Had a good stay. Only downside was the pool being closed with the sun shining and 88 degrees outside.

hotel is good, building is old, lot of parking space, breakfast is simple, only bread and coffee, cookie, quality is good, bathroom has 2 sink, that's nice, no elevator to second floor, of all, it is a good place to stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, however the location was not very good. Also, the pool was not open and seemed to be in disrepair.

Parking is a bit limited. Pleasant staff. Simple but clean.

The hot tub is full of rocks and the pool is closed. I think this should be mentioned on the website. The woman that checked us in was helpful and nice. The other women were rude and seemed annoyed that we were asking questions.

The pool is closed. There isn’t an elevator but the room is great. Clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing at their jobs. The outside is a bit run down but the room is great.

Staff was super friendly, the pool was closed which was not advertised ahead of time so that was disappointing, and the continental breakfast was mediocre, the room was very clean!

Stopped for a night to catch some sleep. Overall very satisfied, good location, convenient parking, friendly staff and good place to grab a quite bite and coffee in the morning

The hotel & grounds are nice. Room was clean. Refrigerator wouldn't close all the way but it worked. Disappointed that it advertised pool but it wasnt open. Staff was helpful and pleasent. Location good.

Stayed friday and saturday night. Morning of sunday noticed some raised bumps on skin. More bumps came sunday night, and monday morning. Bed bugs. Had to go to doctor for 4 different medicines

Walked into the hotel room to turn on the lights and see a cockroach skitter across the bed. Lifted the mattress and there he was. Place has an infestation as the second bed has sheddings from cockroaches under the mattress as well.

So, my initial experience at this hotel was pretty much true to the more positive reviews, e.g. those mentioning that the rooms were clean and that it was a good place for a short stay. Yet, as our very short stay wore on and I spotted a rodent (mouse) scurrying around our room and as our neighbors were up a good part of the night, I realized that you truly do get what you pay for. It was definitely not a relaxed stay, yet we made it through (and got breakfast somewhere else just in case the rodent issue wasn't isolated to our room).

It was horrible to stay, I found bugs in the bed and wall and ground, I push the hotel to confirm they will not offer this kind of room to me, but they said they cannot guarantee this, I got bitten by the bugs, nobody would like to be responsible for this, will never choose this hotel again in future!

The room was infested with roaches, necessitating the extermination of several. The room was in a state of disrepair and emitted an unpleasant odor. Due to my aversion to the situation, I refrained from bringing food into the room. Despite its name, “Quality Inn,” the establishment failed to meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Also tons of homeless guy or drunk hanging around Dennys and 7 eleven

Was woken by a roach crawling on my face!

The hot water in the shower rumbling loudly when getting hot water. Noise and shaking gradually reduced when making the shower water cooler. Otherwise, looks likely the room I had was recently renovated, so everything else was fine.

Room was soo old with torn lampshades, tub had stains, the door to the room had wood shavings coming off and it was broke it wouldnt shut right had to keep slamming it to close properly, burn marks on vanity counter, air conditioner was not working properly kept turning itself on and off..property had alot of spider webs on the stairs and walkways

The mattress was firmer than what I like, not great quality as every time my husband rolled over it woke me up so I was glad we chose two queen beds instead of one king. I don’t know if they had PLANNED on replacing water heaters during our stay, but two days in a row we had to shower in a different room because we had no hot water. Inconvenient for sure. The staff was apologetic. The only issue I have was that if they knew about the water heaters, they should’ve put us in a different room when we first got there. The grounds are nice, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is great if you wanna go visit George Washington’s Mount Vernon estate. The quality of the coffee can definitely be improved. The cups for the in room coffee were small so when filling the water to the line and the coffee pot, coffee overflowed onto the counter.

Even though there were no cars in the parking lot, they did not have our rooms ready. We waited an hour and a half and got one room that had no ac. We had to change rooms. The Next Room had water all over the floor on the carpet. Disgusting. There was a smell so bad that our other family members would not come to our room. The hair dryer was broken, the phone was broken, the iron board was broken. It was a complete slum.

You have to walk sideways between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. Plumbing extremely loud. Bed ok.

The room was clean but worn and in need of updates. The beds were comfortable. I would say this hotel was just an average two-star hotel.

This hotel was reasonably priced but very worn down. Air conditioning and heating unit didn’t really work. Room was dark. Towels were threadbare. Breakfast was a limited and served in a small room overcrowded with motel guests. I would stay here again only if I couldn’t find something more comfortable at a similar or slightly higher price.

Large rooms & the beds were comfortable

No safety door lock. Room was big but very old, bathroom door did not shut, window curtain was from the 70s’. TV was not working. Towels and beddings seemed clean and that was all we needed for a night.

Good quality with reasonable price. The front desk staff is very friendly.

Very helpful staff look and found my Invisiline dentures I had left in the room the last time I had stayed there. This was very helpful!

Everyone was very nice and friendly! The woman working the breakfast was incredibly kind and worked hard to make sure everyone had everything they needed. We had a wedding and they were able to accommodate a late checkout which we were very thankful for.

NIKKI WAS RUDE, WENT TO THE ROOM TRYED BOTH KEY, EITHER OF THEM WORK. WALKED BACK DOWN STAIR. TOLD HER KEY DIDNT WORK. SHE ROLLED HER EYE, TOOK KEY. She handed the keys back to me, and told the other front desk, she going do her round, then told me she would meet me at room. Walk back to them room, and again key doesnt work. She now has to open with key. She open room and then walk in and try to turn on a/c. To me it seem like she knew this room was messed up and still gave it to us. We just were on 15hr road trip, dont have time to fins another hotel, believe if i was alone i would of. So everyone trying get ready to go to sleep cause all exhausted. And now a/c doesnt work. So now we have to go back down stair and get a new room. Which we did but why all the bs first. This hotel is horriable do not stay here

Soo, I stayed 1 night, because I was running 🏃‍♀️ the Army 10 Miler Race in DC. I called the place and asked if the room was available a little earlier. And I spoke with the Front Desk personnel. I spoke with Angela. She was extremely polite and very very helpful. She contacted the cleaning personnel and had my room ready within 15 minutes from me speaking with her. Angela is awesome awesome. My room was clean and had no issues. Thank you so much.

It was a great stay friendly reception area breakfast was adequate. Cable in room was not working and they offered to fix it very quickly. Great deal for staying near Reagan airport would definitely stay again.

Great location to tour Mt. Vernon Historic site. Room very spacious and quiet.

We were spending a couple of days in DC and lodging is much cheaper here. We drove to the Huntington Rail Station, which was only a couple of miles away, parked our vehicle there and used the rail service to DC. Highly recommended. Can’t say too much about breakfast other than it was sparse but what was there is free so can’t complain. Rooms were clean and AC was cold. We would stay here again.

In town for event at National Harbor. This hotel was cheaper than there with easy access to National Harbor. Place is dated but improvements are headed in right direction. Breakfast was good but only proteins were yoghurt and hard boiled eggs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. Location was great - a short drive or a bus ride away from the yellow line into DC.

Don't be deceived by the company Quality Inn photo. This is not representative of the rooms you will be staying in. Rooms are very out dated. I would guess this is a hotel was built in the 60s. Did not feel safe here. Numerous people were sitting outside in their cars in the heat of the day which made me wonder what was really going on at this location. Breakfast choices were very limited. I would guess anyone giving this location a 10/10 is either an employee or owner completing a review. The only good thing about this place was the staff were friendly and it was close to our destination of Mount Vernon.

Front staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good. With the price and the facilities they provide is awesome. Overall I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this place for the stay.

Not a bad place to stay at for a few nights. The rooms need some upgrades and updates but they are clean for the most part. They do serve breakfast and the front desk staff are not bad at all.

Pros - AC, TV, and hot water all worked great. Room was spacious. As we had four people sharing one room, it was nice to have the double vanities. It made it easier for everyone to get ready. Location is very convenient to shopping and dining, and we felt safe. Cons - The beds were not very comfortable. The pillows also were not great. Some reviewers seem to really love the breakfast that is provided, but we were not impressed. There were no hot options other than bread items (so no eggs or sausage or anything like that). There were only two waffle irons to service the entire breakfast crowd, and the breakfast room was very warm. We actually left to get breakfast.

The manager on duty when we checked in was wonderful! Happy, pleasant, courteous, friendly. The room was mostly clean, I had to clean up a few stray hairs in the bathroom that weren't ours. The amount of wash cloths and towels were generous! Breakfast was well tended by an employee and had a nice variety. Our room could stand a few updates. one of the lampshades was damaged, and the shower curtain was really worn and torn. There was a problem with the door bolt, and the maintenance man fixed it promptly. Overall, it was a nice stay, just some updates needed.

I was in a street side room. Was pretty quiet though alot of vehicles. Fely very safe walking to businesses down the street. Had a good breakfast. No eggs or meat but waffles and a pancake maker. MY WEAKNESS. . The staff was very friendly. It was worth it

The rooms, cleanliness, location, and breakfast options were excellent. I traveled with a child during the peak bloom weekend and had a great stay overall. However, the breakfast area could use improvement. The current space, approximately 12x12 feet, is quite small for the number of guests. With 60 people trying to get food and find seating, it felt overcrowded and uncomfortable. Expanding the breakfast area to accommodate more guests would greatly enhance the experience.

We stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding reception and were very happy. Yes there were a few things that were worn (mostly bathroom) but the rest of the room was very clean and had the feel of an executive suite. Shower pressure was great and the air conditioner was quiet. (2 of our pet peeves). The breakfast was amazing!! Clean, good coffee and loads of options above and beyond the typical offerings. I actually left my wallet and they found it and assisted me with shipping it promptly.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast options were good with toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes, eggs, coffee, juices and yogurts etc.
