The Capitol Hotel Downtown, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Super zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und neu renoviert. Tolle Dusche. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Valetparking vorhanden für 30$ die Nacht. Für einen Städtetrip absolut empfehlenswer.

Hôtel très bien placé, à 15min de marche des principaux centres d’intérêt de Nashville. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Personnel agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

This place is good overall if you want to be very close to the downtown or you’re going to the Ryman, and you don’t want to break the bank. Breakfast was ok, it’s free and many hotels downtown don’t do it at all, so there’s that. The elevator in the lobby wasn’t working.

I booked 2 nights, my schedule changed and I contacted the hotel in regards to cancel either of the two days, the same day as I should have arrived. They replied the next day that they could not cancel any of my days as I did not contact them 24 hours before my stay. They should have been able to cancel my second day, as that was 24 H before, but they choose not to. So I would definitively not stay here as this is their opinion of customer service.
