Hybrid Resi - London, Greenwich near O2 Arena

Great location with great transport connections. Lots of space for a relaxed break. Would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of minor niggles, no bath plug, and it wasn’t clear what the process was for the rubbish at the end of the stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. Would stay again if needing somewhere to stay around Greenwich in the future. I was boarded with automated messages direct from the hosts as well as via hotels.com, with various strict rules and repeated instructions on arrival/vacating which I found a little too much.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, a handyman spent half an hour fixing things in the apartment, which was an unprofessional start to our stay. The cleanliness was subpar, as we found ants inside the apartment, making it uncomfortable. The facilities were poorly maintained—the water pressure was terrible, the fridge was not functioning properly and failed to keep items cold, and the living room door wouldn’t close securely. As if that wasn't enough, the flooring was hazardous; a piece of wood even got stuck in my friend’s foot! After reporting these issues to the staff, their response was deeply disappointing. They said, "We moved you to the bigger apartment so we thought this was better for you," and then asked if I would rather stay in a smaller room or have ants. This lack of accountability and disregard for guest comfort was unacceptable. Additionally, the code to access the apartment inexplicably stopped working after two days, leaving us locked out and inconvenienced. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations due to the lack of basic maintenance, functionality, and professional service. I cannot recommend this property.
