Far and away the worst hotel experience of my life. Be warned, if you have a neighboring room literally slamming on the adjourning door threatening you, don't expect anything from the hotel other than a hollow apology. I had to actually initiate the room change in the middle of the night after they refused to do anything other than ask the lunatic traumatizing my family to stop, which of course he didn't. The pool was also cold enough to keep your drinks cold, and was completely unusable. They said the heater just broke, but I saw reviews weeks back mentioning the same issue, so clearly if there is an issue it's not a priority to fix. With so many other hotels in the area, save your money and spend it at a hotel that actually cares about their guests and has working pool facilities.

Nice hotel but no free breakfast. Nice bar with some food but expensive. Charged $10 per night for parking. The parking is the regular lot out in front of the hotel. No covered or valet. Had to go out in rain to put the parking sticker on my own car. This is just a way to get money without you being aware up front. Ridiculous. You would not pay this in comparable hotels.

The restaurant wasn’t accommodating when I tried to phone in an order to pick up. The wifi was frustratingly bad that it as better to not use it at all. There was 2 pieces of furniture that had low, sharp edges that I banged my left leg on that gave me lacerations. The indoor pool water was so cold my wife was unable to use it.

Didnt tell me when booking and surprised me upon arrival with a $200 freeze on my bank account for incidentals and 10 days to return it. Room furniture needs updating. Had 70s wood grain paneling.

The check-in was easy. However, when we settled into our room, we noticed a tick crawling on the pillows. The front desk person was kind enough to move us into a different room without any issues. Honestly no complaints. Very clean (which is my biggest concern), beds are comfy and room is spacious! They were also very kind to let me check in early at 1pm and check out an hour later! Free parking and they gave us complimentary water when we checked in. Had a nice time and will definitely come back!

Checked in for . First night the king room and couch for 2 adults and 2 kids had no extra pillows and sheets for the kids. Had to call downstairs four times before someone answered. Was asked to retrieve my own sheets at 9pm. My husband found chewing tabacco on the floor and I found a small toy. Second night my 5 year old sat on the floor in the middle of the room and a sewing needle went into her PJs and stuck her bottom. Went to complain and gave needle to front desk and was only told sorry. Disgusting

I had a single room with a king bed. The problem was that there is, for lack of a better term, a rolling item that looks like a chest of some type. It is placed in a position that caused me to fall during the night because it obstructed the area from the bathroom to the bed. When the lights are on, it is easy to avoid, bur in the dark it is dangerous. I took a fall that could have had a really bad result. The management should know that the placement is a lawsuit waiting to happen at some point in the future.

We had an issue with the room I booked as opposed to the room that I got. I was supposed to get a one bedroom suite with a balcony, but received a regular room. It wasn’t a problem as far as the cleanliness of the room. However, I paid more for room I didn’t get and was told that I wouldn’t be receiving any kind of compensation for the difference in price. The customer service, especially the gentleman that was working at night, was absolutely unacceptable.

Nice hotel but no free breakfast. Nice bar with some food but expensive. Charged $10 per night for parking. The parking is the regular lot out in front of the hotel. No covered or valet. Had to go out in rain to put the parking sticker on my own car. This is just a way to get money without you being aware up front. Ridiculous. You would not pay this in comparable hotels.

The restaurant wasn’t accommodating when I tried to phone in an order to pick up. The wifi was frustratingly bad that it as better to not use it at all. There was 2 pieces of furniture that had low, sharp edges that I banged my left leg on that gave me lacerations. The indoor pool water was so cold my wife was unable to use it.

There were little to no food options and hardly anyone staffing the front desk on a regular basis. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly however.

I liked the indoor pool. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast attendant had a bad attitude and ignored me while waiting in line. Homeless people walking around property. Clean facility. Didnt tell me when booking and surprised me upon arrival with a $200 freeze on my bank account for incidentals and 10 days to return it. Room furniture needs updating. Had 70s wood grain paneling.

As someone who travels frequently for work and books hotels for employees, this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. We experienced a booking issue through a third-party provider and made multiple attempts to contact the hotel the same day. When I spoke with Manager Minerva, she dismissed those efforts, stated she didn't believe anyone had tried to reach the property, and refused to work toward a resolution.As a result, we were effectively charged twice for the room. While I understand hotels have policies, I expected at least some effort to investigate the situation and help find a reasonable solution. Instead, there was no flexibility, no empathy, and no sense of customer care.When I said I would no longer do business with this property, the response was simply, "OK." Marriott is known for hospitality and service, but this location fell far short of that standard. Leadership sets the tone for guest experience, and unfortunately that was the biggest disappointment of all.
