This is one of the poorest property Travelocity has ever put me in. Poor neighborhood. Basically no "breakfast". Out of the way for attratctions. 80 degrees, when asked about the outdoor pool that was not covered, staff report "It's closed for the season", later in stay asked when it's open, she said when the next season is, I pressed and asked when this would be, she said "maybe June". Sign says, we don't welcome pets, however staff had huge barking dog that barked everytime you were at front desk. Poor cooling system in the room. Worst stay ever.

Hotel is not in a good area. Felt rather unsafe. They are remodeling the hotel and as you pull into the parking lot there are huge construction trucks making it a struggle to pull into the parking lot. When I checked in the hotel staff told me to watch my step as they are remodeling which I was fine with. When we walked onto the second floor they had laid fresh carpet in the halls but had not cut the doors yet so there’s this huge carpet flap you had to walk over to get in and out of your room. Our bathroom smelled like body odor/soiled carpet/anything else that smells bad all wrapped into one. Thankfully the windows opened so I was able to half way air out the smell. It is next to a noisy road so you hear traffic at all Hours of the night. Our bathroom exhaust fan was hanging by a wire that you could see. The beds were clean and that’s about all it had going for it.

Overall the hotel was clean and the service was good. NO POOL IN OPERATION as advertised on hotels.com. Was told they're waiting for seasonal permits. It's May. Room didn't smell like smoke but hallways did. Newer non carpet flooring in room helped not absorb smells. Nice adjustable shower head. Beds were comfortable enough. A/C worked but was noisy. From our room there was a lot of road noise and noise from other rooms. There was no iron or ironing board as advertised but upon talking with the mgr he said it could be requested. Also no coffee makers in room, also was told could request after we left and I discussed various concerns with mgr. Also no clothes hangers in room, only one luggage rack. Small room. Extremely limited Handicap parking and ramp to sidewalk was partially blocked by a vehicle in parking spot. Short small parking spots. Bullet proof glass at front desk was a concern. We had to switch rooms because there was no shower head in the first room. Second room had a filthy air conditioner, wax spill on the carpet and didn’t appear over cleaned. We noticed they are remodeling. Hopefully improvements will be more guest accommodating.

They are finishing up on remodeling and cleaning this hotel up. At first my sister and I were a little skeptical about staying because there had been some bad reveiws awhile back but the price was right for our budget. Im glad we gave this place a try. Right from the minute we arrived the staff was very nice, apologized for the construction that was going on but explained they were working on improvements. We arrived at the tail end of them finishing up with the inside improvements. I would recommend this place.

you do get what you pay for i guess. air conditioning didn't work - lucky it wasn't that hot out. room smelled of mold/mildew. room not vaccumed nor swept out before we got there. common areas hot and stuffy, it was gross. staff didn't seem to care or couldn't be bothered. no coffee no drinks no one attending to the breakfrast room. we gave up and went out to breakfast both days. cost me more. we came in for a big concert and knew we were only sleeping there otherwise would have left immediately.

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The property seems recently renovated — especially noticeable in the fresh carpeting and the overall cleanliness. Our room was spotless, with everything well-maintained and in working order. The bathroom was in excellent condition — modern, clean, and comfortable. The temperature in the room was just right, which made relaxing easy after a day out. We had no complaints at all — everything felt cared for and well thought out. One of the best parts was the location: it’s within walking distance of several restaurants, including one right next door. There were also gas stations, small stores, and grocery options nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. All in all, it was a smooth, comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay.

The bad: no electricity first time I entered the room. I had to go back down to the main desk and they flipped the breaker. Next morning, my hair dryer didn't work and I had to go downstairs to get a new one as they couldn't leave the front desk unmanned. The good. The bed was very comfortable. I was visiting a friend and I just needed a bed and shower. So overall it met my needs.

The bed was hard as a rock. My non smoking room had cigarette burns in the comforter. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. The breakfast they offered was a joke. Had cereal no milk, two pieces of bread for toast. Nutrigrain bars 3 to 4 in a case. Learned my lesson to avoid that place

Overall the hotel was not bad for the price or for what we were there for. The room was clean and the man at the front desk was friendly. We were only there for the weekend and just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep which was what we got. The bed comforter did have a cigarette burn in it and the toilet handle stuck but neither of those were a deal breaker. The area around had plenty of fast food restaurants and little stores and it was about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Nice remodeled room. Just 2 complaints : no lamp on the nightstands. The wall lamps above the bed were so high on the wall that I had to get out of bed to turn it off. 2nd. The hairdryer did not work. If you are looking for usb ports , there are none. There was a coffee pot, mini fridge , and a microwave.

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The property seems recently renovated — especially noticeable in the fresh carpeting and the overall cleanliness. Our room was spotless, with everything well-maintained and in working order. The bathroom was in excellent condition — modern, clean, and comfortable. The temperature in the room was just right, which made relaxing easy after a day out. We had no complaints at all — everything felt cared for and well thought out. One of the best parts was the location: it’s within walking distance of several restaurants, including one right next door. There were also gas stations, small stores, and grocery options nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. All in all, it was a smooth, comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay.

Beds comfy. Some trouble with tv but hubby fixed it. Asked for more pillows and asked them if they could bring them up. No, you will have to come down I was told. I'm handicapped but went down. Someone followed me back to the room with the two pillows asked for. Big dog was in eatery section of hotel. A sign at the window that no dogs were allowed. I assumed the dog was someone that worked there. Breakfast was a little sparse for the cost of room. Waffle and cereal. Coffee and juice.

This is one of the poorest property Travelocity has ever put me in. Poor neighborhood. Basically no "breakfast". Out of the way for attratctions. 80 degrees, when asked about the outdoor pool that was not covered, staff report "It's closed for the season", later in stay asked when it's open, she said when the next season is, I pressed and asked when this would be, she said "maybe June". Sign says, we don't welcome pets, however staff had huge barking dog that barked everytime you were at front desk. Poor cooling system in the room. Worst stay ever.

Hotel is not in a good area. Felt rather unsafe. They are remodeling the hotel and as you pull into the parking lot there are huge construction trucks making it a struggle to pull into the parking lot. When I checked in the hotel staff told me to watch my step as they are remodeling which I was fine with. When we walked onto the second floor they had laid fresh carpet in the halls but had not cut the doors yet so there’s this huge carpet flap you had to walk over to get in and out of your room. Our bathroom smelled like body odor/soiled carpet/anything else that smells bad all wrapped into one. Thankfully the windows opened so I was able to half way air out the smell. It is next to a noisy road so you hear traffic at all Hours of the night. Our bathroom exhaust fan was hanging by a wire that you could see. The beds were clean and that’s about all it had going for it.

Overall the hotel was not bad for the price or for what we were there for. The room was clean and the man at the front desk was friendly. We were only there for the weekend and just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep which was what we got. The bed comforter did have a cigarette burn in it and the toilet handle stuck but neither of those were a deal breaker. The area around had plenty of fast food restaurants and little stores and it was about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

It seemed to be in a work area. I wouldn’t have wanted to be there without my husband- not sure how safe in the area. In the room the blow dryer didn’t work, ran out of hot water, halls not lit well. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient.

This is the best place to stay if you’re on a budget. Safe area the room was clean and looked like it was recently halfway updated. The place is old so don’t expect anything extravagant. It was perfect for us. The breakfast is slim but there is a Waffle House in the same area walking distance. Only complaint I have is while we were gone for the day the cleaning staff came and took our towels and didn’t replace them. I brought towels and rags from home. I always do that. So it wasn’t that bad but if we hadn’t that would’ve been a big problem. But all in all a decent place to stay

Our stay was only ok. Some of the descriptions were false. First the breakfast was very unsatisfying. They stated a bar was on the property but there is no bar. It also stated that there were irons and ironing boards in the rooms and that was false. But other than that the rooms were ok with very good air conditioning. The location was in the hood but safe and close to alot of things. I would stay again but I know what to expect.

The property seemed nice but there was dirt in our bathtub, the commode leaded at the floor and the room was cold. Breakfast was not what we expected, there was no pancake batter and they were out of the other things and had to be asked for them to replenish them

The bed was hard as a rock. My non smoking room had cigarette burns in the comforter. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. The breakfast they offered was a joke. Had cereal no milk, two pieces of bread for toast. Nutrigrain bars 3 to 4 in a case. Learned my lesson to avoid that place

The room was good and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very inadequate.. very ,very little selection. Only a few pieces of bread, no fruit, pancake machine was out of order, very little milk for cereal, a handful of breakfast bars were available and a dog was kept in the dining area when it was closed.

you do get what you pay for i guess. air conditioning didn't work - lucky it wasn't that hot out. room smelled of mold/mildew. room not vaccumed nor swept out before we got there. common areas hot and stuffy, it was gross. staff didn't seem to care or couldn't be bothered. no coffee no drinks no one attending to the breakfrast room. we gave up and went out to breakfast both days. cost me more. we came in for a big concert and knew we were only sleeping there otherwise would have left immediately.

Pool was green and closed. They allow no pets but staff had dog there that barked, It also peed on the floor in lobby and growled at me when I went to windows. Charged a outrageous early check in fee even though they said our room was ready. Says they have shuttle they do not. Breakfast was bare minumal to say the lease.The dog also hung out in eating area. The toilet was off the bolts so I fell off it. Shower same thing . I would not recommend staying here unless you're just looking to save money.

Hotel room was clean and someone was always at the desk. Biggest complaint was that the included breakfast was minimal, both in options and amount and our room was hot, even with air conditioner. Conveniently located and had tons of restaurants nearby.
