There are very important things to know about this property. There is a pool, but it's not open. The building is under construction. You Do pay ten dollars to park your car. The location is pretty convenient, but also right off of the highway. It can get a little loud in the parking lot depending on your room location. There is no way to contact this hotel directly. There are two phone numbers available but one is disconnected and the other just rings until it hangs up. You have to call the corporate line to get your questions answered.

Walking distance to the Broadway strip entertainment, just over a mile walk. Awesome Taco truck just feet away from the motel entrance. Friendly staff! Fitness room! Very close to Titan football stadium.

They make you pay to park in the hotel parking lot, no parking in front of building so had to walk from the back. lobby was clean and nice. Hot full breakfast was good. Condition of room was not great. Paint was peeling in bath and tub unit looked moldy around caulking. Location was close to downtown. If your just looking for a place to sleep, its ok. Bed wasnt super comfy.

Definitely a sketchier part of town! Hotel smelled of old smoke and bleach. We didn’t use our shower as it had mold in the corners and along the edges. Very rundown and dated. We only chose to stay there as rates were cheaper than everything else, guess there was good reason for it! Positive: The front counter guys were friendly and helpful and the bedding was clean.

I had a great experience at the Knights Inn. The service was excellent — everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, which made my stay really comfortable. The location is also perfect: very close to downtown Nashville and just minutes away from Top Golf. Overall, a convenient, clean, and pleasant place to stay!

The first room we checked into had strange stains on the mattress. We were switched to a different room and the AC unit had mold on the fan blades. There was definitely sanitary concerns with this hotel. It is also in a very noisy location. Definitely a get what you pay for situation

Non smoking room reaked of old cigarette smoke and stale air. Air-conditioner could not keep up and was very noisy. Street access to the hotel is also poor. Don't feel like I paid a cheap enough price for the overall condition of the room.

Room is large, clean, everything looks new. Bathroom is quite small in comparison. TV: local channels come in nicely, nearly every cable channel is very fuzzy. Bed: pillows & blankets are sufficient for sleep, the mattress is pretty hard.

The room was an average room, bathroom was really small, price was great but i hope you dont plan on sleeping much, you could hear every vehicle on the highway outside, we were woke up both nights we stayed by either people yelling outside or door at 3 am or young adults playing basketball in the hallway against the wall of our room

Stayed here for a concert and honestly, it was mostly great! Front desk folks were super friendly — like, I-wanna-be-friends-with-them friendly. The location was solid, and the price didn’t make my wallet cry, so that’s always a win. The room was decent — not luxury, but definitely didn’t feel like a crime scene, so I’ll take it. Now for the fun part: We got back from the concert around 1:30 AM, and the dude above us on the 3rd floor decided it was the perfect time for a balcony jam session. Full hotel, middle of the night? Sir, no one asked for a personal concert — especially not one without a volume knob. Then around 3:00 AM, it sounded like him and his crew were wrestling trash cans or moving furniture blindfolded. I don’t know. It was loud. Also, the TV didn’t work, so falling asleep to static just wasn’t in the cards. But we survived. All in all, I’d still stay here again — just maybe request a room not under the Hotel Rockstar Suite. 😅

Looked like it was recently renovated but lots aesthetic issues with the bathroom. Just painted over cracks and rust on piping. Good fridge and beds were comfortable. Surrounding area seemed a bit shady, but parking lots had great lighting. We’d stay there again, but wouldn’t be our first choice.

Been attending the CMA fest for the last ten years and with B&B rates at its ridiculously peak …Knights inn has been the best option due to its value for money and best proximity to the Nissan Stadium and the ever buzzing downtown town action The team comprising of Dawood ,John and Dilip were beyond excellent in making our stay comfortable The rooms were very clean and serviced every two days to perfection Hot breakfast good too. Will make Knights Inn our permanent fixture for the CMA fest each year to continue our ten years running attendance and am glad I don’t have to keep searching for other options albeit so costly even a year in advance !!! Keep up the good work team Knights inn .

John was amazing while checking in. He was kind, he smiled and helped in every way possible. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water and a maintenance man came out immediately. We will be staying here the next time we come to Nashville.

Location is in easy walking distance of downtown Nashville and most of the attractions. The walk may not necessarily be ideal if you are not a confident person though as not all through well lit areas at night. The accomodation was clean and reasonably quiet and a good selection choice was available for breakfast.

This hotel is well located for the price. Baser the receptionist is wonderful. However, we stayed there for six evenings and only got maid service once. The only place to eat in the immediate vicinity is a not too bad Mexican food truck. The breakfasts are hot, but consists of powdered eggs and reconstituted sausage patties. The yogurt is a cheap brand. The pancakes are fine.

The room had a couple issues. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the picture on the tv was fuzzy with lines. The only other problem was the breakfast. We got to the lobby at 8am. The food was cold. The sausage was grey and the were no eggs. There were kittle pitatoes but no reason to eat those alone. The syrup bottles were nasty looking on the table. The overall food presentation was not fit for me or my husband to eat. I was pretty disappointed considering the price of the room

Breakfast was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and neat. Hotel is close to the interstate so easy to get to everything,yet not so close to hear all the interstate traffic. We were there for one night and would definitely stay again.

This was a great location for the football 🏈 as it's just a short walk to Nissan Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfast wasn't bad, it had a good variety, of items. The only thing to consider is, due to it's great location near the Freeway and stadium, it can be a little loud at night but the beds were super comfy and huge, and so we slept very well. Thank you!

This hotel right of I24 in dowtown Nashville falls under the "don't judge a book by its cover" category. I'm always leary about inns to start with, but this property doesn't look like it'd be all that great due to the immediate surroundings; however, TopGolf is right across the street and there is nice residential housing close too. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but the hot water and pressure was the best I've experienced in a hotel for quite some time. If you are looking for something downtown but not expensively right by Broadway, Knights Inn could be a choice for you.

Staff was very helpful & great. Location was great. Only thing I'd change would be have a vending machine on the side with the rooms. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again when back in the Nashville area.
