Staff was lazy didn’t want to help at all

Absolutely no real problems and the staff was excellent. Only down side was the hotel is being renovated, so there was some noise and parking spaces were limited by equipment & material being stored.

My bathroom inside my room was absolutely unacceptable upon arrival. There was fecal matter and urine all over the toilet, which made the space unsanitary and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was told no one could clean the bathroom until the next morning. No alternative room, upgrade, compensation, or refund was offered. The lack of cleanliness and customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience.

I’m sorry but this hotel is a dump it smells of old carpet I had no hot water in the shower and it’s in a questionable area. I would not recommend this place at all.

Mostly just different bread choices for breakfast. Hot tub has green mold around edge, pool cold & has too much chlorine
