Cute hotel! Amazing staff! So friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alice! Nice to have time in the hot tub and pool. Great location to Hershey. We would definitely stay here again.

Just left this morning; we stayed for four nights. My family was vacationing here because of Hershey attractions. After checking in, I received a text saying housekeeping would be provided every three days so I requested housekeeping services each morning when we left. The result each day was disappointing. The used towels were replaced with clean ones and the sheets on the beds were pulled up but with no care to even them or smooth them, and the garbage cans were emptied. That was the extent of the service provided. Nothing was actually cleaned. Additionally, the sheets weren’t changed once during our stay. The fan in the bathroom was ineffective and every surface got soaked with condensate every time someone showered. The beds were definitely older and your sleep was disturbed by the other person moving and shifting throughout the night; not to mention the fitted sheetskept popping off the corners. In general, the bedroom and bathroom linens were poor quality. The continental breakfast was pretty much the exact same every morning and was sub par. There was a small amount of counter space and it was challenging to navigate the other guests in the tight quarters. No fresh fruit. For the last two nights of our stay we discovered after we had lugged all our bags up the stairs to our room that our keys no longer worked and one of us had to go back down to the front desk to get them sorted out. We won’t be back. The air conditioner worked well and we didn’t notice much noise.

It was convenient for what we were there for. Could’ve had more options for breakfast and a little more upkeep on cleaning but other than that check-in was great, convenient checkout and rooms were decent.

Our first room was filthy. There was water damage, the paint was peeling off the walls, the floors weren't clean, and there was mold on both of the bed frames and sheets. Our second room had a sink and shower that didn't drain and the bathroom was not clean. It also says that you are supposed to request any cleaning services, which is totally fine! We had not requested it and even put up a do not disturb sign and they still came into our room.

The room was a good size and by appearance, clean. The odor of pet urine was strong. We had to request shower gel, it seemed like they ran out of product but gave us little gel packets. Front desk service was lackluster but staff in the dining area were very nice. Breakfast was good for complimentary offerings. The pool area was okay but could be cleaner. Overall for the price not bad for a few nights stay. Close to the park and stores.
