Hotel property was located in a good area with plenty of places to eat nearby. The property inside and outside very clean and well taken care of. The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping was not good. Our stay was a couple days and when they serviced the room they only gave us new towels and emptied the trash. They did not make the beds or clean the sink (coffee residue was still in sink bowl from the morning rinsing of cup). The negative experiences we had was the hotel breakfast buffet that you pay $$ money was horrible. They had some good choices but were out of alot of the food. The food that was there was cold especially the eggs and the warming pans were not hot so I think food was not kept warm. The coffee came out VERY cold and the waitress brought put another pot it that was also cold. She apologized and went to brew some new coffee but we waited 5min for that. There was only 3 other couples and one gentleman mentioned he had been waiting atleast 10min for them to refill the food trays. I would stay at this hotel again just not eat breakfast here.

I was told via a message that the property was under construction. I had no idea it was being gutted. Half of the outlets in our room did not work. Ice machines were only working on level 4, 5, and 6; however, 4 and 5 did not work for me. The final straw was dog urine in the elevator. I requested that the hotel just let me cancel the second night’s reservation, but they declined.

The hotel is undergoing a MAJOR renovation that’s seems to touch every single floor. Temp breakfast room, no ice machines, etc. going to be nice when completed but probably should have been warned when booking

The room was clean. The air conditioner seemed to stick so it was cold when we entered the room. We got up the next morning and had no hot water, but they were doing a lot of upgrades on the property. The young Lady at the front desk was exceptional! So very nice and professional. Over all I would give it a 10 on location and a place to rest.
