believe me , I searched within a 40 mile radius for another hotel but every place was sold out. House keeping was a joke! They came into the room emptied the trash, and left the bed’s undone, and no towels. I requested housekeeping and in the 5 ….FIVE nights we were there….only 1 … ONE TIME provided. Description on this hotel said microwave, right? Well… in order to heat up something, you’ll have to leave the hotel room with your food to return to the lobby to heat up your food. How annoying is that?!!!! Roma should have a microwave!! Never will I return to this hotel again and I suggest that you don’t even consider them either!

Checked in to Room 135, room was nasty, I turned down the bed and noticed stains under the sheet. It was yellow stains all over the mattress. It was horrific it look like someone just decided to urinate over the entire mattress. We went to find the young girl who checked us and we were able to get a double room not a king what we had but it was somewhat clean enough to sleep for one night. I expected more the curtains in the first room look like a rag that was hung on the window the blind didn’t work. They didn’t have cookies which every Country Inn that I have ever been in had fresh cookies. Needless to say I was disappointed in the whole experience. It takes no time to clean a room you guys need to do better!!

The property is subpar for the rating Hotel.com gave. Our room had 7Let me repeat 7 love bugs in different areas of room (all were removed before we slept) the drapes were actually torn an hanging. Since we stayed two nights we were advised NO Housecleaning (I had to go to front desk for towels 5 workers standing there but no one to deliver guest fresh towels) the desk chair arm was broken cutting into my partners arm bleeding down his arm. Called front desk reply”We are under remodel” breakfast on second day was poorly supplied of meager food items. Coffee was cold a not resupplied. No waffle mix available. All staff crowded at front desk totally ignoring guest

Rooms were nice but definitely not cleaned to my standards. Trash was under both beds. Had to return a sheet bc looked like blood. Not even a sorry just here’s a new sheet… it was really nice being connected to the con we attended but can definitely use some better housekeeping and more friendly staff.

under renovation and didn't know this. pergaos it will be better. Entry door was very hard tp push open (carpet issue). TV in cabonet in sitting room had been removed. TV in bedroom not working and took maintenance person an hour to come to fix. Big empty space in sitting room that obvious was for a table and chairs.

The stay wasn't too bad. Hotel was nice. Parking was not fun as there wasn't many spots left when we arrived. No trash bags for the little garbage cans in the rooms which I thought was odd, I requested to have joining rooms but didn't get any(which maybe they didn't have any left), and the rooms are definitely not sound proof!!!! We could not get to sleep due to another room talking very loudly and carrying on late into the night. It was not pleasant because we had to be up early the next day for a wrestling tournament. Not to mention it was daylights saving so we lost an hour of sleep. If they promote the rooms being soundproof then they need to be that way. Also, offer free breakfast at the least.

Random things like the tub had peeling mat rubber and the roof that was out our window was very cluttered. The beds were AMAZING! Best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Our stay was incredible and the staff went above and beyond. When we were missing a microwave, we had one brought to us. When our card reader died and we got locked out of our room, they replaced the batteries. Will absolutely book again for Setsucon next year!

For the price the hotel was ok. The rooms could use an update. Carpet in poor condition and the furniture kind of beat up. Did not really effect sleeping or bathing. The sign on the top of the building has been removed making it difficult to know if the hotel is open or not.

Checked in on 10/3 first room was dirty still and not cleaned yet. Tiffany took care of the issue . 10/4 - started off with hair dryer catching on fire had to get a replacement cable went Saturday morning and never came back on. The room wasn’t cleaned when we left for some time. Came back asked the desk clerk Ally for towels and that the cable wasn’t work to watch college football. She denied me clean towels because housekeeping was not there that day and the cable was before upgraded so it was going to be out . Went to a wedding and came back to change so I asked Ally for her name so I can get it right when I make a complaint to Radisson. Her answer for the towels was it was not her department and house keeping was off. I replied I have no clean towels so how am I suppose to take a shower and dry off. I travel a lot in and out of the country with this being my worst experience ever. I normally go with the flow but when someone tells me it’s not their department and cable is being upgraded on a Saturday with great games on . She just made excuses instead of finding a solution . I even offered to show her how to operate the washer and dryer if she did not how to use them.
Checked in on 10/3 first room was dirty still and not cleaned yet. Tiffany took care of the issue . 10/4 - started off with hair dryer catching on fire had to get a replacement cable went Saturday morning and never came back on. The room wasn’t cleaned when we left for some time. Came back asked the desk clerk Ally for towels and that the cable wasn’t work to watch college football. She denied me clean towels because housekeeping was not there that day and the cable was before upgraded so it was going to be out . Went to a wedding and came back to change so I asked Ally for her name so I can get it right when I make a complaint to Radisson. Her answer for the towels was it was not her department and house keeping was off. I replied I have no clean towels so how am I suppose to take a shower and dry off. I had an amazing experience!! Coming from Hackettstown Nj not knowing area. Front desk Tiffany was so kind and helpful. She answered every question and very helpful. The cafeteria and food was delicious. The lady which I’m saddened can’t remember her name. Same very welcoming and helpful and so kind . I’m definitely coming back to this location in the near future. Sincerely ESM ☺️

Super fast check in - friendly clerk. I didn't get her name, but she welcomed us and let us know there was a large group of middle schoolers at the hotel too. If there was any noise after 10 pm we should let her know. There was none, but I appreciated her giving us the heads up when checking in.

Well I booked online through hotels.com went to check in after 2pm the red head girl at the desk started giving me a hard time because I had already paid and even showed her my receipt then she had the nerve to say well it’s not showing on my end so you can’t check in I politely said I’m not paying twice give me my room keys that I have already paid for it took the manager to come out and fix everything a few hours later. I was not happy everyone else at the hotel was friendly except for the young red head she should find a new job where you don’t have to help the public. She literally was like I’m not checking you in I don’t know who made you the gatekeeper when I already paid next time I will stay somewhere else

Great location to stay to go to the Altoona Curve game. Close to everything we needed. Dated hotel but they are currently updating which it definitely needs. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and the bed was fine for the night. Had a balcony room with a decent size balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Didn’t do the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Best hotel breakfast in town imo. I travel to Altoona often and have stayed in almost every hotel. The room have been updated but the furniture has not. Our TV stand looked like it was from the 80s and a dog attacked it. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and kind. I will stay here again.

There were posted signs that the hotel was starting to undergo renovations. However that seemed to allow it to be messy for no reason. Our room door didn't work, we had to fight to get it to close or open. There were a pile of random screws behind the door. There was trash from a previous resident in our trash. One of the entry tables has a pile of dust and debris on it that wasn't cleaned up all three nights we were there. Otherwise, great breakfast and quiet.

Well,it is a nice hotel with big rooms,clean,with the stuff we didn't have much interference because we stayed one night.Checked in checked out,nice people. what we didn't like was breakfast. Watery eggs,patatoes fried in old burned oil and dry sausages.Nothing sweet like a danish or muffin.I look for a waffle machine,I didn't see it when we were eating. Later when I was going out the door to the car,I saw it ,hid somewhere after a big poll and tables full with people around it.Stupid place

We needed a place to stay on our cross country road trip. The lobby looks updated and modern, and we liked the free breakfast, although there was no bacon or sausage, mostly just carbs. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. You can tell the rooms have some age and taken a beating. The biggest downside for us was the bathroom, it was very outdated and there was visible mold along the tub. The tile grout was also very discolored. It really left an impression that the rest of the room would not be clean even though it appeared to be.

Booked a king suite but when I get there they put me in a double standard room and told me too bad. The breakfast was a joke I’ve stayed at some bad hotels but this breakfast was the worst. All the chairs in a lobby were stained and disgusting

The main lobby was nice, clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. 4th floor hallway needs a serious carpet scrub. The room was ok 2.5. Bed was comfy. Air conditioner is really loud. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Black mold in shower, heavy behind soap shelf. Breakfast was ok. Dining area was nice. Coffee was good. This was a last minute booking. I got what i paid for.
