Capitola Cliff House

We had a fabulous stay at the Capitola Cliff House and are already missing it! The house is perfection. Steps from the beach and wharf with stunning sunset views, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and very functional. We loved listening to the ocean waves at night, and it's very close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It really was the perfect base for our Monterey Bay visit, with easy drives to Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and more. The town of Capitola itself is darling and a hidden gem. I'm so glad we found it, and that we found this house! Communication with the management company was not always great. When I had a question or two prior to our stay, they were not very responsive to Vrbo messaging and email, so I had to finally call them. It didn't affect our stay, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat, but it was a bit frustrating and unexpected. Once we arrived, our stay was pretty much flawless! Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was clean, decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. The location was perfect — quiet, yet close to great restaurants and shops

Views were gorgeous. Setting was peaceful and serene. Beach house was clean with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. great location-walking distance from shops and restaurants. Parking for 2 small vehicles was ideal since parking would cost at least 60/day. I would highly recommend this beach house
