First, from the decor and lack of ambience the hotel maybe barely 3 stars. So-go did not connect; the bathroom wash basin tap moved on the sink breakfast was not that great in variety or taste.

It's a new hotel and so everything is new. The room is large, staff is friendly, internet is fast. I didn't eat at the restaurant as the menu didn't include anything special (considering the cost); there are better choices close by. Overall, a very good hotel, just expensive.

Room amenities should improve. There was 2 of us , only one toothbrush kit. No enough tea or coffee packets. Resturant wait staff was inefficient , unprofessional,undertrained. We had a waiter taking up room service to someone in our elevator , who proceeded to open up the food look at it and not cover it back up. Breakfast buffet was unfortunately unorganized, took staff forever to realize and refill empty food. I had to ask a glass of water three times and finally got a glass of water 20 minutes later. Disappointed!!!!
