Shower had to be repaired, toilet broke and had to be repaired, bathtub and sink were slow to drain. But the property was clean and the staff was friendly. And it was close to my relatives home. Otherwise, I would not stay here again.

The hotel was okay for our very short one night stay during a softball tournament since we literally only slept there after a later game. The room itself was pretty clean, but the common areas, elevators, and hallways were very dirty. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped in a long time. There was wrappers, crumbs, dirt, and dead beetles (not roaches) all over the floors. The hotel has a strange smell too. The rooms are extremely bare bones. Beds are small metals frames with a basic mattress that was surprisingly very comfortable. They do not provide any shampoo/conditioner and there was no hair dryer, so make sure you bring everything you will need for showering. I think all of this is due to the hotel being an extended stay which I wasn’t super familiar with. The price was pretty cheap, and the hotel was fine for a very short stay.

We reserved an assessable room. The bed was less than 18” off the floor and we struggled to get up and down. Also the bed frame was bent allowing the mattress from to fall another inch or two when there was weight on the left side of the bed. We were waiting for it to collapse during the night. Also the commons area was right outside our door. It was noisy up to 3:00am. We like the location near our daughter’s home and have stayed before. Between the noise and the bed we may have to rethink our next visit.

At first glance, the room is nice. However, the television didn't work and after a long day of traveling, the wife and I just wanted to see the local news. Called front desk, and was never fixed. After exploring the area the next day, TV was still not working. Front desk said the manager would be in at 9pm to fix it. At 11PM, the manager called after we went to sleep and said she got there late and was not told about the previous night. Poor communication. Unresolved issues. Bed mattress not very comfortable. Won't be trying ECHO Suites again. Such a disappointment from a Wyndham property.
