We did a late check-in, tired after almost 15 hour drive, and the concierge seemed detached, first name Fabio. I had the regular questions and concerns anyone might have at a first encounter with a hotel, but all I got back was a doubtful, blank glare. Also, the security guard was standing a bit too close to me and my companion, it was very uncomfortable. The room was not Hilton quality at $250usd a night. It was very dusty and there water stains on the bathroom floor. The additional parking fee, $37 per night, was ridiculous. I've never paid to park at a Hilton. Lastly, I requested a pull-out bed, asked the gentleman who delivered it to lay it down as it was heavy for me. He said that the room service would do it once they came. Low and behold the room service did nothing - left it exactly where it was and didn't even put the sheets on it. By far, the worst stay at a Hilton ever. I highly recommend a thorough review and inspection of this Hilton.
