Das Hotel ist in allen Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, dennoch sehr leise. Kostenloses Parkhaus. Haben unerwartet ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Bett ist super komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage macht null Geräusche. Verschiedene Lichter u.a. gedimmt. Hammer.

Otel yeni. Odamız standart olmasına rağmen büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Ütü ve masası, çay kahve hatta kafeinsiz kahve her şey düşünülmüş. Odamız temiz ve bakımlıydı. Yatak konforluydu. Yastık menüsü var. Seçim yaptım hemen geldi. Havlular büyük ve yumuşaktı. Çok detay düşünülmüş. Gece tuvalete kalkarsanız adım attığınızda dolap altlarında ışıklar yanıyor! Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı. Ama yeterliydi. Çekirdek kahve makinası da vardı. En önemlisi ücretsiz otopark olmasıdır. İstanbul’da nimet!

Otele girişimizden itibaren her çalışan ayrı ayrı çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Hızlıca eksiksiz bir şekilde odamıza yerleştirildik.oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi ,temizliğinde hiç bir sorun yoktu ve gerekli herşey temin edilmişti. Sabah kahvaltısı çok seçenekli ve lezzetli, açık büfede olmayan bir ürünü söylediğinizde çalışanlar hemen yardımcı olup temin etmeye çalışıyorlar. Spa ve havuz kısmı güzel ve temiz. Beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir otel. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

Wir - mein Mann, meine Tochter (3 Monate) und ich - haben eine Nacht übernachtet. Es war alles super, Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, wie man es in der Türkei auch kennt :-) und sehr ruhig. Was wirklich wichtig für mich als Mama ist! Auf Anfrage haben wir ein kostenloses Bett erhalten. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Garage gibt es auch. Das einzige was ich anmerken würde ist, dass es keinen Tee-/Kaffee-Service gibt und man alles selbst holen muss beim Frühstück.

Sauberes Zimmer netters Personal aber das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr Mager. Kostenlos Parken ist auch sehr angehnem.

Das Zimmer war super um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Der Wellness-Bereich war hervorragend gepflegt. Auch das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Kahvaltı menüsü yeterli değildi ve sınırlı yiyecekler vardı. Meyve suları suyu ile karıştırılmış gibiydi. Bazı çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardımsever, bazıları ise müşteri memnuniyeti açısından ilgisiz. Spa ise çok temiz ve çalışanları çok ilgili güzel bir deneyim oldu. Odalar temiz ve yatak konforu çok iyi.

Radisson and the entire staff made our stay very safe, comfortable, and super convenient for our needs. Each and every single person we interacted with, received support and guidance from during the entire stay made it a wonderful experience. The bellboy and support squad were always the ones in the lobby and outside, ready to help right away. Big thank you to Mert, Atakan, Koray and all others as well. The cleaning staff, amazing. They were so kind and humble to care for our place, each and every day. Bringing the newest sheets and best room replenishments I've seen in Türkiye so far. Big thank you to Zeynep, Tuğba, and all others that supported during our stay. On a daily basis, we were greeted by kind, smiley and generous staff at the front desk. Huge thank you to Safiye who was the kind young woman that assisted us from day one, until the end. Kübra, and many of the other staff alike. Elif in the gym, the women and men who check in to help with all amenities of fitness and the pool, were very kind and supportive. Every visit. Each and every single individual made it the best experience ever, and this location absolutely lives up to it's standard as a Radisson Hospitality hub, owning up to the Carlson name and legacy. Banyo temizliği eksilerde,peçete ve havlu dışonda birşey yok. Hatta duş jeli bile yoktu!!!

Room and breakfast are good ,Reciption staff not friendly , no concierge , they don’t clean room daily , it takes a lot of time to bring any item requested .

Kahvaltı çok zayıf hadi onu geçtim de odayı temizlememek ne demek son gün 4.gün temizleyin dediğimizde şampuanlar bile bitmiş odaya hiç birşey koymamışlar ilk gün konuşan terliklerle 4 gün geçirdik

This hotel is certainly among those offering the best value for money in Istanbul. It’s important to note, however, that accommodation of this quality and standard is easier to afford when choosing a location outside the city center. As a result, you may need a taxi or rental car to reach the downtown area which wasn’t an issue for us. What mattered most to us was the quality of the accommodation and the spa area, and both exceeded our expectations. The rooms are extremely clean, modern, and provide a very pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom, in particular, was impressive: very modern, impeccably maintained, and a place where one can truly feel comfortable something I personally value highly. The only frustrating part of our stay was an issue with the room door. After misplacing our room card, we received a new one, but it repeatedly stopped working shortly afterward. We had to return to the reception four to five times that day to have the cards reactivated. Eventually, a room change was necessary. Of course, the staff cannot be blamed for such a technical issue and that is precisely why we want to highlight how professionally and calmly the team handled the situation. Despite our understandable frustration, the staff remained friendly, patient, and very understanding at all times. For that, we want to express our sincere gratitude. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful memories and the overall excellent stay at this great hotel.

This property is a new construction and the service was impeccable. It is exactly what you would expect from a brand new hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were all extremely friendly (as were all the locals). I booked a one bedroom suite and the hotel gave me a rollaway bed and made up the couch for my toddlers. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a $10-$15 Uber ride to all the tourist attractions. Definitely a great stay.

Da ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war, war die weniger attraktive Umgebung kein Problem, da ich mich überall hinbewegen konnte, wo ich wollte. ​Das Hotel selbst hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Mein Zimmer war erstklassig – sauber, modern und äußerst komfortabel. Obwohl ich in den zwei Nächten nicht die Gelegenheit hatte, das Hotelrestaurant auszuprobieren, war der Service durchweg super. ​Zusammenfassend war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Istanbul definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Otele girişimizde resepsiyon görevlisinden kat çalışanlarına kadar herkes çok ilgiliydi odamıza hızla yerleştirildik. Müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum kaldığımız süre boyunca her çalışan ayrı ayrı çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydüler, açık büfe kahvaltıları doyurucu ve çok lezzetli , odalar rahat ve temizdi, spa alanı ve havuzu temiz rahat ve ferah.. biz çok memnun ayrıldık. Resepsiyonda Emrah bey ve Yavuz beye , restoran kısmında Nezahat , İlayda, Nur ve Ebrar hanımlara çok teşekkür ediyorum.

we stayed here for 6 nights, staff at the front desk is not helpful and also they do not know about the area and transportation, usually front desk staff is fully trained about the area, around the property area is heavily polluted, property is located on a major road and behind the building has rail tracks so its very noisy on both sides as we tried rooms on both sides and you can hear the noise, property is far from all attractions if you are using public transportation, dinning options are very limited and over priced, breakfast has more variety of sauces than the actual food, also as an example a small can of pop they are charging 140 lira which is 5.40 CAD. we wont be staying here again and would consider other options

This is a very average Radisson. The night we arrived, there was no one to help with the luggage. More than us, our taxi driver was shocked: "No bellboys? They should be here." Anyhow, not a big deal with us. Then one late evening about 9:00 PM we came back to find that our room had no power. Called the front desk once; nothing done for 15-20 minutes. Called again, and this time a technician came and later a staff who determined that we had to stay out of the room for 20 minutes to fix the problem. We sat in the lobby tired from our tourist excursions during the day and wanted to relax pronto. Half an hour passed, and no updates what was going on. So, it was us who went the front desk to check. Eventually, after an hour we were let in. Yes, things can go wrong and they did, but the manner in which it was handled fell short. Otherwise a reasonable average stay. The hotel is 7-8 miles from the city center, and so it takes longer to commute, but then, it's a relatively quiet location. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, but we were mostly out, and didn't use. There is a gas station about 100 yards from the hotel and next to that there was a cafe and also a big Burger King. So, if you needed a quick bite, there are a few choices - not too many, but still reasonably good.

Hotel is new they are still not organized most of employees don’t speak good English the manager is very rude he even didn’t want to talk to me , I arrived to my room at 7 pm since morning I left and it’s still not cleaned and when I arrived they suggested to only change towels Also the breakfast is not as should be very minimum,, oh and the food menu prices are not same I order pizza for 300TL but the invoice came for 570 TL and they wrote me by hand the tip is 900 ..

The front desk was super helpful and nice. They let me stay longer in my room, because i had a late flight. I highly recommend it. I will stay here again.

Beautiful in every way and quick drive to airport

Location: very bad. Not close to Merter Market and far from anything else within Istanbul. Taxis too expensive to get there. Staff: I expect at least one person to understand English! Getting the room cleaned is like loto, it might get cleaned on a day, then the next one nothing. It was inconsistent! In addition to that, there was an issue with my breakfast booking and they didn’t even bother help with that. They wanted to charge us 20€ per dayper perwon. Outrageous!

Sehr bequeme Betten! Sauber & geräumig. Anbindungzu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in wenigen Minuten (Metro, Bus). Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowohl für bedeckte als auch für nicht bedeckte Menschen. Für uns war die Lage aufgrund unserer Interessen ideal. Gerne wieder.

Tres bel hôtel. Tres Propre et tres moderne. Personel courtois et professionnel. Le seul point c'est la localisation car un peu éloigné du centre historique. Mais par contre il y a un arrêt du metro bus pas loin.

It is a very recent opening by Radisson, conveniently located by E-5 road and just a few min on foot from Merter subway station. The rooms are awesome, service was very professional and friendly. The only concern should be adressed by the cleaning as we found dusty foot prints (from a cleaner's shoes presumably) in the bathrooms of the both rooms offered. The restaurant's food was tasty and very reasonably priced. We would expect more variosity at breakfast,though. It was quite modest compared with other 5 star propertities in Istanbul. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

attention nous avons réserve des excursions avec l'hôtel nous avons paye très chère et les excursions étaient pitoyable et sans factures ni bon de réservation malgré nos demandes ils viennent nous prendre a 11h alors que c'était prévu a 13h en nous mettant la pression le transfert de retour fait par une voiture conduit par 2 jeunes hommes sans aucun respect. l'hôtel est catastrophique ce sont des voleurs passé votre chemin. Nourriture de l'hôtel pas digne d'un 5 Etoiles et très chère, petit déjeuner pas terrible

It is a great hotel.. breakfast is great.. the ladies who cook omelete are awesome.. and very helpful.. Ilyada , Ebrar and Elif... The rooms are spacious clean and fancy... the staff of fhe front desk and the valet are great too.. Will for sure be coming back
