Stay was good enough for what we needed it for. Took a cold shower though, water did not warm up. Fridge worked. Bed was comfortable enough. Location wasn’t too bad. Close enough to attractions and dining. Not much amenities.

The Good: It was an affordable place to stay so I didn’t have to drive home late after a concert and conveniently located. The check in was good and our room was ready. The not so good: The bathtub was peeling in places and the water wouldn’t stop running. The AC filter needed changed so it kept cycling off. They have more rooms than parking spots and there was no one at the desk to ask where else we could park. Granted that was at midnight, but still. I would stay again, but at least I know what I’m getting myself into.

Not a bad place for cheap. Vending machines will steam your money and it won’t be refunded, but what can ya do? Staff are mostly all great. Only dealt with one arrogant front desk worker in the dozen times I’ve stayed here. Clean rooms, spacious and quiet.

Budget friendly for only staying at the hotel for sleeping. The overall condition of the hotel is what you pay for, recommend only staying if you cant afford anywhere else. Good for a national guard/reservists to stay overnight, instead of the barracks. 5/5 for cost, 2/5 for condition, 3/5 for smell, 3/5 for parking, 1/5 for surrounding area. Will stay again due to budget friendly.

Staff that I checked in with told me I can check out late, didn't communicate to staff and next day things changed. Hallway smelled like an active fire. Room was dusty. The water is brown. My shower was cracked, and peeling, and shower curtain was dirty. And the shower head is filthy disgusting. and free breakfast is stale cereal, hard bagels and dry / hard muffins. Hallways dirty. Curtain didn't closed completely. And stained towels n sheets. -10/10 Don't Recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! I urge everyone to stay away from this hotel. It was completely filthy. Hair and dirt in every corner of the rooms. Stains on the walls. Stained sheets and blankets. Bathtub was dirty. I get creeped out just thinking about that hotel room.

This place was incredibly run down and dirty. The room had an incredibly strong smell of mold and the furniture was crumbling. There were clumps of hair and little bugs all over one of the beds. We didn’t even stay…we couldn’t. When I went to check out, (an hour later)there was no manager so I couldn’t complain or get any help. The whole experience was an absolute disgrace.

I'm not picky but this place was gross. Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom itself - they didn't put a fresh roll of toilet paper out and left a half roll from the person before. Then I noticed the sink was cracked all the way through the middle. And then I finally saw the black mold covering the ceiling of the bathroom. And I woke up with a horrible headache and got sick. Lock your car here.

Check in was listed at 2 pm. We arrived at 2:25 and had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The toilet/shower room had a filthy door. The refrigerator was extremely noisy and it had to be unplugged so I could sleep. At 6 am on Sunday morning someone in a neighboring room woke me up with their loud phone conversation. The walls were paper thin! I would not stay at an Econolodge again. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was fine. The price is very affordable. It is close to Hersheypark. But, the air conditioning unit in Room 107 was noisy as well as having a room next to the front desk. But otherwise fine for a quick stay, just basic.

Decent room at a decent price! Room was prettyclean but extremely outdated, bed was comfy but old, floor clean in outer areas but dusty and crumbs behind bedframe and nightstands! Shower and bathroom were clean but there is definitely needs updating , had last room on 1st floor took 5 min for water to get HOT but when it did look out was scalding! Overall was decent but looks like last update was late 90s early 2000s, if looking for decent place for a couple nights at good price this is the spot easy access to shopping and highway from here!

Check in was smooth and pleasant. The location was a little odd...with the run down car wash next door.Room seemed to be recently redone and was overall clean. The sink was VERY slow to drain and the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. This was a one night stay so it wasnt really impactful.

Room was clean but the tub was cracking in several places. Very limited items for breakfast and milk was spoiled however the staff did bring out fresh milk. Staff was friendly. The price was right. There was a few things going on in Hershey so when all the other motels where sky high prices this motel was very reasonable.

The stay was just OK. The room AC was awful never got the room even cool. The toilet was broken the shower was falling apart. The floors where tackyvand dirty. The remote was broken and dirty.

Staff was nice enough. The bathroom door did not close. There was no hot water. The tub basin was flaking off and cracked. Breakfast was minimal with mini muffins and not much more. Otherwise, the room was clean.

I booked a room for after prom at this Econo Lodge. Before I left for prom I checked in they gave me a hard time about my age which I’m 18 and been 18 since October of 2023, the check in age is 18. The second thing is after leaving and coming back one of the employees followed me to my room asking me if I had a room there and what was my number for the room. The biggest thing is me and my gf room tried to get broken into and while this was happening the man at the front desk was knocked out cold sleep in a chair. So me and my gf decided to leave because we felt unsafe. I came back the later that day because we left at 3 am due to us going bowling and hanging out with our friends. I asked for a refund the same guy that was sleep refused to give me my refund because I didn’t wake him up when it happened. Which I shouldn’t have to wake you up you should be doing your job. So wouldn’t recommend staying here also the room quality isn’t the best.

The pillow cases were dirty, the floors were sticky, there was a doll hand in the made bed so it obviously was overlooked or sheets were not washed before us. Our key did not work for door after we checked in, the conclusion was that the battery in the door was dead, and no solution for a new key or room change so we just had to deal with it. The overnight woman who helped us was very rude, from acting like the not working key was an inconvenience to her to her underhand comments about my friend and I’s appearance.

The front desk person was awesome, JT made us feel at home the whole stay. The hotel is what it advertises, a budget conscious choice for travelers. We found it comfortable, clean, and convenient. Would stay here again.

Management failed to reimburse me even though I didn’t stay the night AFTER I found 2 roaches in my room. I would’ve understood why they wouldn’t refund me if I had been there long, but I checked in at 8:45 PM and left at 2 AM when I saw the second roach that night. Everything was just handled very poorly even after I showed them picture proof of my claim.

The staff were pleasant. The hotel was in a convenient area. It was a non smoking hotel, however, it was quite obvious that smoking had occurred in the bathroom of our room. The smell was unbearable for us as non smokers and allergic to smoke. They changed the shower curtain for me, as I was hoping that would help, but the smoke has permeated the paint.

Budget friendly for only staying at the hotel for sleeping. The overall condition of the hotel is what you pay for, recommend only staying if you cant afford anywhere else. Good for a national guard/reservists to stay overnight, instead of the barracks. 5/5 for cost, 2/5 for condition, 3/5 for smell, 3/5 for parking, 1/5 for surrounding area. Will stay again due to budget friendly.

Check in was smooth and pleasant. The location was a little odd...with the run down car wash next door.Room seemed to be recently redone and was overall clean. The sink was VERY slow to drain and the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. This was a one night stay so it wasnt really impactful.

The property at first glance looks like it’s in a terrible area. It’s not right around the corner is a ton of shopping and dinning options. There is a huge Bass Pro Shops about a mile away. The rooms are clean the hotel is on the older side and needs some things updated. The staff was amazing. The women who checked us out was my favorite person ever. We got soaked at the concert the night before and my husband thought he was good with his one pair of jeans…well the lady downstairs let us dry them in the dryer so he didn’t have to drive 3 hours in wet clothes. Overall for a night stay and a concert in Hershey I think it was perfect.

Staff that I checked in with told me I can check out late, didn't communicate to staff and next day things changed. Hallway smelled like an active fire. Room was dusty. The water is brown. My shower was cracked, and peeling, and shower curtain was dirty. And the shower head is filthy disgusting. and free breakfast is stale cereal, hard bagels and dry / hard muffins. Hallways dirty. Curtain didn't closed completely. And stained towels n sheets. -10/10 Don't Recommend!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was fine. The price is very affordable. It is close to Hersheypark. But, the air conditioning unit in Room 107 was noisy as well as having a room next to the front desk. But otherwise fine for a quick stay, just basic.

Room was clean but the tub was cracking in several places. Very limited items for breakfast and milk was spoiled however the staff did bring out fresh milk. Staff was friendly. The price was right. There was a few things going on in Hershey so when all the other motels where sky high prices this motel was very reasonable.

Staff was nice enough. The bathroom door did not close. There was no hot water. The tub basin was flaking off and cracked. Breakfast was minimal with mini muffins and not much more. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Staff was absolutely amazing and super super kind and helpful. The hotel though is definitely older and needs major updating as our room smelled like mildew and was very humid. Luckily the ac worked but our bathtub had a huge hole in the middle that was covered with a thin sheet but stepping on it didn’t feel sturdy. The hairdryer also had hair in it and so did our tub when we arrived.

Our room had a weird odor, bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach and overall the property and room are in need of upkeep and facelift. They did provide coffee and a light breakfast and the front desk person was very pleasant.

Staff was very friendly Air Conditioner work well..But, the paint was peeling off the tub so I did not take a bath. Showering would be highly recommended. ALSO, the T.V. did not work well so I bought a fire stick to get regular channels. Fire alarm went off twice during my stay.
