A microwave on each floor would have been very helpful! Unfortunately, there was only one in the whole facility. The mini fridge was also turned sideways and didn’t work at all.

This hotel was amazing whenever i come to charlotte this is definitely my place to stay

I can’t say enough good things about the Omni hospitality team. Alex was friendly and helpful (valet). Debbie was so fun to talk to and the club 14 lounge was spotless with tasty food. Keisha was my room service attendant and she had fantastic suggestions for entertainment and the service was superb. Clarissa was the most welcoming and she answered questions about the hotel and made me feel right at home. I was impressed with the entire experience, I will be back.

The 2 Vehicle Charging cables were broken and did not work for Tesla using the adapter, they said the pool was closed in 85° weather they said that it was seasonal I can understand if we’re in New York. I did not know of the pool closure and also being only seasonal cause I had young kids weren’t to enjoy the pool. I was on the rooftop. They were so excited huge disappointment expected more from Omni
