Decent property, sofa bed is very uncomfortable, like sleeping on springs. Pool was closed, kids were disappointed. Room was nice, small bathrooms, good breakfast.

We loved our room - on the first floor - no elevators ! It was a suite with a full refrigerator, stove and microwave. Two queen beds and a sofa with a lounge …and two chairs and little kitchen table …very roomy … free breakfast and pool, basketball court. Near Hershey Park in PA

Property was nicely kept up! The indoor pool area was nice and the pool was warm! The work out area was clean and the treadmill worked great! The Kitchen in our room was nicely stocked and clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious with many options for all.

Totally loved this property and can’t wait to return! The room was clean and beautiful. Since this was an older Residence Inn, it had beautiful finishes which you do not see in recently built Residence Inns. Excellent restaurants within a 10-20 minute drive. Service went above and beyond. You can tell this property is very well managed by its appearance and helpfulness from employees. World class. It has an indoor and outdoor pool.

Great property, lovely little homes with full on kitchen. Very safe, very quiet. Indoor and outdoor pools are well kept. Close to Hershey park attractions and nearby outlet, pharmacies and Walmart- all within drivable distance (under 10 min) Amazing breakfast, always fresh and hot! Bedding/linen are soft and fresh. Perhaps need to upgrade or improve utensils, cutlery, pots and pans. Also no garbage bags- they should be stored under kitchen sink- had to ask daily to have them replenished

I always look for Marriott Hotels when we travel and love them. This is the first time we’ve not had a good experience. The staff in the office were kind and this is not for them, they were great… the room was gross. It was clear that a party happened there and they did not clean before we stayed in the room. Dirty carpets, showers were not clean, leftover decorations stuck to the ceiling, and mystery material spilled on the cupboards. I almost considered leaving and forgetting about the money to find another place. Hopefully they can resolve the cleaning issues and make this the Marriott experience everyone is expecting.

Friendly staff, but property was disgusting. There was hair on the walls, dust everywhere, chocolate and footprints on the floor, musty smell throughout, the toilet wasn't even flushed, and the bathtub was so dirty (clearly not cleaned). In the pool area there was wet towels all over the floor, no one had been there in a while to at least look over the pool

I have been to many Marriott hotels as well as many Residence Inns over the years. This visit was the first of its kind and unfortunately I do not have much to say that is good. The cleanliness of the room was awful. Let's start with the kitchen - mold around the faucet, mold around the counter's edge, remnants of someone's pizza and spilled something on the microwave's turntable, hot water lasting literally seconds that quickly turned to cold water; bathroom - mold everywhere - around the edge of the floor tiles, the toilet, the ceiling tiles, rust around the base of the fixtures in the sink, no hot water in the shower; bed skirt, torn and hanging off the bed at 2 of its corners, bed linens appeared to be clean. Missing bath linens - there were 2 towels, 2 facecloths, no bathmat, for 2 people for 2 nights. Kitchen equipped poorly. Breakfast was limited and disappointing. A "Deluxe Breakfast Buffet" is advertised and that is not what we experienced. We found an unstaffed dining area on the 1st day - cold food that was supposed to be hot such as scrambled eggs, a broken toaster that had to be turned upside down and shaken to get the toast/English muffins out of the toaster, cold dried out sausage in a chaffing dish, etc. Today was better - the broken toaster was still there with a line of guests waiting in a line to use it. Marriott hotels have always been my go to hotel chain but no more. I am a member of Bonvoy and been comfortable recommending it but no more.

The room was large in size and fairly clean. We did not have any bedding for the pull out couch. When my husband went to the front desk, they didnt have anymore blankets. He was told to call corporate and complain. When he asked for more towels since we are a family of 5 and only had 3, she told him she didnt have any clean and that they dont hire cleaners for night time. She did end up finding a few more towels. The bathroom was moldy and not clean.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. When we were searching for our room, multiple employees asked if we needed help and pointed us in the right direction. They had free rootbeer floats in the afternoon, which my kids loved. Again, the man serving was friendly and smiling. The downside was the rooms themselves. Our room smelled of stale smoke. The bathroom was so tiny, you almost had to step over the toilet to get in and close the door. The tiles around the bottom of the wall in the bathroom were falling off. I could see the mildew behind them. The rooms definitely need updating although they did seem clean. The indoor pool area was nice. No one was there when we were but it got super crowded that evening. I would not stay there again but the staff made up for the all the downfalls.

Hotel is in good condition. Building decor is dreary with all grays. Rooms need better lighting Staff is excellent and very attentive. Hotel is off highway and quiet. Not much scenery but an easy 20 minute drive to Hershey

Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with my family of 5 and felt that we all had more than enough space in the room. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and TVs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good, especially the pearl waffles. The hotel is in a nice quiet area. Loved having a kitchen in the room that was equipped with items that might be needed during the stay (i.e. pots/pans, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.) Dislikes: • Ice maker in our freezer didn't work. It produced like 2-3 ice cubes and we were there for 4 days. • I didn't like that our trash was not emptied during our stay even though it should have been when our room was cleaned. • disliked having to pay $5 for parking. It produced like 2-3 ice cubes and we were there for 4 days. • I didn't like that our trash was not emptied during our stay even though it should have been when our room was cleaned. • disliked having to pay $5 for parking. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. When we were searching for our room, multiple employees asked if we needed help and pointed us in the right direction. They had free rootbeer floats in the afternoon, which my kids loved. Again, the man serving was friendly and smiling. The downside was the rooms themselves. Our room smelled of stale smoke. The bathroom was so tiny, you almost had to step over the toilet to get in and close the door. The tiles around the bottom of the wall in the bathroom were falling off. I could see the mildew behind them. The rooms definitely need updating although they did seem clean. The indoor pool area was nice. No one was there when we were but it got super crowded that evening. I would not stay there again but the staff made up for the all the downfalls.

Clean and safe. There was a problem with a desk staff named Mario. He really didn’t want to help the hotel guests. Everything was a bother. He had a bad attitude , treated people poorly and did the opposite of what someone who is in his job should do which is tend to the needs of guests. Other than that cleaning crew was great, Annette was wonderful and made our room look great each time she cleaned it. About 13 min from Hershey attractions.

We had our room upgraded as a courtesy because the beds were smaller than I expected (my error)! The front desk manager is always so warm and inviting and remembered me from my last visit a year ago. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal each day and the staff is always so kind!!! We will continue visiting this location year after year!

We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and their family. The staff made sure we were given a suite across the hall from our daughter's room - that was so kind and made it so convenient for us to assist with the children. Prior to coming I made several phone calls. David and Kenneth made sure we had the information we needed and secured a porta-crib for our daughter's room. They were so cordial and friendly. We will certainly stay there again when heading to the PA Farm Show!!

The staff that took care me when I checked in was amazing. I arrived a day early. I had a reservation for three days so when I arrived early, he let me start my reservation without having to pay so much money considering I got there at 5 AM it was so happy I was able to get into the room that I reserved a day early!! awesome staff!!!

Front desk answer me at mid night about the custmer making to much noise, high steps, jumping on the floor at mid night… she said ir was not her busnisses. Never had a problem with a Marriot before. She looks like get upset because I complain the noise from upstairs… we are in a family group with a 97rs old woman. And how can anyone make noises any hour of the day and not her busisness? I never see something like that. Tottaly dispaointed with the answer from the fron desk. Its tottaly disrespectfull. Hope someone look forward for this situation.

Check in sucked. A woman told me my room wasn’t available an hour early. Then when I came back at the check in time someone told there had been rooms available and gave me an upgrade. The room was nice. I only stayed one night. It was way more room than I needed.

Stayed for 1 night as we went to Hershey Park on back to back days. The hotel is a very quick drive from the park and just off the main road but in a quiet industrial part of town. We (mom/dad/2 kids) stayed in a 1 bedroom w/kitchenette and living room and it was perfect, kids slept in the pull out couch while we closed the door and woke up after 8am (woo hoo). Standard continental breakfast but the gentleman who stocked the breakfast area was very polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

Perfect for family of five. Beautiful little courtyard. An indoor pool, outdoor pool, and basketball court. 30 minutes to Hershey Park. Good service and good breakfast included. Good ambassador for the brand.

Excellent and comfortable accommodations for a family (2 adults, 3 children) without breaking the bank. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet was great: eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, coffee, fruit, juices, milk, etc.

The hotel is great from the hotel staff (front desk and breakfast guy were so friendly) to the rooms. Room was a great size and bed was super comfortable. I used the indoor pool and it was great and outdoor pool was open as well. The breakfast was terrific too, hot and cold items and really good strong coffee. I will 100% be staying here when in the area again.

The room itself was a wonderful idea. Full kitchen that was the absolute bare minimum not even including a baking sheet. The floor obviously had not be swept and there was trash from a previous stay between bed and night stand. The comforter has boogers on it and 2 different towels that were hung up to be used were filthy. We were there for 4 nights and was not given extra trash bags or toilet paper and had to ask for both. The free breakfast was an added bonus and while it was decent it was the same thing everyday and much of a variety. The staff was very nice and the location was perfect for our Hershey park days.

We did not like the breakfast, no selection. Not even waffles all weekend. Only scrambled eggs and sausage. Does NOT hold a candle to other Residence Inns.. We were in one with a huge buffet for breakfast, everything you could think of. Would not recommend..

I have been to many Marriott hotels as well as many Residence Inns over the years. This visit was the first of its kind and unfortunately I do not have much to say that is good. The cleanliness of the room was awful. Let's start with the kitchen - mold around the faucet, mold around the counter's edge, remnants of someone's pizza and spilled something on the microwave's turntable, hot water lasting literally seconds that quickly turned to cold water; bathroom - mold everywhere - around the edge of the floor tiles, the toilet, the ceiling tiles, rust around the base of the fixtures in the sink, no hot water in the shower; bed skirt, torn and hanging off the bed at 2 of its corners, bed linens appeared to be clean. Missing bath linens - there were 2 towels, 2 facecloths, no bathmat, for 2 people for 2 nights. Kitchen equipped poorly. Breakfast was limited and disappointing. A "Deluxe Breakfast Buffet" is advertised and that is not what we experienced. We found an unstaffed dining area on the 1st day - cold food that was supposed to be hot such as scrambled eggs, a broken toaster that had to be turned upside down and shaken to get the toast/English muffins out of the toaster, cold dried out sausage in a chaffing dish, etc. Today was better - the broken toaster was still there with a line of guests waiting in a line to use it. Marriott hotels have always been my go to hotel chain but no more. I am a member of Bonvoy and been comfortable recommending it but no more.

The hotel was okay. Our bathroom toilets weren’t the cleanest and the pillows on our couch had some stains. The door to the indoor pool had cracked glass and looked unsafe. We stayed 6 nights and didnt have housekeeping which is weird. Breakfast wasn’t the best, my kids didn’t like it so we had to get them something else. The area around is industrial. On a positive note, it’s close to Hershey park and has lots of stores around.

Property was nicely kept up! The indoor pool area was nice and the pool was warm! The work out area was clean and the treadmill worked great! The Kitchen in our room was nicely stocked and clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious with many options for all.

I stayed for 6nights. I was told I could check in at 3pm and couldn’t check in until 5pm. I had to call every time I needed towels. There were 3 of us with 2 sets of towels. They are supposed to do a minor touch up with towels every 2 days when staying that long. I ran out of towels multiple times, and coffee. The tv never worked and our room was right against the basketball court/pool. I called twice to have people removed from there at 11pm.
