Our stay was wonderful! The front desk team at check in were kind and helpful. Breakfast, well was breakfast. It’s a small space for the size of the hotel, so it became crowded very quickly. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our toddler and it was a hit!

Nice hotel our room was nice and clean. We appreciate indoor pools but this pool is extremely cold. Breakfast was good cereal, breads, eggs, sausage, yogurt and fruits durong the week they had oatmeal. Would consider staying again.

The access road immediately after the U-turn is a challenge! But, the hotel is wonderful. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent morning breakfast. And the walk around the pond is nice and refreshing.

The staff was attentive and friendly, but the manager was rude. The property and surroundings were well -kept, but the room felt very damp and musty and had a very bad odor. The pool area had not been cleaned, and there was trash and dirty towels on the floor around the pool, and the pool water looked murky.

Daniel checked us in, very nice guy. The Hotel was very clean including outdoor pool and gym. They have a bar, and other things for entertainment. There is a breakfast place in front of it that was good.

Horrible experience! Room was dirty! There’s was roaches in our room and there wasn’t any rooms available to accommodate my friends & I we had to cancel our room then drive back home to San Antonio. And to make things worse, we got stuck in the elevator!

This is the most dirtiest Marriott property I’ve ever stayed. The rooms carpet were dirty. The exercise room had no air condition, and machine were also dirty. public restroom faucet was broken. We saw a dead cockroach on the dining floor in our table during the breakfast. Carpet seems have not been cleaned. This hotel has put a bad name for Marriott. Interesting enough staff were all friendly.

The room was outdated and beds were uncomfortable.The layout of the rooms were good but the bathtub had been patched and the bathroom was small.When you walk in the lobby the smell of bleach is strong from the indoor pool close by.The food was good but not a lot of choices and they ran out of things.I give it 3 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

The room we stayed in was poorly lit, the microwave was broken and the mattress on the pullout couch was disgusting. Also the indoor pool area is poorly lit and the water appeared to be mirky.

The hotel overall was great. The room layout was spacious and ours was clean. Breakfast was delicious plenty to choose and always restocked. The hotel provided a good value for the price. Definitely will continue in my next stay.

This place was ok, not great but not bad. We always book places with indoor pools in winter so our kids can swim. But this was the coldest pool we've ever experienced. After 30 minutes we got out and no one wanted to swim again. We always get 2 queens with the sofa bed for our littlest to sleep on. But the lay out of this room was not workable. When the sofa bad is pulled out, it connects with the tv table and then the main door and the desk and kitchen are completely inaccessible. We ended up putting the couch cushions on the floor with a sheet for my 4 year old to sleep on. The AC was RIGHT next to one bed on the furthest wall, so anyone in that bed was absolutely freezing when the air was blowing but the living room and kitchen were hot. Also the water pressure in the shower was so bad, no one wanted to shower the last 2 days of our trip. It was the lowest water pressure we've ever had in a hotel. But this place was clean and the staff were great.

If it weren't for the lack of responsiveness from the staff where 1 in every 3 calls were responded to or if it didn't take over 45 minutes for a mere chat to be responded to, i might be giving a better rating to this property.

Wouldn’t ever reserve a room at this place again. I reserved the room around noon. Called around 2 pm to advise I would arrive around 10 pm guest services staff stated not a problem. I arrived appropriately 10pm to be totally surprised the hotel was over booked the assistant general manger stated I sent you an email, who checks their email while driving. Was redirected to another hotel further away from my destination. Totally dissatisfied. Please don’t ever book at this nonfunctional hotel.

Do not book a room here. I booked and prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds during my family vacation with my kids. Upon arrival I was informed that they did not have the room I booked available and that they only have rooms with 1 bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor. When i spoke with the hotel manager informed me that despite paying for and prebooking a room with 2 beds, they dont guarantee you will get what you pay for. Hotel staff informed me that this hotel does this sort of thing all the time. Marriot should be embarrassed and ashamed of this practice as well as the hotels handling of the situation.

Manager was very rude upon checkin. Poor customer service and was disrespectful to myself and my friend who assisted me by putting her card on file. Was not satisfied at all with the service I received. Wish I could talk to the general manager.

When I say this property is the epitome of excellent service I MEAN IT! From the check in attendant fulfilling my requests to GiGi and the manager saving and swiftly returning my forgotten cell phone. On top of all that, GiGi wrote me the kindest note and included it with my phone. Spacious rooms, generous breakfast selection, indoor heated pool, quiet, and comfortable.

Overall great stay but only one elevator was working at the time of our stay and one morning the second broke down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 20 min from everything in Ausitn and that was a great plus for our business/pleasure trip.

The access road immediately after the U-turn is a challenge! But, the hotel is wonderful. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent morning breakfast. And the walk around the pond is nice and refreshing.

Excellent location, closer to Domain and has good dinning options nearby. Breakfast is ok. Has nice small little pond in front of the hotel. Overall a good hotel.

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk team at check in were kind and helpful. Breakfast, well was breakfast. It’s a small space for the size of the hotel, so it became crowded very quickly. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our toddler and it was a hit!

We loved this hotel so much we extended our stay! The breakfast kept us walking up early in time to not miss the variety and selection! Chocolate milk, three types of yogurt, three tries of fruit

The room was outdated and beds were uncomfortable.The layout of the rooms were good but the bathtub had been patched and the bathroom was small.When you walk in the lobby the smell of bleach is strong from the indoor pool close by.The food was good but not a lot of choices and they ran out of things.I give it 3 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Everything was good but the breakfast doesnt start at 6 am During the week i know fridays start at 6:30am but they didnt start intil 6:20am Wednesday n Thursday and Friday didnt start intil 6:40 the only reason i stay was because breakfast was included not the price or location! I will see how next week is like.

Our stay was good. We liked the room. It was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean. I would have appreciated some more vegetarian options for breakfast. I was thankful for oatmeal but they ran out of it two days. My daughters don’t eat oatmeal, so they end up eating bread toast all 5 days.

The hotel overall was great. The room layout was spacious and ours was clean. Breakfast was delicious plenty to choose and always restocked. The hotel provided a good value for the price. Definitely will continue in my next stay.

Our family stay was nice. The property is real clean, plenty of well lit parking. The check in process was welcoming. We were given a handicapped room probably because we use Hotels.com to reserve but that did not bother us at all. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The ONLY negative issue is that we needed the sofa sleeper for our grandchildren. When you opened it up, it had about half a foot clearance so it was useless because you could not get around it. Management REALLY needs to look into that. We felt a little "cheated" because of that. So b careful if you need a room with a sofa sleeper.
