Nice stay in Bordeaux, close to the center. In order to walk to the center, you cross a beautiful bridge (only for public transport, bikes and pedestrians). Also you can take a ferry in order to cross the river. Comfortable room with a big bed. Nice shower with good space. Very friendly staff. Petfriendly hotel! Parking is a bit dirty since during the day it is shared with a Carrefour shop and a Basic Fit gym. But during the night this parking is locked with a gate. Also, the parking is monitored through CCTV (hotel reception has live feed). This parking is better secured than others in the area where they are having lots of problems with breaking into cars and vandalism. For us this was a huge plus since we were travelling with a car loaded with luggage.

There are lots of bonus points such as cleanliness, very good air conditioning, comfortable large double bed, blackout curtains and soundproofed room. On the other hand there are no extras such as a kettle or a fridge and everything is designed to make the room easy to clean so it feels a bit plasticky. If you want to use the underground car park, it is at one end of the Carrefour car park next to the hotel. Take a ticket from the machine as you enter and then look for the Ibis signs and park there. Keep the ticket and pay for the parking at the hotel reception. Then when you leave the hotel take the ticket to reception and they will validate it so that it will open the barrier when you leave the car park. I'm writing this here as I couldn't find this information anywhere else and hope it helps someone.

Excellent stay at this location in Bordeaux especily if you have a car. Parked outside the hotel ,free on Sunday. Ibis you get a basic clean room good shower but would like a kettle. Nice walk over the bridge to the beautiful city of Bordeaux

Su personal, especialmente Claudia, de recepción, que nos atendió genial. Pero también todos sus compañeros que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese como estar en casa. Mencionar que justo debajo tienen el parking, comunicado con el hotel y al lado hay un carrefour muy completo y una panadería que se llama los 4/4, que están muy bien.

This hotel would be good in general, if it was clean. The dishes were not clean (one of the knives even had nutella on it) at the morning buffet, and this happened 2 times in a row. The buffet itself was lovely, but the dirty dishes destroyed everything. Further, a couple of hairs were sticking at the bathroom door, so it was not properly cleaned (the rest of the room & bed were clean though). We mentioned this at the reception and the lady immediately went to the kitchen and removed the dirty dishes, she was very kind and understanding, so the staff was great!

Lovely hotel, very clean rooms, the towels were changed regularly. Some toiletries provided. Rooms are small but adequate for a short stay. The bed is vey comfortable, the air con/fan is appreciated in the summer heat. Check in process was very efficient, refreshments provided in reception which is a nice touch. Close to a metro stop, supermarket next door, really good value.

Clean, quiet, easy access. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were asked at check in if we wanted our room cleaned daily. We said yes. However, we wouldn’t need our towels changed daily. We would put our placard out indicating when we needed the room cleaned. This translated to our room being tagged as not needing cleaning throughout our stay. When we requested cleaning we were told they couldn’t because of this clerical error. They did empty the trash twice and gave us new towels - which was unnecessary. But never cleaned or ran the vacuum…

Basic but comfortable room, friendly staff. Good for a short stay in Bordeaux. The cleanliness was good. It is carpeted, which I don't like, but the carpets are clean. It's a bit outside the center, but it's just a short tram ride or a 20 min walk crossing the bridge over the river. Note that you only get a big towel each and no small towels, so bring a small one if you need it for hands etc. What is missing is more shelf space for your things.

Advertised as with air con but the air con wasn’t on in the entire property and it was incredibly warm and uncomfortable and I barely slept the whole time. Tried to speak to staff but no one was interested in listening. Requested a refund and email been ignored.

Customer service at the hotel, specifically at the lobby counter , was excellent! All, were Very nice and professional! Claudia and Irene were superb! However, the room and bathroom were the smallest we've been in European hotels! Very small bathroom as well! Thankfully there was AC and daily room housekeeping. Food service at any time is a wonderful perk, and the staff is excellent, , even though waitressing isn't their job. The lobby and eating area are very nice and comfortable! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

J\'ai été obligé de différer un séjour à Bordeaux pour cause de grève soudaine à la SNCF. Et l\'établissement m\'a opposé un refus sans appel alors que je demandais un report - avec frais de cas échéant - de ma réservation. Donc nuitée payée intégralement... et pas de "séjour" à raconter. Attitude complètement nulle de l\'hôtel. Je n\'y remettrai jamais les pieds, ni dans un autre établissement du Groupe ACCOR d\'ailleurs...

Food service at any time is a wonderful perk, and the staff is excellent, , even though waitressing isn't their job. The lobby and eating area are very nice and comfortable! Thank you! Nice stay in Bordeaux, close to the center. In order to walk to the center, you cross a beautiful bridge (only for public transport, bikes and pedestrians). Also you can take a ferry in order to cross the river. Comfortable room with a big bed. Nice shower with good space. Very friendly staff. Petfriendly hotel! Parking is a bit dirty since during the day it is shared with a Carrefour shop and a Basic Fit gym. But during the night this parking is locked with a gate. Also, the parking is monitored through CCTV (hotel reception has live feed). This parking is better secured than others in the area where they are having lots of problems with breaking into cars and vandalism. For us this was a huge plus since we were travelling with a car loaded with luggage.

Tout était bien concernant l’hôtel en soi. La seule chose est que nous aurions aimé qu’ils nous donnent davantage d’informations au sujet des travaux qui limitaient l’accès au pont de pierre et le passage du tramway car cela limitait significativement les options de déplacement.

This hotel would be good in general, if it was clean. The dishes were not clean (one of the knives even had nutella on it) at the morning buffet, and this happened 2 times in a row. The buffet itself was lovely, but the dirty dishes destroyed everything. Further, a couple of hairs were sticking at the bathroom door, so it was not properly cleaned (the rest of the room & bed were clean though). We mentioned this at the reception and the lady immediately went to the kitchen and removed the dirty dishes, she was very kind and understanding, so the staff was great!

Great Breakfast, but It does not vary; you always get the same breakfast offering. The staff was helpful. The rooms were a bit too small. I will recommend this property to anyone staying for a day or two.

I was impressed by this hotel. Although it is a budget hotel, it was clean yet functional. My room had air con and was enough for a weekend break in Bordeaux. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. Although I am not French, I tried and began my interactions with a 'Bonjour' and a few rudimentary schoolboy French phrases, such as 'Je voudrais...', and the conversation developed as they quickly discovered that I was English and I got the answers I required. The breakfast was basic yet great for a budget hotel. The surrounding area was quite quiet and the supermarket adjacent was an unexpected bonus. There is a tram stop a short distance away for access to the city centre. Alternatively a 25 to 30 minute stroll across the nearby bridge will get you there as well. Bordeaux is a beautiful and clean city, with plenty to do (Get Your Guide has plenty of wine/vinyard related content) and see.
