Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

Hard to find someone in the lobby to ask questions or help. Room does not have microwave Restaurant does not have allot of options breakfast poor comparing by the prices no coffee in the lobby like all hotel i did used No room service or even service though the front desk

The hotel was nice and the staff was amazing. Only complaint was on the "make ready" for my room. Was missing an additional trash can and do not disturb sign. Only other suggestion is if they update rooms in the future is to may better use of landscape in the suites. There was so much open space in the room that wasn't utilized. It could have been reconfigured to create more separation in the room between the main bed and the sofa bed.

Really like the staff (stayed here many times and met a lot of the team).... nice big lobby and property...on site restaurant and breakfast are quality.... Good value for the price

When we went to breakfast at 9:50 most things were empty, we asked if they could make more eggs, potatoes and pancakes. The staff in restaurant was nice and made the food but we had to wait a while.

Staff was incredible!
