We booked this days before our trip. We booked a king bed on the ground floor. The reason for this is that we are both handicapped. Upon arrival, we checked in. The front desk clerk said they could not get us a king bed on the ground floor, but they could give us one on the second floor. But the hotel did not have an elevator, only stairs, and we both have trouble going up stairs. They said that they could give us two double beds on the ground floor. They were small when you are chunky. So, my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. Which was not right. They never gave us the difference between two double beds and the price of king beds. Which should have been returned. So we are definitely not happy about that. So we got in our room and unpacked. The next morning, they asked if we wanted a king bed. We said no because it would be too much to move. We went to breakfast at 8 am, and when we arrived, there was hardly anything to choose from. I wanted milk cause I do not drink coffee. They did not have any coffee when we arrived. We had to ask the person working there. For milk and coffee, and for more breakfast to be brought out. They brought out these frozen muffins. My husband put it in the microwave to defrost it. We ate breakfast. They never brought out milk, so I had nothing to drink or put in my cereal. Not one hour later, my husband was sick and dizzy. I thought he was going to be rushed to the E.R. Scary. So very unsatisfied. We will never go back.

This place was excellent for the price. It has smaller rooms, less on the BKFST menu, but a fair price for the services rendered. the room was clean, the desk responsive to questions and needs. We stayed in BGKY on a very busy weekend, so chose a place at the north end of town, and were very pleased. Quiet, with easy access yto interstate and town. Next year I will come here again for this busy weekend.
This place was excellent for the price. It has smaller rooms, less on the BKFST menu, but a fair price for the services rendered. the room was clean, the desk responsive to questions and needs. We stayed in BGKY on a very busy weekend, so chose a place at the north end of town, and were very pleased. Quiet, with easy access yto interstate and town. Next year I will come here again for this busy weekend.

the price was good for an old motel. It was clean, but did have a few spider webs in upper corner. It seemed as if this place was being updated I a few areas! Plenty of parking! and the breakfast area was very clean and had good coffee! we didn't eat, as the hours were beyond our time table. BIG COMPLAIT! WIFI IS A JOKE! WE COULDN'T KEEP A STREAM TO EVEN DO A MAP SEARCH! and THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO! only conditioner and body lotion! and they were the cheapest of cheap! No makeup remover, so the wash clothes will be stained! The check in person was very nice and professional! But the woman at checkout seemed as if she was not aware of what was happening! I almost didn't give my key card back! I Think maybe we had a HUGE language barrier!
