Good experience. Nice staff. Pool very nice. Clean room. Rattle in ac unit. Safety concern - rear hotel door broken. Would not lock.

There should more more attention paid to the dinning room. Even the limited choices were not available at times.There was no bread at all. First couple of days there was no fruits but the third day there was apple.The half and half was spoiled and took effort to have staff replaced them with a new patch. There was no milk and muffin often. The water in the pool was green and should be chemically treated to have it ready for the season. Parking spaces were not adequate.

The room was clean. The pool wasnot maintained the water was green. Disgusting!

Swimming pool was not operating. Exercise bike they couldn’t get the seat to go back and I’m 6 foot six so I wasn’t able to use the gym and had to go through recruit through three card keys cause they kept not working. The staff was courteous in the room was nice But I expect a little more.

Front staff was friendly and room was clean. Pool was not in working order and hotel was shabby (carpets, holes in wall, signage, etc.)

Staff nice, the outside security scanner to get in with your hotel key wouldn’t work so we had to walk around to the entrance. Room nice and comfortable.

Property very clean very quiet. Staff very friendly… Pool was clean. Only thing there were not many selections for breakfast and the vendor machine doesn’t work

Rooms are small but clean. Both ice machines were broken. Need to spend some money to fix up a bit.

The room was absolutely filthy, with clear water damage throughout the ceiling and furniture and reeked of mildew. The hotel required an additional deposit and upon checkout had me wait at the counter so he could inspect the room. I honestly feel like I should've been paid to stay there. Not the other way around. I won't be back.

We got in from a concert at 3am and when we finally were getting into bed we discovered bed bugs! Called front desk and they acted not concerned, especially after the fact that when I checked in he told me the room I had booked with 1 king had bed bugs and he had to give us a different room. But they said they were all booked and had no other rooms. So we quickly packed up our stuff and asked for a refund. He said he'd have to talk to Mgr the next day to see about that. We called and went to several other hotels in the area and they were all full and so my daughter and I ended up having to sleep in our vehicle all night because it was already 4am, and we felt very unsafe even doing that. Hotel was dark, dingy and the staff acted very unbothered by it all. Worst experience ever!

Upon entering the room, and before I could even change clothes, I had to kill four roaches. The front desk staff was not that surprised it seemed. And there was no refund offered or any solution given (like moving to a different room).

Black Mold was in the hallway ceiling

The only thing that was clean was the bed, which we were thankful for. Everything was visibly run down and dirty, and we were also finding other guest’s things (coconut oil by the bed for example). Decor was broken and not replaced; a frame shattered and the broken glass was left in it. The sliding bathroom door stuck so badly my husband couldn’t open it if it closed all of the way. It was a fine place to sleep for one night during a long haul road trip but for an extended trip, I would avoid.

Close to the airport. Clean-ish property Our room smelled horrible. Feet/cat urine. There was mold in the bathroom. I’m sure the heat/air unit could use a good freshening. One of the worst continental breakfasts I’ve had. By far one of the worst Sleep Inns I’ve stayed at. I will not be getting a Sleep Inn membership nor will I be staying at any of their properties.

The property/room is roach infested. After i complained they came and sprayed. What a mistake, the roaches went from the floor up the walls. Even on ceiling over my bed.

Our room had a very bad odor like Mold. Just outside our room on the ceiling was mold.

Was not what we were expecting. The bed had stains on it and it was just kind of dirty and drab there.

Room was clean and as stated, comfortable enough, but the bed was extremely hard.

It was conveniently located to the freeway, and the price was in the mid range so we selected it. It wasn’t our favorite stay on our journey, but it was a place to lay our head that evening. The breakfast buffet was very, very basic and not much to share about that. The rooms were old and needed updating. The shower was like from the 70s.

The room seemed too small for the bed and chair. The chair prevents opening the closet. It wouldn't be a pleasant place to hang out. Good news is that it is convenient to the airport, and our late arrival (1 am) was not a problem.

Average King size room very small canceled reservation found a better hotel

The room was clean, the bed was hard and pillows flat but those are preferences not necessities. Check in was smooth but the key card wouldn't work anytime we tried to use it. People stomping or slamming doors at all hours of the night so did not get much sleep the 2 nights there. Was a birthday getaway and i will definitely not waste my money staying there again.

Constant airplane noise

1) It was average. 2) The good thing was that we were just there to get some sleep for the night. 3) People next door were grinding some thing in the room, and the paper-thin walls were doing nothing to insulate the noise.

It’s suppose to be a simple comfortable room. This one (122) was not quiet as the side entrance is right outside the door. It is very utilized and slams loud each time. Forget a restful sleep. The heater couldn’t keep up with the 25 degree night and the room got cold. The best was hard and the pillows were half sized. Rusty ceiling fixtures in bathroom shower that opens right into the room. Cracked wall over bed and very scratched up tv stand all make the place feel cheap and poorly maintained. Overall a poor experience.

Blow dryer lacked protective back cover, and my hair got caught in the motor/fan and pulled my hair. Some had to be cut to free my hair. The room was noisy all night from the nearby bar.

I tried to sleep with noises coming from outside the room: babies crying, some woman in the lobby laughing loudly every few minutes, doors continually opening and slamming shut. In the room, there was a very noisy fridge - lots of buzzing and rattling. I've had better times in dumps (which this is not). Also, be wary at night. This place is in a rather shifty area.

The hotel suited our needs very well - clean, convenient, and friendly staff.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had traveling to a hotel. We travel with a working service dog who is clearly very well trained and for the sake of the public where’s all identifying uniform pieces. As soon as we walked in the door, we were accosted by the front desk. They refused to allow us further than the lobby, wanting and ID for our service dog. There is no such thing. We pleaded with them over and over, including calling management for them to read the ADA laws online. Telling them that their refusal of our entry was illegal. They were very nasty raising their voices at us. We were sitting calmly in the waiting area asking them to please inform themselves on the ADA laws again they still refused. We told them we were calling the police because this was illegal. They checked us out against our will and would not refund our money. Kept telling us that we need to leave the property. We told them that we hope their cameras work on the front desk because we were calm and respectful while they were yelling and very disrespectful. They charged us extra charges and could not give us a reason when we showed them our bank statement, nor would they give us a receipt to prove that they were refunding our money. We did reach out to hotels.com and they called the hotel to get them to refund our stay however we are still waiting on the hotel to refund the deposit and the random $166 charge that they could not explain other than they will return it. Mind you this is 1:30 AM.

Employees were rude anytime we had questions and very dismissive of my concerns. Will not stay here again.

Excellent shower. Staff was great. Nice hotel. Great price. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff did not help with transportation to airport. No Taxi or transportation information. Also, staff was hard to understand.language barrier seemed to be an issue. Won’t stay again.

At 9 P.M. the toilet quit working. I called the front desk who informed me that maintenance did not return until 9 am and they were sold out of rooms. I had to take the lid off the toilet and add water from the ice- bucket to make it work the remainer of my stay. The hotel did not offer a discount or any type of reimbursement for my trouble. The hotel clerk DID NOT CARE! Management never called to apologize or anything. I called the hotel and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I then called corporate who said they could not give me a refund or discount only management could, but that they would have management call me in 24 hours. One week later no call. Management does not care about their guest obviously. Never have I stayed at a hotel with such horrible customer service.

The staff were the best part of our stay. They were all very friendly and helpful, especially Jay Patel, our front desk guy. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of pillows.

Front desk was amazing and helpful. Had issues with people above us at 1am jumping on floor, desk handles it quick.

Desk clerk did not look up when we entered to check in. After getting their attention out took quite a while to check us in. He did not mention the breakfast or hours it was avaliable. Only gave us 1 key for 2 people.

Prostitutes were around the area right in front of the hotel. The room was extremely dirty. I would never stay there again, it was one night tooooo long.

Worth every dollar I paid. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The place is clean and quiet, with a small gym area. It’s also conveniently close to a grocery store and several restaurants, and within walking distance of Percy Priest Lake. I originally stayed here for 5 days but ended up extending my stay for 10 more nights.

There were some questionable people hanging out around the convenient store next to the hotel. I could smell pot being smoked in and around the hotel, which I found very unsettling.

The property inside was clean. The outside of the hotel was rundown. Not in the best neighborhood.

The price was fair, the room was clean. The shower has some hairline cracks in it that appear as if somebody shave their legs and left it. However, that was not the case and it was indeed clean, though a bit slippery may need to re-texture the shower pan, no coffee in room breakfast doesn’t open up until 6 AM which makes coffee difficult for those of us who get up at 4:30 AM. Breakfast really could consist of some thing other than sweet starches with a single waffle iron. Overall had a very pleasant day, clean and friendly!

Room was very nice, but if you're a light sleeper like me the traffic noise will keep you awake. I also liked that it offered a free breakfast.

Our stay here was fine. Nothing spectacular, but the front desk staff was nice and our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was definitely lacking. Fine for the kids but nothing of real substance other than the waffle maker.

Only issues was the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and the morning coffee was awful. Brewed coffee is so much better

It was comfortable but there were cigarette burns in the comforter and water stains on the ceiling. My biggest complaint was that there was no hot food for breakfast besides waffles. Cereal and yogurt were the only other options. All bread. 😢

The room had a dank smell. I think the carpet gets wet from the shower. My suggestion would be to make the floor all tile. The free breakfast was a joke really. They didnt have any non-stick spray for the waffle iron and the cearal was stale

Trash was not taken out of our room. linen was not turned over the whole stay, 4 nights. loud guests late at night. coffee machine out of cups or broken. Waffle mix at breakfast tasted sour/expired.
