SpringHill Suites by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

This is a super convenient location to both the airport and greater Manchester. The staff was friendly and helpful when my room was not ready at the specified time. The property is clean and bright; the pool, gym and breakfast were all fine. It would have been nice to have access to sidewalks or walking paths or have outdoor seating/gathering space.

We stayed at Springhill Suites for an extended period, at a difficult time in our lives. The overnight man Duron was kind and patient with me being up at all hours, walking around and asking questions because I couldn't sleep. The room(s) were good sized, immaculate and even smelled good. The free breakfast was awesome. I didn't miss a single morning. The general manager Issac was pleasant and helpful when I had trouble with my credit card, and none of the staff made us feel unwelcome even though we were there for such a long time. I would stay here again without hesitation, next time I need a hotel.

Our room was ant infested and the paint in the pool was chipping all over

Toilet was full of rust when arrived. Looked like dirty water and it smelled. Poor amenities. Overall not worth the money. Hiltons are better. Sorry. Bistro too expensive food is mediocre

We have stayed many times over the past several years. During this stay the TV did not work properly, one lamp had a light bulb out, and so m e corner wall moulding was peeling away from the wall. We informed the front desk 15 minutes after checking in, and requested service ftom maintenance or a room chang. We were informed that maintenance had already gone home for the day (4:15) and there was nothing they could do. We were also informed they did not have any additional rooms to move us to. We never recieved any service or assistance from the staff. This was very disappointing
