This home is easily the most spacious and well equipped vrbo I have ever stayed in. Quick stroll to town and Well Bread! for breakfast. Although it looks like it is close to the freeway, there is no noise or lights - trees and hills block any sound. Every conceivable kitchen need, a well -stocked pantry, plenty of great towels and wonderful bed linens, and lots of detailed instructions all around. The owners sense of humor is evident in the details and gives a welcoming feeling, makes it easy and comfortable. Books, records, movies games ... Owner easy to communicate with. This place has it all.

Fantastic stay! Property and house were beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside - their outside loggia was beautiful. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was a great spot to cook. The beds were comfy and the tv room was fantastic. We probably played about 50 games of pool! TVs in almost every room. Dawn was a great host . She had a comprehensive info book about the property- which answered all our questions. We did wine tasting and three hikes within a half an hour from the house. My family loved the property.

The house is beautiful, there are so many fun activities, from taking a dip in the spa to playing a fun game of pool. Everyone had a great time at the house. I loved how easy it was to work everything because of all the thoughtful work the homeowner put into the notes around the house. Wedding can be very stressful, but the stay at this Verbo home was fun and relaxing.

Eagle Creek Ranch is lovely beyond words. Came to Los Alamos for a wedding and shared the house with three other adults. We never felt cramped. Other friends dropped in over the weekend and it was always perfect. Lots of space to sit and visit. The kitchen is great. The covered patio/deck made for an excellent spot for coffee talk. In the evenings, wine in front of the fire place was fantastic. Thank you Dawn for sharing your beautiful home!

Fantastic location within walking distance of everything you’d need and the Union Hotel where we were attending a wedding. The house is well-kept and fun to explore. Enjoyed the hot tub and seeing some furry friends in the AM. Cell service around Los Alamos is unreliable, as was the internet, so plan to unplug while you are here!

Eagle Creek Ranch is a fantastic home to stay in while in Los Alamos. The property is perfect for getting together with friends and family. The two living areas are excellent for hanging out in front of the fireplace, watching movies or playing pool. Walking distance to all the great restaurants in town ... don't miss Full of Life Flatbread ... the best. Dawn was immediately responsive to all our requests and questions and a pleasure to communicate with. Looking forward to staying here again.

The owner was one of the most gracious host I ever encountered. The property showed that the owner put her heart and sole into it. The place was cosy and comfortable and the saloon on the property made it even more enjoyable. Large living areas and fire pits added to this exceptional piece of property. Two thumps up!!!!

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The home is fully stocked with anything you could need and the grounds are beautiful with many gathering spots, a spa, and a very unique saloon. It is also steps away from the town with wonderful restaurants, wineries, and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Eagle Creek Ranch is a better than gold bricks and ice cream. I work in a high stress profession and find it near impossible to relax. But, since discovering ECR, I now have a sanctuary. No detail has been missed. The kitchen is perfect. The beds and linens are lux. Each room is beyond comfortable. The grounds are charming. You can walk to amazing restaurants, tasting rooms, galleries and shops. The property owner is always available and attentive. ECR is the perfect getaway. Already planning my next escape.

This was our second year renting the ranchette- such nice ambience, beautiful setting, well stocked with anything you need. Lots of clear notes and hints about how to use the house and accessories. There are so many different gathering places all around the house and yard. Hope to return next year.

We had a short stay and wished we had longer! The home was very clean and comfortable. The access to town was a short walk. The property was stunning! Will definitely stay again if so am in the area. The owner was easily reachable and very friendly with all questions.

This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again.

We loved Dawn's house and our stay. The location is perfect being just off the main road, so all businesses / restaurants were within walking distance. Directly across the street is the best breakfast place in town. Very spacious living spaces and well stocked kitchen for basic needs. The bathrooms had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We were there for a wedding, so did not get to use the hot tub, but Dawn cleans and treats it before check-in and readily responded to all questions. Would love to stay there again one day!

Had a fantastic time at Dawn's place for our wedding weekend! House is well equipped, large and private. Could have spent our whole weekend on the ranch! Communication with the host was excellent. Dawn was a great host. Great communication. The ranch is beautiful, with lots of space. The entire town of Los Alamos is within walking distance. Home was cozy (maybe bigger than the pictures would suggest). One feedback, is that the kitchen drawers are not childproofed, so need to be careful with young ones. Overall, loved it, and would gladly stay with Dawn again!

Eagle Creek Ranch is a fantastic home to stay in while in Los Alamos. The property is perfect for getting together with friends and family. The two living areas are excellent for hanging out in front of the fireplace, watching movies or playing pool. Walking distance to all the great restaurants in town ... don't miss Full of Life Flatbread ... the best. We loved Dawn's house and our stay. The location is perfect being just off the main road, so all businesses / restaurants were within walking distance. Directly across the street is the best breakfast place in town. Very spacious living spaces and well stocked kitchen for basic needs. The bathrooms had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We were there for a wedding, so did not get to use the hot tub, but Dawn cleans and treats it before check-in and readily responded to all questions. Would love to stay there again one day!

Dawn was a great host. Great communication. The ranch is beautiful, with lots of space. The entire town of Los Alamos is within walking distance. Home was cozy (maybe bigger than the pictures would suggest). One feedback, is that the kitchen drawers are not childproofed, so need to be careful with young ones. Overall, loved it, and would gladly stay with Dawn again!

This home is easily the most spacious and well equipped vrbo I have ever stayed in. Quick stroll to town and Well Bread! for breakfast. Although it looks like it is close to the freeway, there is no noise or lights - trees and hills block any sound. Every conceivable kitchen need, a well -stocked pantry, plenty of great towels and wonderful bed linens, and lots of detailed instructions all around. The Eagle Creek Ranch has it all, including a curious fox. Great location and an easy walk to nearby Bob’s Well Bread, Pico, and Bell’s. Eagle Creek Ranch is a better than gold bricks and ice cream. I work in a high stress profession and find it near impossible to relax. But, since discovering ECR, I now have a sanctuary. No detail has been missed. The kitchen is perfect. The beds and linens are lux. Each room is beyond comfortable. The grounds are charming. You can walk to amazing restaurants, tasting rooms, galleries and shops. The property owner is always available and attentive. ECR is the perfect getaway. Already planning my next escape.

Fantastic location within walking distance of everything you’d need and the Union Hotel where we were attending a wedding. The house is well-kept and fun to explore. Enjoyed the hot tub and seeing some furry friends in the AM. Cell service around Los Alamos is unreliable, as was the internet, so plan to unplug while you are here!

This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again.

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The home is fully stocked with anything you could need and the grounds are beautiful with many gathering spots, a spa, and a very unique saloon. It is also steps away from the town with wonderful restaurants, wineries, and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay! Property and house were beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside - their outside loggia was beautiful. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was a great spot to cook. The beds were comfy and the tv room was fantastic. We probably played about 50 games of pool! TVs in almost every room. Dawn was a great host . She had a comprehensive info book about the property- which answered all our questions. We did wine tasting and three hikes within a half an hour from the house. My family loved the property.

Eagle Creek Ranch is lovely beyond words. Came to Los Alamos for a wedding and shared the house with three other adults. We never felt cramped. Other friends dropped in over the weekend and it was always perfect. Lots of space to sit and visit. The kitchen is great. The covered patio/deck made for an excellent spot for coffee talk. In the evenings, wine in front of the fire place was fantastic. Thank you Dawn for sharing your beautiful home!

Eagle Creek Ranch is a rolling abundance of magic! I spent two nights soaked in cozy comfort. The grounds are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you might want. The living spaces are perfect right down to water pressure and linens. The town of Los Alamos is charming. Dawn is quick with communication and her warm personality is reflected in every aspect of her home. The only low point of my stay was pulling out of the driveway this morning and seeing the ranch in my rear view. Thank you Dawn for sharing your lovely ranch!

This house and its amenities are sumptuous to say the least. We rented it initially for a larger group, but ended up being able to enjoy as a couple for four glorious days. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of napping more in the sun-drenched sunroom, or carousing on the whiskey deck, and the location while feeling secluded offers easy access to the quaint yet vibrant downtown Los Alamos. The beds were comfy, the house stayed nice and cool without AC, and we had a brilliant time, sunbathing and hot tubbing to our hearts’ content. It even had us dreaming of a world in which we could live in this gorgeous area of California. I can’t recommend enough. And for those of you who don’t love reading out of a manual (which isn’t me but still appreciated), there are cute yet informative frames throughout the house, explaining the ins and outs of the property and how to access to its full potential. And when we had questions, our delightful host, Sherry, was at the ready. Looking forward to our next stay!
