It was a great stay,i got in early n got a better discount,Everything was clean n no bed bugs as others said. POOL is not thecsame om brochure but i never got time to get in it anyway.Breakfast needs to be bettr,not many choices but i got coffee with real milk😀Beds are not as fluffly as i like but my bed was covered on bottom with plastic n not hard😀 I was didappointed that tgere was no dryer in my room but girl up at office saud tgey dont have dryers or coffee machines in the room,but frudge n microwave worked n was clean I recommend this is a good hotel n brightly lit n no troubles on my trip Hope your stay is good too😀,ps.Use a sound machine,neighbor next door kept tvsuper loud,but i used my sound machine😀

The check in staff was not welcoming. Straight and direct. The room TV has a dead bug trapped in it. The facility should be fumigated. The mattress cover contained a lot of different hair strands. The room is unclean. Will not stay again.

The whole room smelled like stale cigarettes. I found a cockroach in my bag the next morning. The mattresses still had the plastic they were shipped in on the beds, under the sheets (I have a video of the cockroach. But it won’t let me attach it)

The first room wasn't even cleaned. Bed not made, sheets pulled back, no idea who was sleeping in it. Also, a pile of dirty used towels on floor. Lady at check in apologized and gave us another room. That room was clean, sorta. Both rooms smelled "musty". A/C couldn't cool room until it had been on full blast for hours.

It was gross. Dirty. AC/Heat barely worked. People smoking filled my non-smoking room up all night long. Shower barely worked. They desk clerk had no clue I could book it with Expedia and had to bring a manager in. Ended up having to pay in cash. Wish I had not and just went elsewhere! Worse night of sleep so far on the road!

The beds were not comfortable at all plus they left the mattress wrapped in plastic that made a crunching noise as you moved around. The floor had soft spots that felt you could step through anytime. The so called breakfast was a joke. It consisted of cereal and a couple of muffins. The juice was not cold and tasted sour.

Absolutely terrible customer service was terrible. Front desk was terrible hospitality awful room smelled stains on walls. Cigarette burns on toilets and sinks and bathtubs limited to one towel had to ask for toilet paper double charged me for my room and I have yet to get my refund it hasn’t been an awful experience Zero out of 10 do not recommend.

A very pleasing stay. Reception and room, both clean and in reasonable order. Fridge, microwave, hairdryer and working WiFi. Courteous and helpful staff and a very reasonable price. Excellent value.

Absolutely terrible! The room is out dated and smells like mold! The so called breakfast is watered down coffee , there was 3 small muffins and 2 old looking bagels and 1 banana. That was the total breakfast and it was 30 minutes after breakfast opened so it wasn’t eaten already that was the total breakfast bar. I totally advise against this place!

The room could have been cleaner but it was good enough. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was minimal and could have been refreshed during the week. The coffee was very good and hot.

The room 1)had mold in bathroom that shows that housekeeping may not be doing their job?? 2)fridge did not cool. I lost about $50 in protein drinks and fresh fruits to spoilage 3)Last day there, replaced fridge. This one did not work either. 4)Someone should be assigned a “dog poop patrol” on the property. It was disgusting. 5)The room phone was not working. Had to walk to front desk for service. What would have happened in a case of an emergency? 6)Morning complimentary breakfast was poor to say the least. JUICE machine was OUT OF ORDER. Milk was not chilled. 7)Internet was down and no connection. Could not do any work on my laptop all weekend. 8)Room smelled musky as of a/c filter had not been changed. All of the above were immediately reported my discontent to the manager on duty at front desk. These should have corrected prior to my stay. Only the fridge was the only attempt to rectify the situation and it failed. As an UNSATISFIED customer, I feel a partial refund is due for all of the inconveniences and losses.

It was disgusting. 5)The room phone was not working. Had to walk to front desk for service. What would have happened in a case of an emergency? 6)Morning complimentary breakfast was poor to say the least. JUICE machine was OUT OF ORDER. Milk was not chilled. 7)Internet was down and no connection. Could not do any work on my laptop all weekend. 8)Room smelled musky as of a/c filter had not been changed. All of the above were immediately reported my discontent to the manager on duty at front desk. These should have corrected prior to my stay. Only the fridge was the only attempt to rectify the situation and it failed. As an UNSATISFIED customer, I feel a partial refund is due for all of the inconveniences and losses.

I don't think I need to say anything more than there were ROACHES in our room, but I will also mention that the room had a terrible smell and most of the other guests are long term residents who look like gang bangers and druggies.
