My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

Excellent hotel, uber distance to all places of interest. They charged us one hundred dollars for our early check in (we arrived at 8 am and the check in time is 3pm) and it had breakfast included. The gym is perfect, the hotel looks brand new, large room, breakfast is very complete and looks like a brunch, which we loved. Very clean. Nice outdoor pool and spa and very kind staff.

Stunning new property by Hyatt, our stay was incredible, the pool and gym were very up to date and super nice. The Guest services were wonderful and me and my family highly recommend their breakfast, their chef is very good. Nothing but great things to say about our stay 10/10 recommend.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The facilities were nice and clean. A three story gym with a sauna. The bar was well equipped and the breakfast was fresh every morning. My favorite part of this place was the staff. Specifically Isaac, he was the absolute best. He put together a list for us with must visit restaurants and sites. He even went the extra mile and booked reservations for us at some hard to get in places. We’re already planning on coming back and staying here because of him

Very high end hotel with reasonable prices compared to similar hotels in the U.S. Very friendly and servicing staff, and excellent restaurants and gym. Smaller size pool, but very nice outdoor area and spa.

Our overall stay was excellent however more vegetarian options at the restaurant will be welcomed as well as more hot vegetarian items made for breakfast rather than just vegetables steamed or stir fried . Some examples can be included; breakfast potatoes, baked beans , hash browns , vege burgers / sandwiches with a patty. I think more Continental can make a huge difference. The fruit selection was very great as well . Everything we ate was delicious and made with the finest ingredients. Housekeeping was excellent they came every day to neaten the room and we received fresh towels which was much appreciated. Will definitely be back in the future .

The hotel is excellent, the reception personal was friendly and professional, the room we were given ample, nice with the TV; must have been 85" and the large bathroom with a hot! Rain shower was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very complete and good... Centrically located I recommend this hotel any time; you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Wonderful property, very comfortable and well appointed room. The bathroom and shower simply invite you in. Everything we needed and then some. My only ???? was the automatic sensor “night” lights on the bed and in the bathroom that would put out too much light and stay on too long.

What stood out to me as the hotel as a whole was exactly as I expected! Nothing falling short. Staff was helpful , food was great, room clean and spacious ( Decor just right, ) pool area inviting and private. Could not find anything to complaine about!

The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, the service experience was a major disappointment. After waiting an hour, we were finally given our room at 4:00 PM, only to find it wasn't what we had reserved and paid for. We booked a high-floor corner room but were assigned a standard room on a middle floor. When we returned to reception to request a change, a staff member named Isaac was incredibly dismissive. He peevishly insisted, “Those are our corner rooms.” His response felt like an attempt to gaslight me—as if I couldn't distinguish a middle room from a corner one—or a sign that the hotel is comfortable overcharging for inferior rooms. My expectations were very low after that, but the restaurant staff managed to turn things around. Armando, in particular, was exceptionally kind and professional. Note for travelers: This property recently rebranded from Marriott to Hyatt. Many taxi drivers are still unaware of the change, so you may need to mention the old name to get there.

This is a five star facility with stellar people who really care about you! I enjoyed Wilson who helped me at the front door and Jose and Isaac at the front desk. I had an emergency surgery and they arranged a driver and I am now back home recovering. I could not have more care as a person at any other facility. Thank you Hyatt. Ecpedia had a delay sending the reservation to the Hyatt system but it was received.

Visited Panama for a funeral and the staff at Hyatt Regency in Panama City went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The service was superb, and the location is central to the city. I highly recommend this place.

After waiting an hour, we were finally given our room at 4:00 PM, only to find it wasn't what we had reserved and paid for. The staff was amazing from front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant. We had a hiccup where they did not accommodate my allergy for my room but they definitely went above and beyond to rectify it. I will definitely be using them as my first choice when visiting again.

The hotel is excellent, the reception personal was friendly and professional, the room we were given ample, nice with the TV; must have been 85" and the large bathroom with a hot! Rain shower was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very complete and good... Centrically located I recommend this hotel any time; you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Excellent hotel, uber distance to all places of interest. They charged us one hundred dollars for our early check in (we arrived at 8 am and the check in time is 3pm) and it had breakfast included. The gym is perfect, the hotel looks brand new, large room, breakfast is very complete and looks like a brunch, which we loved. Very clean. Nice outdoor pool and spa and very kind staff.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The facilities were nice and clean. A three story gym with a sauna. The bar was well equipped and the breakfast was fresh every morning. My favorite part of this place was the staff. Specifically Isaac, he was the absolute best. He put together a list for us with must visit restaurants and sites. He even went the extra mile and booked reservations for us at some hard to get in places. We’re already planning on coming back and staying here because of him

What stood out to me as the hotel as a whole was exactly as I expected! Nothing falling short. Staff was helpful , food was great, room clean and spacious ( Decor just right, ) pool area inviting and private. Could not find anything to complaine about!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Panama City and left thoroughly impressed.
