The elevator didnt work when we first got there and the air conditioning in our room sucked. Woke up several times sweating and overly hot when we had the a.c set at 64 and to be constantly running.

A good choice with easy access to highways all directions. Priced quite reasonable. Cleanliness tops all the way. Parking can get a bit tight by evening time but there are plenty of spaces. Only complaint was that, while non-smoking, a strong, very strong, odor filled the hallways in the evening and it certainly wasn't tobacco, if you get the drift. Some might find that a serious issue.

Had a great stay. Microwave in the room was a great feature for the price. AC was off when I got there but fully adjustable up and down. This hotel does have a Tesla-only charging port.

Hotel had water damage. Got notified by the hotel of it and moved rooms. Location was convenient being right off the main highway, but also a lot of noise from traffic. Odd time to close breakfast, 9:30am. Just missed it unfortunately.

The hotel room that we got, as well as the ones our friends got, was dirty, smelly, and old. The bathtub and toilet looked like they had not been cleaned at all because there was dirt and stains on them. Toilet paper rolls were almost done when we first arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable and I hope they were clean. Breakfast did not taste good and the coffee offered tasted bad. The hotel price should have been a lot cheaper from what they charged us. Unfortunately it was a 1/10 experience.

I booked for 1 night stayed and checked out the next day at 12...had asked if they had a room for the next night they said 1 they would put a hold on it. I told the lady i didnt know if we would make it back from the event that evening or we would b headed back out of town. She said you will not b charged forthe room until you come back to check in within 3 hrs i was charged for the riom. I called in and asked why and to please cancel it to which i was told there is a 48 hr cancelation policy and they couldn't change it. A manager would call me back it been 48 hrs no call and i got charged for a room in a state i wasn't even in anymore at 6 in the evening. Shame on them for ripping people off.

Tv didn’t work first night. Internet didn’t work 2nd night. Staff was rude. Stayed 3 nights, room was never cleaned, even after asking 2 days straight. Overall, would never stay there again.

A very nice hotel. The only problem was checking in. Myself and two other guests waited 15 minutes for anyone to be at the front check-in desk. We rang the bell and buzzer numerous times. Other than that it was a fine stay.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past several years and never had a problem. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. One of the things I love about this property that you don't find at many others in this category is a comfortable sitting chair in your room to just relax and read or watch TV. The hot breakfast is always appreciated and it includes at a minimum hot eggs and waffles which is another thing many other hotels do not offer. It's also convenient to the highway (I-81) as well as an easy 15 minute drive to Hershey Park/Chocolate World and downtown Hershey, This hotel is my go to when I am visiting this area.

Not bad for one night. The bed and pillows were plenty comfortable but the room was a bit shabby looking and there was a big Spotlight on the back of the building where our window was so the light came around the curtains all night long. The breakfast was pretty pitiful. The tray said hot breakfast and when I opened it up it was literally microwaved scrambled egg rounds. My grandson has a dairy allergy and there was literally nothing for him to eat except an apple and some dry Cheerios.

We had a king room, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was neat and tidy. Breakfast had good choices of scrambled eggs, brown toast, real butter, real milk, good coffee, waffles, yoghurt and fruit. This is a good hotel for the price range and could easily stay longer.

We had a king room, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was neat and tidy. Breakfast had good choices of scrambled eggs, brown toast, real butter, real milk, good coffee, waffles, yoghurt and fruit. This is a good hotel for the price range and could easily stay longer.

Clean, easy check in. Everyone was nice. Great for a quick stay, Hershey Park only about 15 minutes away. Breakfast had good options. Would stay again!

Hotel hallways and room has a musty smell once you put a/c on room smell was gone . Check in arrived around 8 pm , had to wait for reception person over 30 minutes ring bells and pressing call buttons no answer . . He was alone doing other things until I had to call the hotel phone number which he answered right away and arrived shortly after. Breakfast was minimal at best . No bacon or sausage or even muffins . Orange juice sour . Just half dollar size eggs and toast , Cheerios cereal , apple and coffee . Not impressed at all . Hotel over rated for 8.4 .

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, bagels. 17 minute drive from Hersheyland. Front desk feiendly and efficient.

Check in was easy, property needs a good once over, in room we had broken handles on furniture. Chipped paint everywhere, cracking drywall in bathroom. It was inexpensive, but for good reason

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful- shoutout to Lilian for excellent service! Facility was clean and comfortable with good amenities including laundry facilities and a fitness center. Conveniently near the highway. Highly recommended!

We found multiple long black hairs on the bed when we took the blankets off. We have to assume the sheets weren’t clean if there were multiple long hairs all throughout the sheet. The kids also complained the pillow were really gross looking and they were so unfortunate. Bring your own blankets as well they weren’t comfortable either.
