Baymont by Wyndham Farmington

If you have dogs that need grass to do their business you’ll be hard pressed! There is not grass anywhere near the hotel, also the pillows on bed are square and hard as a rock, but other than that it was an okay stay

The elevator had a sign no more than 4 guest at a time. Then we got on the elevator and went to the third floor (mind you no luggage brought up yet) and the doors would not open no matter what buttons we pushed. We were stuck for six minutes! Finally the doors opened, what a relief! We arrived in our room and there looked like blood splattered (like the size of a pickle jar lid) on the foot of the bed. If they let that go unnoticed what else on the bed was the same? The TV did not work, the toilet barely flushed and filling it took literally 6 minutes. The walk-in shower with hand held was not in this room which was the room pictured that we reserved! We attempted to go downstairs and the doors would not open again! We would up walking down a very hot set of stairs and then we were told that we couldn’t move because we had booked through Expedia! Say what? They did not pick the actual room you did and it’s dirty!! She called her manager who said move them. The second room was clean, things worked, had the correct shower but the handheld did not stay in the mount so it kept falling and shooting water everywhere. Still better than the first room and we were on the first floor so no elevator issues. The front desk said that the elevator was old and over heated at times! So get someone to fix it!! Then there was breakfast. Don’t bother!! The eggs were awful even if they were frozen or out of a box it was awful!!! The turkey sausage tasted nothing like sausage! Don’t stay here!!!

Clean room and well lighted parking lot.

I was disappointed the ice machine was on the first floor.

My only complain was they didn't have a pool. Disappointed children. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Adequate place to stay - Elevator stops working during hot afternoons due to "overheating" - A/C unit in room did the same. WiFi speed is substandard - if you are a road warrior needing more then 2Mb inbound, find a place with better internet speeds. Nice staff.

No swimming pool.

This hotel was clean and it was decent to stay at. The reason why I gave a 3-star review is because they don't have a pool which is what most people with kids look for in a hotel. When we were booking it did say there was a pool. When we arrived we were extremely disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

Very clean and quiet. Had plenty of parking for trucks

The only problem was there was only one ice machine on the bottom floor for three floors and the soda machine was empty.

This is definitely a no go hotel. No real value. Poor condition of rooms and overall hotel property no decent amenities, the breakfast sorely lacking and not even hot. Oatmeal and packages but no microwave to heat it up with and no water. Carpeting and all furniture was stained and ripped.

Clean room, the bathroom was immaculate. Staff was great, friendly. The lobby was spotless. Breakfast was good, hot, needed a meat, but it was good The breakdown

Walls sooo thing I got to hear the DV hanppening next door & the puking on the other side of my room!!! Completely exhausted from a 12 hour drive & didnt get to sleep before my event there in town. And barely got any sleep to makerhe 12 hour drive home!! This is not even a 2 star hotel. Maggets in the bathroom near all the corners in the bathroom. Room had bugers all smeared on the walls. Front desk didnt care

Bedding smelled, TV didnt work, got moved to a 2nd room but still no TV and bedding just smelled awful. Manager said theyll give half of rate back but changed his mind after we left.

The metal framing around the bed is problematic, clanks every time you move. A car alarm started going off at midnight and it took about 45 minutes for them to get it to stop... Door jams were rusted. Didn't respond to my question before my stay (and still hasn't) to confirm jacuzzi suite as I have stayed before and the PICTURES were jacuzzi, room was not.

We reserved a king size bed and received a full size bed, it wasn’t even a queen. The pictures in the ad was misleading. The room was very, very, very tiny. Terrible.

The room was small, but well apportioned and clean.

Good. But the heater/fan needs fixing. It was loud when it turns on and I had a 12 month baby with us.

Only real complaint is the pillows were tiny.

property was great on the outside, the room was decent. the only issue was the tv and the shower. the TV did not work while using the remote control, the front desk gentleman, who was nice came to show us to push a button under the TV and move the icon to "source". we would have never known to do that if it weren't for him so I'm assuming the remote wasn't for that tv. the shower handle was very loose and difficult to move.

Tv didn’t work, side door wouldn’t open back up, had to go to front rntrance

There was nothing glaringly wrong with this stay. There are some things that need general repair and deep cleaning, like some obvious wear on the baseboards. The bed is not comfortable, I don't know if I felt springs or something else entirely but I couldn't get away from them, and I had to fight to keep the fitted sheet on the bed

Checking in seems to be consistently slow here. I also said I would pay when I got to the hotel and they charged my card anyway. The rooms are small but decent. The pillows are very odd, there are four small square pillows. I luckily always bring my own but I wouldn’t be happy with those.

They charged mu credit card Twice and when o ask About it they kept Telling me I needed to talk to the manager? And eveytime i called ( 3 Different days which is the time I was told to Call) The manager was never there. Finally I turned it over to my Credit card company. Also, the rooms We’re Extremely small and the notice above us kept me up both nights.

The staff were very friendly like always. This is the hotel that I frequent when visiting my jobsite in Farmington. The staff was flexible with my reservations due to delays in my travel.

As we checked in the Front Desk worker Noreen was really rude as another guest on the phone. Then she addresses me by "what do you need" very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Checked in and the toilet would not flush in the first room, the front desk clerk was very rude when I asked for a different room, said she would have to get approved by the supervisor, they moved us to a different room and the shower would not get hot, the water came out cool, rooms queen rooms are very small, I do not recommend this hotel ,if the front desk clerk was not rude about the situation I might have a little different opinion

The Manager refused to even listen to us we came up with an emergency medical problem and had to cut the trip short 2 days, all I wanted was one day refund for that would have been a 36 hour notice and all she keep saying was this is the rule well how am I supposed to know an emergency problem was going to happen will never ever recommend thiis horwl

the Hotel is decent but is showing its age location is nice. area is clean and other than the large adult bookstore (which was pretty empty mostly) was quiet and nice. just a few near do wells walking about but otherwise it was quiet hotel is clean inside and rooms are comfy. the breakfast is decent and nice. ice machine works front staff was nice. overall not a bad room

The property was a bit difficult to get to. The property itself was clean, but there was trashy area next to the property and a very noisy business next door. Small breakfast area.

Very quiet for being so close to Highway 550. No designated smoking area(s) and people were smoking right outside the doors.

Overall stay was satisfactory to good. Breakfast was disappointing. When you say hot breakfast I expect breakfast sausage or bacon available every day. This was not the case. Sausage every other morning, alternating with potatoes. Scrambled eggs every day. Eggs were edible sausage patties were tasteless. Out room's window did not lock. We were on the 3rd floor so it was not an issue. Also, windows lacked screens and the weather was perfect to have the window open. One thing to be aware of: There is a cannabis Dispensary next door to the motel. The strong odor of pot wafted through the air on a regular basis. Many folks are fine with that. We find it offensive. Probably will not stay there again.

Great staff and beds. Breakfast is like most chain, good enough, some hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles. Cereals, muffins, bagels yogurts, etc. I would go back here if I stayed in this town again.

Staff was Great Building needs updateing in all areas Tv channel line up very outdated Complimentary breakfast was at the very least minimal and flavorless. Very sub par to other wyndium properties

One night stay on a road trip. Appreciated they were dog friendly. Morning breakfast was great (eggs, hashbrowns, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, juice). Front desk people were very nice. Will stay again!
