Super 8 by Wyndham Austin University/Downtown Area

This place was terrible I wouldn’t advise no one to stay here, I have a dozen pictures to prove it. I called and ask for manger he said manger wasn’t there so I told him what my problem was and I ask him to come up and take a look he said 30 min and I said I needed another room or my money back he said I would need to take that up with whom I booked it through but he never showed up The bathroom was dirty looked to be mold in the shower along with dirt on the shower floor toilet was dirty, walls dirty, wall socket was missing, window curtains dirty among other things. It’s always good to travels with your own towels and blanket. Everything looks good not always so. This was the worst hotel

I booked a month in advance I thought you know the room I was going to get was you know decent room you know maybe something on their first floor I was on the third floor everything was broken there was a huge hoe on the wall when you open the door The towel rocket was broken It smelled very fall there was a piece in the restroom that was falling off as well The water pressure was horrible no hot water was like lukewarm The beds were horrible very lumpy not comfortable at all whatsoever The bedding they give you as blankets to cover yourself It's like a drape basically yeah I know it was bad what you pay for is not what you're getting.

Hotel muy viejo, ya no se le invirtió, el cuarto olía a cigarro, sábanas dañadas por quemaduras de cigarro, aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido; lo mínimo aceptable para una sola noche. No más.

Não tinha água quente nos chuveiros A porta do banheiro trancou por fora e não foi possível abrir, passei a noite toda sem poder usar o banheiro até o outro dia a tarde qdo veio o técnico resolver o problema O cofre do quarto estava quebrado
