There was no regular coffee in the rooms (they had run out) but we were told we could get free coffee in the lobby in the morning. However, at 10:06 when we went downstairs for coffee, they had put it away. And it was simply not available to us. That is completely unacceptable. The United States is full of coffee drinkers and certainly your hotel is too. It’s one thing to not have it available in the room, but then to not offer it throughout the entire morning (at least) when you have run out for the rooms is very, very bad service. It may seem like a little thing, but when the hotel can’t do the simple things then they are obviously not very service oriented. If we did not already have a reservation in that hotel with other family members, we would never stay there again.

We love staying at Hilton and this one in Charlotte was no different. We were greeted so friendly. The check in process was easy and quick. Our room was clean and cozy. My only complaint was the shower drain. I assume it was clogged because the water quickly backed up and I was left standing in water throughout my shower. I was afraid it was going to flow over into the floor. Aside from that issue, I cannot recommend this hotel more. I hope we have a chance to stay again
